This location is easy to find as it is right along the street. The parking lot is large. The culture of the staff is personable and service oriented. Some of the staff even remembers me, even though I dont go in that often.

Accidentally ordered a hot caramel coffee and they graciously switched it to iced coffee. Thanks guys!

Small but nice Starbucks. Ive tried studying here a few times, but I couldnt find an open seat. Ive also joined a few meetups here, but theyre usually outside.Tons of parking by the hardware store. Traffic on Fair Oaks can be rough, and sometimes I duck in here for a quick coffee before braving traffic again.

The Outdoor seating is large enough for private conversations.

This is a smaller Starbucks located in Pasadena. It is comfy, like most Starbucks around here. The barristas are friendly and helpful. Even when they get busy, they keep the lines moving along. Good place to sit with a group of friends or to work on your laptop while drinking coffee or tea. Excellent service and well kept sitting area.

When ordering hot sandwiches customer needs to pull out the item and hand over to them. This is cross contamination thats how we all get sick.

They were closed on December 26th, although google said they are open. Drove all the way here for nothing.

Cashier was super friendly and had suggestions on what I should try. I ordered the pink drink with light ice. I got my drink with half a cup of ice and 1 inch of the top not filled. The girl making the drinks seemed overworked and was rude to the person in front of me. I think I will go to my usual Starbucks at home instead of coming here when I get to work.

The staff are super friendly. This is my daily starbucks stop. My drinks always come out good and if not they are on top of fixing it.

Definitely try the salted caramel mocha, its great!

Starbucks is a summer go-to for my refreshing drinks. I love their refreshers. My favorite is the Hibiscus Tea. It really cleanses my system.

The worst Starbucks. First they keep asking me what size smoothie I want. The sign only has one size... my fiancé says large but we get a medium cup. I tried to tell her there’s only one size weird that I know the menu better than her. I ask for two wraps one steak and one spinach. I get two spinach. They fix it and we are on our way. Halfway through the steak wrap my fiancé has to spit it out because it’s frozen solid still. I call and now I had to waste my time going all the way back to get a refund on the one wrap. Never mind the fact that mine was pretty cold too and the drink size was not what we were told we’d get. Thanks for the $5 back and ruining my morning!

This is a big Starbucks, to sit and do workThe water fountain just outside store gives it a very relaxing feeling

They usually have roasted tomato Mozerella sandwich here as it is not always available because they run out through the day.Parking can get full. Its nearby a freeway, the 110 freeway.

This location is a bit hit or miss. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location large with plenty of outdoor seating. They have a wireless charging table where rough 6-8 people can sit (bar stool style seats).The last time I was there I had to have my drink remade, and a short time ago the charging stations have begun to emit an annoying, intermittent electronic sound due to what we think is a tech glitch.If youre looking for Starbuck coffee - this location works.

When I say that I love this Starbucks, I am not joking. Its staff are the kindest people and the coffee is delicious. This is a store you can go to even if your not thirsty.

Its what you would expect from Starbucks. The staff is nice and the coffee is good. Its usually crowded and hard to find a seat even though they have a bunch of seats. The place is clean.

Best Starbucks in South Pasadena and Pasadena or Alhambra. Great staff, always going the extra mile, and great all around. Big community place. Lots of friends at this location.

My experiences here are normally ok. But sometimes when I order something, the employees dont speak up to let me or others know that their order is ready. It keeps not only me but other customers in the dark. The workers should keep an eye on whats left on the counter and make sure the customer can hear their order being called. Calling it only once with library voices doesnt get anyones attention.
