I have AAA plus and I waited in the heat for over two hours for service. I was told at one point they were on their way and when they hadnt showed I called again and they told me there was no driver assigned to my destination. When they did finally arrive, I liked the driver he was a nice guy and he was obviously rushed. It was a very hot humid day. But he didnt wear a mask and no rubber gloves, but he also wasnt very close to us, but he did access our car. Overall not happy with the AAA, but the driver was obviously over worked and I dont blame him. But the company needs to tighten up their covid prevention procedures when entering a vehicle and interacting with the customer.

Had a flat tire on 93S on 11/21 in Sanbornton, NH. Had to make 2 contacts with this office as first tech who came to put air in tire did not come in a tow truck and tire would not hold air. This office kept in constant contact with me and apologized for how long I had been stranded in the rest area. They also phoned me after the car was towed to insure I was now safe. I have never had such concern shown when dealing with my local MA office. I have been a AAA member for almost 60 years.Kudos to this AAA office.

My husband and I have been AAA members for many years. We recently went to the South Portland AAA to get passport photos taken. Yvonne was not only helpful, but also made a mundane task fun! Definitely recommend this AAA location!

Best service out there. Just had the quickest service ever. Had my keys eight minutes later. Literally eight minutes. Best fail safe and you could ever want and one service pays for the whole year.

We were given specific instructions by staff over the phone on how to apply for an international drivers license, came down with the documents and were told the instructions were wrong. There was no effort to find a solution. The manager was curt, unfriendly and unhelpful in the least.
