I went to South Euclid Verizon looking to switch my family of 4 over to VZW from our previous carrier. The moment I entered the store I felt welcomed. Jordan was very knowledgeable of the plans, service, phones & promotions. He made sure we understood everything. He even went to 2 STORES to get the phones my husband & I wanted because they werent in stock at this store. Thats going above & beyond! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND South Euclid if you need a Verizon store! The whole experience with Verizon buying my last phone which is the 12 for my son was amazing to say the least! The customer service rep that helped me on the phone was great and then going to the actual store and picking up my order was great. Jordan helped my son and I in the store. He was very courteous and pleasant. He had our order ready when we arrived. He offered us accessories but was not pushy. There was even a time when I told my son “just get this!” And Jordan said “take you time and decide I don’t want you to leave out unhappy”. I appreciated that. He made us feel wanted and appreciated, which made me not mind spending the money. Customer service is everything and Jordan showed what excellent service to customers looked like. If I need anything in the future I definitely would call my local Verizon store to see if he will be working on the day I wanted to go. Went in because I was thinking about changing phone carriers. Jordan explained their new promotions and showed me what my options were as far as phones went. He was very thorough and didn’t leave any stone unturned. I am not sure if I’m going to change over yet, but if I do, I will be going to this store to make the switch.

Every employee here goes above and beyond Every time. Every promotion i was promised I received. Jordan Assisted my family in receiving a BOGO deal without any issues and I Couldnt be happier with my service on a daily basis. Dont let one self-centered overly entitled sour grape ruin an amazing experience you could have by visiting the Verizon wireless in South Euclid. They are and always have been 5 stars across the board.
Great service. They move really quick to get you taken care of. Had to go back to get the data turned on. But that was a Verizon issue, not the guys at the store. I have gone to this store for many years.

I don’t understand why this store has any bad reviews. Jordyn was able to fulfill all my phone needs. I consider myself to be a very difficult customer and he was great super patient. Was able to help multiple customers at one time. Got me in and out fast was able to buy, backup and set a new phone on my lunch break. When I told him the online price was slightly cheaper he was able to match without hesitation. Very painless experience.
The young man Jordan was kind patient andtried his best to resolve the issues with my phone.He spoke with customer support and found that my previous carrier still had not released my account.Jordan is an outstanding representative for Verizon. Verizon should be happy to have him on their team.

Horrible customer service, I had to leave without being helped. There was only 1 couple in the store ahead of me. I waited for 50 minutes. Employee chatted with the couple and bopped to the piped-in music, but couldnt find 1 minute to ask why I was there. He sat staring while the couple played with their new phones. I approached him after 45 minutes--he snapped that I had to keeping waiting for my turn in line. I worried that he would tell me, eventually, that he did not have the item I needed in inventory (new protective phone cover). Concluded that he might not have the skill or a proper attitude to work on my phone. And that he had a chip on his shoulder and was enjoying the fact that he could make me wait so long. This store should be avoided.

Very dissatisfied, I went into the store on Mayfield near Belvoir last week and was told I was approved for phones and three phone lines I would only have to pay the taxes on the phones, I stated to the rep that I would be back on payday in a week and asked would that offer still stand or would I have to have my credit ran again, he said no just come back to this store within 14 days and I would be fine. I come back only to be told my credit had to be ran again, that the rep who was there last week put in his resignation last week and that he should have given me app #,when they re ran my credit the rep this time says the credit department put a hold on the app because the information from this week didnt match the info from last week and that they were closed and I couldnt find out what happened unless I went to the corporate store on the other end of Mayfield and they could possibly push the app through. When I asked if I had to have my credit ran again he said no as long as I had my app #, I get to the corporate store and find out yes I do have to have my info re ran and the app at the other location was no good at the corporate store. So now I have had my credit pulled 3times in less than a week multiple stories, a hold on my app, and still no new service and to wasted store trips. I think Verizon has lost my business before they even got it. I dont want to be bothered now.
10-19-19 - DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO AVOID GOING TO THIS VERIZON DEALER. I purchased an Iphone for my sons birthday and he mistakenly went to Victra thinking they were a true Verizon store. They completely took full advantage of him and sold him a Pure Bear Screen protector, case and an adapter for over a $100.00. When I called the store and spoke with Courtney the sales rep that sold him the equipment, he did not like my tone or conversation and proceeded to call me crazy. That would be me, The Customer! If you look at the reviews on google for the Pure Bear product, its an average 1, poor. The manager Lowell was no better, he told me he would have a talk with Courtney and use my experience as a coaching lesson for him. In the end, they would only refund us for the case and the adapter. What I really find interesting, and a confirmation that they took full advantage of my son is the following: My son told them three different times that the price was to high and each time they found a way to lower the price. if the price could be lowered three times thats a sure fire way that something smells fishy!!!! Lets not forget that Courtney told my son that the screen protector that they sold him, was the only screen protector currently on the market for the IPhone 11 ProMax. I never take time to write reviews, but, this was not right and I hope this review saves someone from having an extremely poor experience as I did with VICTRA.A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is NOT a Corporate Verizon store! They can make up their own rules and not follow the Verizon policies. They used a hard sell to get me to upgrade. They misrepresented their return policy and would not let me send back my phone like a corporate store does. The manager was extremely rude and I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I have canceled my service and now I’m stuck with a $710 phone. There are some plenty of other stores in the area.

Stopped in at Verizon wireless South Euclid having trouble with my mobile phone and very flustered, had the good fortune to meet and get excellent service from Kelsey and Taurean. This was my third stop at wireless providers, Kelsey spent lots of time resolving my issues, great knowledge and service.
The store associates and manager are very unethical and rude. Save yourself the money and frustration and go to a Verizon Corporate store before purchasing. The corporate store can do MUCH more to help you as these guys will do ANYTHING for a sale, especially at this shady store.Examples of unethical behavior when I purchased my phone:1) Associate told us he would waive the activation fee. Well the activation fee for the store, NOT Verizons activation fee. To boot, he still included a $10 charge on the activation fee.2) He told us we were getting a FREE tablet that would not entail a monthly fee. Turned out to be a $10 monthly fee.3) Told us the case for iPhone7 fits perfectly on an iPhone6 so we wouldnt need a case. This is obviously false.4) Said we had two weeks to return the phone if we wanted. Neglected to say it was $70 per item restocking fee (this includes the FREE tablet).5) When transferring data he offered to do it as a favor. Turns out, there was a $20 charge for this, which was not obvious on the receipt and also non-refundable.6) Said my monthly bill wouldnt change. LOL. My bill went up roughly $30 due to fees and insurance he didnt tell me about.7) Manager was a complete dolt when I tried to explain why I wanted to return the items the very next day. Told me I would have to pay $140 restocking fee for both items, and the $20 data transfer fee would not be returned.GO TO A CORPORATE STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, AND HASSLE! At the very least, go to a different authorized retailer and not these guys.
Great store and great staff, Lowell helped my mom get a Google pixel 3 today he was very nice and very knowledgeable he took his time with her and I definitely appreciate it.
Eric Adams is currently the manager at this location and let me tell you he is one of the best in the business. If you decide to go here please ask for him because he will always make sure you are taken care of properly.

The guy here charged my card 100$ on “accident” when I was trying to buy an 85$ jet pack and still charged me 85 for the Jetpack and said I would be refunded the 100$ to my card within 24 hrs by Verizon. A month later there is still no refund. I was charged 100 for absolutely nothing and never refunded because this store “can’t give out refunds to a card” “it was an accident” this place is an absolute scam

This place is actually pretty well staffed but it is always busy so make sure you have some time to wait as the smaller satellite stores send laryer customer service issues here.There is a payment machine on site and lots of available accessories. Verizon is expensive but I rarely loose service and with their unlimited data my kids are set. Even overseas I have no trouble getting through back home.
Its a Verizon store. Pretty generic place. One catch: I specifically requested that I did not want Verizons overpriced (like everything else) warranty on my phone. Months later, I figured out that they had billed the warranty regardless, most likely for commission. So not only did they pull the pushy salesman approach to buying optional extras, but they charged me for some of them without my consent or knowledge. They obviously do not have your best interests in mind.

STAY AWAY! All the 5 stars on this store is from years ago. Spare yourself the trouble and go to the corporate Verizon store 3 blocks down or on 27460 Chagrin Blvd. Authorized retailers may have their own random rules that get in the way when you need to get something done like a guaranteed 14-day return.If you have to go here stay away ESPECIALLY from Paul who gives you false information and claims he knows it all. Very rude when confronted that he may be wrong and takes criticism very personally. Called corporate Verizon afterwards who said Paul was definitely mistaken about what he thinks are Verizon policies for returning phones. Had to come in another day to get a simple return done because of his arrogant behavior. I will not be coming anywhere near this store again.

The store manager was the most rude of them all (male with tattoos)..Flabbergasted. I cancelled my service, immediately. I would not recommend this location...They also have sales ONLY, on the brain, not fully disclosing your options and pressures you into buying the most pricy accessories.... If you dont ask several questions and get EVERYTHING in writing, you will be sorry. The service was so rude, though. Still in awe.
I have come to this store for YEARS...in past the customer service has always been good but also especially for the location...those extra miles to Harvard Park or out to Lyndhurst were not needed...UNTILL...the evening of July 20th 2016...dont know what happened between upgrades but I will NEVER be back...if you go...see for yourself...maybe your experience will be better but this store has lost a long time customer...0 stars for this store
