Great service. Conscientious owner operator. Super fair, great kind people!!
Awesome people. Made an appointment and they where on time no waiting. The guy wore a mask the whole time (covid time) My corolla could have failed inspection because the third brake light was out but the tech kindly took the time to replace the bulb with a new one he happened to have on hand for a few dollars and I was on my way with a passing sticker and no headaches.
We needed air in our tire. They were nice enough to pump up all our tires when they could have just told me to go down the street to the air pump that took quarters. Good people.
Horrible I had my trunk release handle fixed they didn’t even fix it charged me 400 bucks and ended up getting the cops involved!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE PLEASE
These guys do quality work and have saved me a lot of money. I had two issues that required fixing to pass inspection. Another repair shop estimated $1900 for both. Southboro Autotech fixed everything for $470. Its the only place Ill take my car now.
The fastest and the friendliest service ever!
Used to be ok with previous mechanics/owner. These ones have an attitude..a bad one.
Kelly and Shawn were amazing. Kelly said to stop by and Shawn helped me with my tire immediately. What I thought was one was actually two! metal pieces that were embedded in my tire. He patched it and put the tire back on my car. Thank you so much Southborough Auto Tech - Ill definitely be back for any other car problems I run into.
My car quit on me as I was traveling 495 to go to a training. The car was towed to Southboro and I was dropped off to the training ... I was in a panic!! I am not from the area, had a crazy training to attend and was just a mess over the entire situation. Bobby was my first contact and was super, reminding me to breath .. its a car. Due to the training I could not answer phone calls .. so he texted me updates throughout the day. The cost of the repairs were more than what I wanted to invest in the car (transmission) and were in line with what I researched for cost in my area. Bobby helped me find a buyer for the car when my plan did not materialize. EVERY step of the way Southboro was kind and supportive. Although I wish the circumstance I met these men were different ... I am grateful that it was this bunch who were placed on my path. Really made a pretty yucky situation a lot less yucky. THANK YOU
I had my car towed here for a repair. The repair ended up being some coolant sensor issues. The staff were very friendly, but they kept the car for 3 days and then I ended up paying twice the cost of the parts for labor for a total of 3x the cost of the parts. Their communication was very poor as well, they did not call to confirm that they were replacing parts and I also had to call to confirm that I could pick the car up several times after they told me they would call me back with an update in 20 minutes, which never happened. Overall the quality of the repair was good, but because of their service I would not recommend them.
Needed car inspection, asked how long it would be and was told one more car and youre next. Two cars later, mine is supposedly next and the guy decides to do some chores and chat with a friend for 15 minutes. They were still chatting as I pulled away without the inspection being done. I had been sitting in the sweaty, filthy waiting room for half an hour while the service guys dropped loud repeated F bombs. Im sure the little old lady next to me really appreciated that. Find another place for your inspection.
Had low tire pressure and went straight there with no appointment. They took me right away and had it fixed super quick! They even gave my daughter a freeze pop!!
Super super helpful!
Always great service and very friendly.
Bobby was really helpful and thorough! I would definitely come back!
Offers corporate discount on labor to Bose employees, and they were gracious enough to give me a courtesy ride to work as well!
My girlfriend brought in her 2003 Volvo V70 to have front brakes done. For the pads, rotors hoses (plus brake cleaner and brake fluid) she was charged $475.53 (just for the parts, not including labor). I asked why such an extremely high price and was told that he doesnt use NAPA or CAP (those types) because he says he hasnt had good experience with them and only uses premium parts with Volvo cars. Yeah right, whatever! Mind you, this is a 14 year old vehicle!!! BTW, the most expensive versions of pads, rotors and hoses on NAPAs website adds up to $174.97. Oh, and they have a sign on their shop saying they use NAPA parts. One last thing. A woman was in front paying for work that was done as I walked in. She was concerned about the cost (ridiculous was what her friend said). Coincidence? Doubt it.
For the record, Im going to start this off by saying I have never left a review on any business before in my life. However, I think is important to let readers know my experience at this shop.I went here for a routine oil change, filled out the paperwork with my info (phone number, email, etc). The man who seemed to be in charge let me know my inspection sticker was expiring soon, and I should come back to get it done. I said great maybe in a few weeks. Everything seemed to go well and I was on my way.Due to the fact I left my phone number he called me a few weeks later to see if I wanted to come back to get a new inspection sticker. Now... to be completely honest, I live almost an hour away from this shop and wasnt planning on ever going back. I went for the initial oil change because they were convieniently close to one of my stops for work.Since Im in customer service, I said to myself wow this guy really is showing some great service reaching out to me to get my inspection sticker done in time. So what did I do? I drove back an hour to get the sticker from this particular gentlemans shop, and he gives me a REJECTION sticker for a bubble the size of a penny on my tire.In my past experience getting inspection stickers people that work there almost ALWAYS let you know before you pay them if youre going to pass or not. He did not do so and completely inconvienced the pat 3 month of my life with my car due to the fact Ive been driving around with a rejection sticker because I was forced to get 4 new tires and couldnt just get the 1.Long story short, theyre in it for a quick buck and not long term customers, which I couldve been. Go elsewhere.
Poor service never comeback to this place again.
Nice guys but extremely overpriced. $220 for a battery? Also waited over 2 hours on a separate occasion for an oil change.
Good place to get gas
