This place is amazing. I have the Samsung S21+ and my screen went out on me about a week ago. They fixed it for me (parts were on back order) and I got it back today completely fixed. I am so thankful for them.

REVISED. When they are good they are very very good.Manager called me after he had inspected and truly repaired my unit.He acknowledged that the slight warp in frame should have been spotted and corrected.More importantly, he acknowledged that the response I got from front desk was just as big a problem : didnt call manager until I was furious with someone who wasnt listening ignore repeated descriptions, and then told the manager I was upset about appearance.Rule# 1 for customer service : listen# 2 I dont know is always better than making stuff up.Rule # 1 for customers.At this particular store, if youre getting gaslit, calmly ask to speak with manager._______________________ original postTook ipad air in for screen replacement.I knew exactly what was damaged - i described both drops - including a ding to the frame.Promised good as new.No one ever called to qualify that guarantee.It was repaired very quickly, but by the time i picked it up 2 weeks later, one corner was so much higher i could see components inside.I pressed it back down, but the entire end was open- lights visible. Guy at the counter ignored everything I said & said he understood I wanted it to look good.

I live 40 miles away and they were the closest Samsung authorized repair shop. Small place, very clean. Employee was awesome and didnt treat me like an idiot. My phone was repaired even more quickly than they had planned (a part needed ordered, but a customer no-showed and they were able to use that one). Phone is working perfectly! Highly recommend these guys!

As being a gamer as well as a tech it’s good to know places like this exist. The upswell on the membership package was well worth it. I dropped off an x box series x with the usual busted hdmi port and it was ready in five hours. They will be getting all of my business in the future and the price was unbelievable compared to other places in the area that had almost a three week turnover. Highly recommend.

Theyve fixed my iPhone X several times, each time the screen pops off after maybe 2 weeks. Each time they tell me a different problem is the cause... Ive bought replacement battery and screens, paid for repair after repair and still my screen pops out after theyve repaired it and I have a case on my phone. Save yourself the time and headache and just go someplace else... preferable apple.The team is nice, and theyre quick but its not worth the headache of having to go back time and time again.

I originally had a tech from my cell phone insurance come to my house who was super rude and said my phone screen could not be fix and I needed a replacement which would be $250 instead of the $30 for just the screen. After stopping in here I opened a new claim and have a great new screen for the $30 deductible.

They fixed the glass to my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in under two hours. This was for a google insurance claim and I had them fix the back as well, which only cost me $60.00. Thats an amazing price in my personal opinion, and the timing was very quick in my opinion as well. No problems whatsoever as of yesterday to mention so very satisfied.

I was having issues with the battery on my Pixel 4 XL and Google told me to take it here for repairs covered by my warranty. It took a little under a week for the parts needed for my repair to come in, but once they did I brought my phone back in and the repairs were done in a couple of hours.As a side note, the choice to also sell My Hero Academia shirts there is an interesting one.

They were unable to fix my ps4 which keeps shutting off. They said it was something with the motherboard and they are unable to fix it. But they did repair the hdmi port for no charge. Employees were nice and helpful.

This place is great! I had a situation with my Xbox One s. I thought the Xbox One s was malfunctioning with a black screen from the video output. Actually I found after bringing my Xbox to the shop and letting them keep it to a repair it that it was my television. So I waited to see what they would say if it was my Xbox or my Xbox was fine. I had bought a new TV during the time that my Xbox was in this great repair shop. When I picked the Xbox up they let me know that the Xbox was displaying fine and everything was good. They also did regular routine cleaning and maintenance of my Xbox One s and still did not want to charge me any fee. So I gave them a donation when I picked up my machine. Fully recommend this shop they are an honest and quality shop.

New battery works great and the phone feels new again. The only caution is that the price I was quoted on the website when I made my appointment was $10 less than what they were going to charge me in the store. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the tech gave me the lower price.

I was able to save my business messages and $600.00. While porting over my information from one phone to my new phone, I had difficulty. TMobile insured my old phone but wanted that old phone once received. However I had over 28,000 text message that would have over loaded my new phone. Helpful and they tell the truth that phone manufacturers don’t want you to know about either the phone itself or if repairs are even possible. Their due diligence in finding out that my charging port needed to be replaced, when Apple said my battery was screwed, saved me a lot of money and is allowing me to get more life from my current iPhone. This was six months ago now, thereabouts and the phone is still doing fine. Very appreciative of the work.
