I had a great experience at Meineke . I dropped my car off on the morning for a brake estimate and they contacted with a reasonable estimate and my car was ready for pick up on that afternoon. Great service, reasonable price. This was my second time bringing my Honda Odyssey van to this shop. Both times good experiences.

Their service & kindness was refreshing, and it made my day.☺️ The two things that solidified me as a regular customer, is: their lower oil change price (at least it’s lower than what I’m used to paying), and their customer service. I was in no rush (as I sat and played a game on my phone), but then I realized that it seemed to be taking longer than usual for an oil change. Not long after, a very nice young man (one of their employees) came into the lobby where I was and apologized for it taking so long. He told me that my filter was different and they had to go and purchase the correct one. AND they didn’t charge me one dime more than the price that was initially quoted to me. The price got me there, the kindness & good customer service will have me coming back. Thank you Meineke.😇

Did a 8am appointment today and my car had not been inspected nor worked on the entire day. I went to go get my vehicle back at 5pm. My main issue was that my car needed a tune up. Had my other car serviced at 12:30pm due to bad calipers and that mechanic has 2 other cars in front of me and was done by 2pm. I was very disappointed because my car is running hard and wasnt even checked. Even when I came could have said well check it now but handed me my key and said sorry. Im taking it to another shop. Would never use this company especially this location ever again. This location is just pathetic.

I highly recommend Meineke in South Holland. They are very professional. They take pride in there work. They are very informative. You don’t come across too many honest places like this anymore. They have me as future customer for life.

So I drive all the way to this location from Indiana only to be told (with very much a flippant attitude might I add) that Id better not have a coupon because they dont accept those here the guy was rude for no reason. If you dont accept coupons fine.. at least put that on your locations website so ppl dont waste their time driving to you. I will NEVER return to this location.

I went to Meineke on 12/23/20 and spoke with Alonzo. He told me I needed a muffler. He got on the phone to order the muffler because he did not have one in stock. He said because the next day was Xmas Eve he would only be open for half day. He told me to be there at 8:00am on 12/24. I got there at 8:00 am and waited until 9:15. Alonzo never showed up and the business never opened. Even if he decided not to work on Xmas Eve a note should have been put on the door that they were closed. I thought he was just running late. So very unprofessional. A waste of my time!

Alonzo has a professional work ethic, and did not provide extra unneeded repairs.

They know what there doing I took my car three different shops and they cannot fix my air conditioner Allonzo the mechanic here find the problem and fix it right away in less than an hour I recommend him for repairs on air conditioners in cars

I needed an oil change for my SUV. Stop at the Meineke in South Holland. They open at 8. My vehicle was pulled in. The guy in charge explained to me the different oil change packages they were offering. I choose the one I wanted. I would say about 30 minutes was pulling my vehicle up to the door. Nice experience in working with this location in South Holland, IL. The Attendant Alonzo was soft spoken but very professional and personable. He allowed me to view the work to be done explaining what was wrong. The price yo repair was considerably lower than what the car dealer would have charged. Alonzo also advised what needed to be done in repairs for future. No long wait...quick service. Will be returning to get brakes done.

I went in for a window malfunction. The owner was really nice and his employees never gave me a hard time for bad attitude. It was easy to ask them lots of questions as I didn’t know what was going on and like to ask plenty of questions for understanding. They never got tired of my questions! Awesome place to go to and fair pricing.

I have been a customer here for the last 20 years. Since the ownership changed I have not been able to use the Meineke app to schedule service. I see the new owner wandering around not even greeting customers. The head mechanic who stayed on is the only reason the place still has business. I watched him greet customers, do my oil change and replace a sensor, answer the phone, and take payments. If he leaves I will also.

Reasonable prices and always receive kindness from the staff. The mechanic lets me see what the vehicle problem looks like before he fixes anything. Never had to bring my vehicle back for issues with the initial problem fixed. Always a great job/service.

It was only the manager working and he got me and two other people out of there by about 10am (they open at 8). He was nice, professional, and VERY HARD WORKING. Honestly the manager needs a raise or something.

Dont go to this place to get your vehicle repair. I needed to have my springs replaced on my vehicle so I called and spoke with the Manager Alonzo. Alonzo told me that he didnt want to do the job because it was to time consuming and that he didnt have the right tools to do the job. Now this is a job that repairs shocks/struts/springs but they dont have the correct tools to safely perform job. Yeah i wouldnt waste my time with this shop because they are lazy and doesnt seem like they do a safe and correct job. I would recommend going to another location just not this one.

We had an engine problem on our travels before the holidays, and Alanso worked on our car all day and stayed late to finish the job so we wouldnt be stranded in town for 2 days. Our final price was even below the original quote. Car is doing well several days later. Thank you, Alanso, for a hugely appreciated holiday gift!

Gone here for years. From my PT Cruiser to my Chevy Impala. Honest guys who do good work. About a $20 difference for a full synthetic oil change than the guys up the street at Duke of Oil. Sandy is a good guy, old school, so not really for the soft hearted lol.

Sandy, the manager, is a very rude person. Absolutely no people skills at all. He ridiculed my vehicle and made me feel low, but wants repeat business?! They also DO NOT accept COUPONS!!! The only saving grace is Alonzo. He is very personable, honest, and does good work. If I never met the boss, Sandy, I would have given this place 5 stars. Im disappointed because Alonzo was really nice and good, but I cant support that business with that Sandy jerk running it. Me and my hard earned dollars will not be returning.

They changed owners and they are on B.S. ! Went in for a oil change they went up on that. Turned around and said get new radiator but put water in it. Pulled off car was making noise, somebody said check your oil. I just got oil change today. Pulled out stick no oil,car wont move. Now trying to do the right thing and they dont want to fix it. I dont recommend anyone to come here!!! I wish it was a zero rating!!

I have been a customer of this location for over 15 years. I know them to efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. One of the great things about them is they tell you, what the problem is, if they can handle it, and if not, they let you know.

The mechanics were wonderful but the owner didnt even say hello.

Not professional at all... Every time I tried to get service there the mechanic there would always say he doesnt have time maybe tomorrow, the last time this was said while he was on the phone wasting time on what seemed to be a non important call. He was very smug as if he was the only place that can service my vehicle. As I left he made some smart remark o the effect of his call was more important than the service I needed. Really? Wow. Would not recommend.
