Came here 30 minutes before they closed and the two guys on the friday night shift were great!! Very personable and helpful and lent my girlfriend and I an oil funnel to put oil in temporarily, and we’re very patient and didn’t try to push us out of parking lot as we waited for my car to cool down.Love the service and their friendliness.Thanks guys!!

Pulled into Auto Zone to get a headlight. The clerk, (11am 3-10-21), asked if I wanted him to look at the car to see if he could put the new one in for me real quick. When I popped the hood, he told me the connection had gotten loose and he just tightened it back up and sent me on my way. Excellent service which will steer me towards Auto Zone for all of my parts needs going forward.

Great customer service and pricing has seemed reasonable. I appreciate the help when I was standing in the parking lot with a dead battery and my dog in tow! Glad to have this store and staff so close by.

Service above and beyond. They did not have the size battery in stock that fit my vehicle. The gentleman (I regret I do not have his name) offered to install the battery if I was able to locate it elsewhere. I did indeed ( eventually) find the appropriate battery and did indeed need assistance with installing. I returned to Autozone and true to his word he installed the new battery. THANK YOU!

They were really helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my car. It turned out to be the battery was bad is my 2 year old Nissan.

They told me that I needed almost $2000 in work for a sticker! LIES!!! I actually needed a $20 part and a hour of labor $90ish anywhere else... I got my sticker no problem at a separate place from where I got the $90 repair!

I went in looking for some supplies to clean the interior of my car. The store support person was one of the most knowledgeable people Ive ever spoken with regarding cleaning the inside of a car and the appropriate products to use for it. I purchased what he recommended and the interior is absolutely stunning.

Sold me a defective product. Bought a steering gear box for my 2002 GMC and installed it only to find it was leaking and defective. Brought it back and they replaced it without issue. Not the stores fault it sold a defective product. The service was very good.

Brought my Chevy impala here to the south portland location Saturday dec 28 needing a new wiper blade. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to come to this specific location because I was Told by a friend the associates will put your wiper on for you. When I arrived to the EMPTY store (not a customer in sight) at 9am with my 3 year old, I had to track down the only associate, found him chatting with a friend on the floor. Took him about 5 minutes to notice me standing there. He told me (he was a young associate, about 27) that he couldn’t put the wiper blade on my vehicle because he was the only one manning the store, he couldn’t step out to do that service. Oh, but he assured me it only takes a few minutes. Then why couldn’t he help??? I work In customer service and would have stepped right outside to assist a customer if it only took a minute. Disappointed, won’t be coming back.

AutoZone is a great place to visit always a great shopping experience and always great customer service never a hard time finding any parts and if you do have a hard time salesmen are always more than happy to help you find what youre looking for also if you ever have any questions about your vehicle the salesman or more than happy to pull up any questions about your vehicle on their computer and get you an answer and if you ever have a check engine light on you can go to AutoZone and they will plug in your car to their computer for free and figure out the codes that you need to find the problem with your vehicle thank you AutoZone for being so great and making my visits tea at your store so pleasant

Extremely helpful in figuring out a problem with my rear brake lights not working. I thought it was a fuse but they suggested looking at the light bulbs first. Turned out the bulbs on both sides had burnt out at the same time.Big relief it was something minor.

I had a burnt out headlight and the plug was burnt as well. The manager helped me splice in a new plug to the headlight assembly and now its working like a charm. Excellent customer service!

They gave me the wrong parts and when i called them to ask if i can exchange it the woman was very rude and hung up on me..TWICE. When i went in to exchange the parts i told the managwr what happened and he smiled at me and said oh im sorry about thay amd was very spiteful and rude. I will never go back to Autozone.

Very helpful large variety of Auto Parts you may be able to sign some of them other places cheaper but the service is not as good at times at other places and there are items youll find here at a better price than other stores
