Before I moved my things out of the storage I asked the person at the counter what are the rules for leaving a bit of trash. He asked how much trash, I told exactly what they were. He said dont worry about. I asked would I be charged for it. He stated no. A week later I received an email and text telling me I owe them rent. Every week I was receiving notifications for charges. I HAVE gone to SEVERAL times to their office and called no one is in the office. I left message, no reply. Really bad service.

Its kinda out there,but not a bad storage facility.and its really clean and airy,with a view of the foothills.

I highly recommend this place! Guivy was awesome. She was there 4 years ago when I first opened my storage and showed me the place prior before purchasing the storage. She was also there when I closed it. She is awesome and kind!

This Facility is Great!! Very clean!I have used it over the past 8 years usually 6 to 8 months at a time.Manager lady Givey lives on site.So i feel safe with my things. She is really fantastic and has always been very nice and helpful! I was very pleased when I went in to rent again this past week and she was there.My check-in was fast and hassle free as usual!!! I rented out 5*10 space and Guivi was very helpful in getting us the best storage area. The access code wasn’t working but she tried fixing that for us. Would recommend anyone looking to have temporary Space here.

I just rented a 5×10 storage space 1st time. Manager Guivy was great, very friendly & efficient. Showed me the space, explained all the ins & outs & policies, answered my questions. Cost here was a bit cheaper than the other nearby PS locations. Location is funky, has an Oyster Point address but I think access was only from Dubuque? Google Maps got me there. Just off I-101 so convenient from freeway. Nice manager, reasonable policies, gets 5-star first impression for no-frills safe storage.

Have been using this storage for a while and I love it! They have the facility well maintained, pretty affordable, and yet close enough to the city. The property manage Guivy is super nice and she is there to help you! Would recommend it!

This has been a great experience for my partner and myself as moving is very hard and we dont always get into a place right away and that can be very depressing but knowing my belongings are safe and I can see them is a great comfort to me. I had stored my personal property in the parking area at the Oyster Point facility and on the 17th of January it was stolen. Additionally, over the past couple years vandalism had increased significantly. The monthly rental is very high considering the area is unsecured with no monitoring. They are charging for parking on what is essentially a public street with free uncontrolled or monitored access for 24 hours a day. They have not taken appropriate and responsible actions to provide security for the private property they are charging to store. Their negligence allowed the theft of my property. I can not recommend Public Storage it would get a -1 star if I could give one that low. On the other hand the staff at the location have been very good over the time I was there. It is corporate’s apathy and negligence which are at fault.

Even though I initially had some trouble locating this spot, Buddy, the storage manager, was on stand-by with the directions. He was incredibly personable, professional, and laid out all my options for me. I feel comfortable with the camera surveillance at this location, and the lock I purchased from them.Service was quick, but thorough, with Buddy, and made my transition incredibly easy. 5 stars!

If you are looking for a storage facility close by with great staff to assist. Then look no further, Guivy is incredible. She helped me find a great location that was easy to access and fulfilled my needs. Then she helped assist me when I needed some items picked up by UPS. Very impressed with this location.

Had a great experience yesterday moving into my storage unit. The man at the front desk was very helpful and super nice! He even helped my boyfriend carry my heavy furniture upstairs! I left being very happy I selected Public Storage at this location.

I was looking to store my belongings I was debating if I should use public storage until I went to this property 20129 and met Guivy. She was amazing! I was stressed about moving my belongings and she was a great help. She guided me through the process and put me at ease. She is always helpful and we are always happy to see her. We liked the Manager but the place gets broken into on a regular basis and Public Storage still wont put in security cameras. We were broken in twice! And we were never able to get the electricity to work so no lights which made things difficult when the sun goes down at 5 pm. They raise the prices fairly substantially every year without taking care of any of the problems. The Manager does the best she can but gets no support from upper management. We stayed only b/c it was conveniently located for us.

Just signed up to reserve a unit and the worker there, Guivy, was extremely helpful and informative. She went over everything that I was initialing and signing. She showed me options and was able to get me the best deal available as well as what fits with what I needed.

Guivy, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and professional. She was very flexible in rescheduling an appointment for me to inspect the unit and complete the necessary paperwork and made sure to thoroughly address all of the questions I had. She was also kind enough to walk me through all of the aforementioned paperwork and outlined all of the discounts and pro-rates that were being applied to my account.The facility has security cameras and good hours, is right next to 101, and offers all of the packaging supplies you generally need (I also got a discount on boxes). Public Storage requires property insurance to cover your items stored there, but its cheap and available when you sign up for the unit.

We rented this facility since 2012. We have been very satisfied because of the convenience to 101 Freeway and best customer service to the manager Gvivy. She has been very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional with our moving in from 2012 and moving out 2019. Thank you Gvivy for all your hard and more power to you.

My company needed to park a vehicle and Public Storage Oyster Point was our best option. When I first came in the door I received amazing service from Guivy. She went above and bebeyond helping me with all of the paperwork. When we finally decided to take our vehicle out, she was very helpful with the paperwork, always called before a bill was due and extremely friendly. One of the best things was that she actually remembered my name when I walked into the door. What amazing customer service. This place is great. Not the prettiest. But what can you expect, its a storage facility, youre not there for the looks.

I tried to put my car in storage here before flying from SFO, but I couldnt find it. I had to leave the car in airport parking at $15 a day.... ouch! The only way to access it, I discovered later, is a tiny road off the side of the 101N off ramp. I had come off of 101S. So 2 stars just because they couldnt be bothered to get me to the location. Otherwise, it is probably fine.

Resident manager is exceptionally helpful and made the move in process easy. Answered all my questions and gave me useful tips.

I looked for a storage and found the Public Storage near South San Francisco. When I visited the Public Storage, one of the workers helped me find out a perfect storage for me. His name is Buddy and he was very nice and kind of me. I highly recommended to visit this public storage.

I park my vehicle at this Storage for the last 3 months and I didnt see any problems, last week I even asked the property manager Guivy to switch me to another better spot and she did it without a question, she even go out to check on parked vehicles and do some patrol, I havent used their storage yet because I dont need it right now but definitely Ill use it in future.
