This location is pretty bad as far as the drinks they make go.The staff does not seem well trained at all, I had to repeat my order four times and they still made it incorrectly.I have only gone in the afternoons.It is conveniently located right near Bristol Farms so that is why I have stopped there.Each and every time the staff there acts as if they’ve never heard of an Iced Blended coffee drink with vanilla before.They tell me they don’t make drinks anymore, that I had them make the week before.Last time I had to stir in my own vanilla powder because they didn’t add it to my Iced Blended, today I had to have my whole Iced Blended remade because it tasted like burnt coffee that had been sitting in the bottom of a pot for about five hours.The location on Lake street in Pasadena is MUCH better!I never have problems with my beverages from that location.Even though the Fair Oaks location is more convenient when I’m running errands I think in the future I will have to go out of my way to the location on Lake in Pasadena to have my drinks made correctly.On the plus side the Fair Oaks South Pasadena location is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, plus there is also ample parking.

Great coffee. Their espresso machine was down so we could not have a Laté THAT night.We dont like Starbucks so we always go to this coffee shop or if we are far, we look for alternatives like Good smaller coffee shops.

Well, hate to do this, but I wont be coming to this location anymore. I order the same drink every time. This time it tasted like watered down coffee. The employee with the hat and glasses always adds extra water and I noticed Im not the only customer that asks for a redo. Today I simply asked that my drink was watered down and asked for a new one, she said I ordered it incorrectly on the app, which has never been a problem before. She tried to explain that we loose money . Youre sign clearly says if you dont like it, well remake it. I guess thats not the case on Fair Oaks unless you need to debate your point. I am only giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the gentleman who remade it has excellent customer service and treats all customers with courtesy and respect. The girl with glasses and cap could learn a few things from her coworker.

This cozy café had a large variety of unique tea, fruit, and coffee drinks. I ordered a Nutellamisu Coffee with 1/2 sugar, and all I gotta say is Yummylicious!! The Nutellamiso mousse on top of the coffee is thick and utterly delightful. Get ready to have a moussetache after each sip haha!Its notable that their chairs are nice and soft and comfy to sit on, and unlike a lot of other cafés with hard all-wood chairs, theirs are cushioned and feel sturdy.The place also displays and sells a cat art poster, which is designed to be used in mental health education settings.

Nice place! Friendly staff and amazing toast!! I go in there and they remember my name and often prepare my unique order while Im waiting in line. I 100% recommend the lets avo-cuddle with a fried egg. Their hazelnut latte with oat milk is amazing.

The seat at the corner is the hardest to get, but if you sit here you own the place. Gives full sight of the entire store, no one behind you, 4 electrical plugs, by the window with curtain and ample room for a full sized luggage. Out of the entire three months I lived in this area, Ive only managed to sit here once 🤯

Its cozy but a nice place to chill. Parking is around the back; Ive never had any issues finding a spot.Sitting by the window sometimes gets a little hot, but the inner tables are great.Ive always had great service here. Ill be back!

Tried their Rose Hazelnut Latte which is their seasonal drink for the winter. It tasted good. Staff is quick and polite. It had a quiet atmosphere with people working on their laptops or reading books. The space is a little small but a great place to get work done.

They have lattes that are less expensive and more potent than Starbucks. By far. This is my new coffee house for sure 🔥🔥👍🔥👏

Customer service is great, however, Ive yet to have a dbl cappuccino made correctly here. Mutliple baristas, many visits. All poorly crafted to be a cup of coffee flavored milk. Every other CBTL Ive visited manages to correctly make the drink. Just be prepared to have to ask for your drink to be remade.

I always enjoy the mellow coffee house feel of this place because Starbucks seems so Hustle-Bustle compared to Coffee Bean. They have a WIDE variety of refreshing teas and offer traditions coffees as well.My go-to.

I love the coffee bean but had a really poor experience at this one. I went in, ordered a frap and pastry, sat down and noticed an issue with WiFi. Went to the counter and asked for help from one of the baristas, who told me that the WiFi at this coffee bean sucks and to got to Starbucks if I need to do stuff on the Internet. He was very rude about it. Others went to the counter for help as well and Im sure he directed those people to Starbucks too.. Hope they fix his attitude and the wifi, specially the WiFi as this Coffee Bean is notorious for bad WiFi, and they dont even tell you about it until after youve bought your things. Im sure the baristas are fed up with apologizing for no WiFi all the time, but come on, telling people to essentially F*** off and go to Starbucks.

This is my favorite location. All the baristas are super friendly and the manager definitely leads by example. It feels like home here.
