I just got two purses a day before I decided I really didnt want it however I removed the tag and had no idea where I put it but I had the receipt. And the ladies that worked there told me I couldnt return them because there was no tag..... I work in customer service as well so I know that this is possible especially when the same item is on the shelf in the store but they did not do my return and Im not happy because I couldn see if I didnt have the receipt

I bought several bags and a protection plan. I live almost one hour away. They forgot to put this in my shopping bag. I called and asked they said I must drive 1 hour bag to have this. That’s it. 5 dollars . And this is not my mistake . They could send with mail first class or something.Costumer service : don’t even call Or email to ask something. A employee came out and got 2 of friend while we had been standing in line for over an hour in the freezing rain. I called inside the store spoke with manager and told her but she approved it because they wanted to use her employee discount and the manager lied and said they were coming to pick out something for the girl to buy after work but nope she was buying the stuff then so basically they skipped the line bc they knew someone and got a discount. This is a slap in the face when Im a Michael kors member and has spend thousands there at this point I dont think I will be returning to that location again. It was the disrespect for me. This should not be allowed.

If you visit this store, ask for Jaylon Smith!!! He helped me today with getting a bundle deal, which including a tote bag, wristlet and gym shoes!! His customer service was excellent! The store had very nice quality items. I went in the store around 3pm today. It wasnt crowded at all and the store had very poor service. I was not greeted when I walked in the store. Four different salespeople walked past me and not one person stopped to say hello or ask if I needed help with anything. I asked one of the salespeople what day the 70% off sale ends. She seemed like she didnt want to be bothered (although this is her job to assist customers) and she just said, Im not sure. Instead of purchasing the items that I wanted, I just left the store due to not receiving proper service. Everyone is not always concerned solely with price. Some customers actually want good service too. Overall, I wasnt thrilled with Michael Kors due to the very poor service of not only one person, but the entire store. Being busy cant be used as an excuse as there was only 1 person in line to check out and the store had about 4 other customers. This was just poor service. The staff needs training or maybe consider hiring people that want to work and do their job.

This store has some great collection of Michael Kors brand but the servers are restless. Every feet you walk they are next to you and you dont feel the privacy of looking things around. The display is attractive and descriptive. You dont need that much help from the shop employees but they are on the top your shoulder. This is a bit too much to feel comfortable and shop. Needs attention.

I purchased a handbag and matching wallet at the Michael Kors location in Destin. Although I liked it, I wasnt in love with it. When I entered this location my eyes immediately fell on a handbag I instantly fell in love with. The salesgirl told me they had just received it and put it out. She helped me locate a matching wallet which had just come in. She was happy to let me return the items I purchased in Destin to exchange for the new items. Im beyond thrilled. I highly recommend this location.

The smell in here so putred and strong I swear I thought it was an Abercrombie store circa 2007. They dont say it on the storefront outside but this store is only purses and handbag accessories. No mens products or clothing items in general. The staff were welcoming enough but besides the overbearing club music, they were a group of complainers. I dont blame them for it all, if I had to work in that kind of environment Id be as negative as can be. Besides that, this particular store is very catering to those looking for a odor-filled showroom of purses and clutch bags with a very large population of employees staring at the clock waiting to clock out.

Went in today to get links taken out of a MK watch and was told by one of the employees that they dont take links out on Wednesday and to come back on a Monday. Whats the difference? Horrible customer service from that young lady.
