My experience was awful. I have been here several times in the past, a great experience 👍. This time the opposite, they didnt have the oil I used, instead of informing me, they drained my oil and offered me some less than I buy. Then said, what I took, as take it or leave it. They had a couple quarts of on hand of the kind that I use and I had a couple quarts from previous visits. There was no discount for my inconvenience. They charged like every thing was normal. Duke of oil managers are some the most arrogant people I have ever met. Telling me what I want to spend my money on, when I asked for what I wanted. If you didnt have it, let me know, not after you drain my oil and trap me in your shop with no choices. I AM DONE.

This is my favorite Duke Of Oil to take my personal car too great service very attentive worker nice and polite and they actually do the full service oil change been going here for years before it turned into Duke Of Oil I was coming here but the service only getting better when Duke Of Oil took over.

Duke if Oil is very thorough when it comes to updating you on your car services due. They are fast and offer great customer service!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I went this past weekend for a oil change and they didnt properly put the oil cap on and as a result, I blew my engine in 15 minutes from leaving there!😠 They said that they arent responsible. Im a US Navy veteran. I deserve better!

Waited for 25 mins before pulling off, there was only 3 cars being serviced. Grease Monkey down the street got me out the door in 15min

Was very efficient with there service, communicated very well on car services my vehicle needed and was very up front on what it didnt need.

Wanted an oil change. First time customer and asked if there were any specials. NO. Thats it. Cant offer 3 dollars off an inflated price oil change, not even 2 dollars. Im in the bay, ready to do business but nothing to offer. Im approached by two different employees so I think the second one may be the manager and offer some incentive to do business. Nope, same reply. Lost a one-time customer, possibly a loyal repeat customer and definitely wont be recommending their service to anyone. But maybe customers dont matter so much to the DUKE.

This place was very nice to me. i went in for an oil change but did not know that my toyota used synthetic oil which one was $69.99 and the other $75.99. The man i was talking to was nice asked me what i was looking to spend and told me that he was the manger and that since he liked me he was going to give me my oil change for $40. thank you Eric

I wont ever go back. Inexperienced technicians! I will not ever patronize a place that pressure you to buy unnecessary services. Upscale, upscale you like crazy I cant trust them with my car after I repeditaly say no to unneeded service.

I came here not too long ago for a simple oil change at first they told me it would only be $30 but ended up charging me $80 forcefully because they said they had already did that change, pathetic service will absolutely NEVER be coming back

I tried to pull my 04 DeVille in and it hit their rail. He then told me my car was to low to come in the garage. He gave me a stare and close the garage without giving me an alternative.Ive been going to the one on Calumet for years.Why in the heck would they install high rails that that dont adjust??

They have 3 bays but only open one. I don’t understand why they cannot work on 2 cars at the same time. I’ve been there multiple times and 1 bay is open and there is always an employee’s car in one bay with the hood up (tan chevy).
