I pick up for my elderly Mother here every month. She has 5 or more prescriptions per month. A employee named Crystal usually helps us by phone and in person. Unfortunately we have decided to switch pharmacies due to Crystal. Often times she is rude in person and now she is just not doing her job well. I dropped off a written prescription yesterday and she said it would be available for pick up this morning. I even explained my mother would need her morning dose first thing in the morning. I arrived this morning 20 minutes after pharmacy opened and Crystal says she had not even input the prescription yet. After getting my mothers address she clicks some buttons on computer and I take a seat. 20 minutes later I was acknowledged by pharmacist who seemed to wonder what I was waiting on. 5 minutes later Crystal tells pharmacist what I am waiting on. It took 10 more minutes for the prescription to get filled. I really feel she just does not care about patients. Im sad to say that we will be switching from our local Hometown Pharmacy to a bigger corporate Pharmacy. Ive been here multiple times or people behind the counter have a bad attitude and I have excused it for them just having a bad day. Customer service is key.
