Been calling to set up an appointment for a Groupon that I wanted to get

I give this place no stars, because the mechanic lied to me point blank and after I did my own research, they should have refunded me money. After inspection of my brakes, the mechanic decided I needed one caliper, which he acted like he was looking it up on his phone and told me $75 and then I told him, I would try to find my own, he looked it up again, and said Oh I found one for $60 which he was probably looking at a naked girl or something, because when I looked up a front caliber for a 1999 Chev Astro Van, it was 19.99 at the most with money back for the core. He is a money scammer, will act like he is giving you a deal while stabbing you in the back. I will never go here again. I used a Groupon and I will report them to Groupon. I keep trying to do business with us, but its becoming impossible. Sheeesh.

We purchased a Groupon that this place had for a synthetic oil and filter change, and my wife called to schedule an appointment. The guy told her that there would be an upcharge of $15 for our 2018 Subaru Outback because it used a cartridge filter.I called them back a little later and spoke to the same guy and questioned why he said that when this vehicle uses a standard screw on filter (PH7317) and he back-peddled saying it uses a premium filter.I said a premium filter is not the same thing as a cartridge filter and he said that they have to upcharge for synthetic oil changes. I said the Groupon was specifically for a synthetic oil and filter change and if theyre not going to include the correct filter in the promo, then why say that a filter comes with it.I am sincerely disappointed not only in this companys false claim for this synthetic oil and filter change, but even more saddened that today in 2018 that there are still businesses that treat women this way. Theres no reason they should explain their services differently to me than my wife.
