As an Uber driver I’ve been fixing my Car here for the last 5 years before they even move to this brand new building. Being mechanically inclined myself I consider them No. 1 in the business and their prices are reasonable. Tony and the techs have a long experience, they also have the best tools to do the job in addition to a class A wheel alignment machine they own and are well trained to use which is a big advantage not so many others have.Most importantly Tony is very honest and never make up things. He’s a very busy person but will remember you and always smile.Thank you guys!

*update* - I was able to connect with Tony and George and we were able to reach an agreementLet me start by saying T and L are honest mechanics and George is a great guy to work with.I noticed fluid on my inner tie rod boot and T and L said the leak was transmission fluid and coming from the transmission cooler lines and that the lines needed to be replaced. They replaced the lines for $1,050 ($500 in labor and the rest in parts). A few weeks later I noticed the same leak and I believed the leak was actually oil and not transmission fluid so I did my own transmission flush to confirm it. I brought it back in and they agreed the leak was oil and said they would try to find where it was leaking from. Today they ended up replacing the valve cover gasket ($55 part). When I picked up my car I was surprised to see they were billing me for the most recent work, $270. I asked if there was anything they could do for me considering what I already paid and they dropped the price $50.So I paid $1,050 for an unnecessary repair and $220 to fix (I hope) the actual leak. I think the right thing to do was for the actual fix ($220) to be waived, or at the very least only be charged for parts ($55) considering I was already in the hole $1,050. It’s more the principle than the money. They had an opportunity to retain a long term customer by doing that, but maybe they felt like they already have enough customers.

Better than going to your dealership for sure. Better prices and you’re in and out quickly.

Had a nail stuck in my Tesla model Y, called 4 places and was told either they don’t work on Tesla or I need to bring my own lift protector. Don’t understand why other places don’t just buy a set for 30 bucks. T and L had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Waiting room was clean and comfy, WiFi was great!

T&L Auto was recommended to me by our neighbors and after the great experience I had, T&L Auto will be my go-to place for any of my car needs from now on.I brought in my car to have the brakes checked out since it had been awhile since they were changed. Tony (who owns the place with his wife Laurie) told me that before he could look at the brakes, my Nissan needed to be brought to the dealership to fix a serious recall issue with the lower wheel arms. Im grateful he pointed that out as it was a serious hazard.Tony was great and helped me set up a tow for my car to the Milford Nissan dealership since it wasnt safe to drive. The dealer then quoted me $475 for the brakes and said they were at 3mm. The dealership also said I needed a few other car repairs that totaled around $600.I decided to bring the car back to Tony to get a second opinion. He said my brake pads were actually at 4.5mm and I didnt need to get them done. He recommended I have them looked during my next oil change (5000 miles). How many autoshops tell you that you dont need work done? He was also able to do the other jobs identified by the dealership for half the cost!Its clear that so many people trust Tony and I do too. It was a great experience - from his responsiveness with the service, to his helpfulness with towing the car and providing a shuttle so I could get home, to his candor and honesty about the work needed, and finally to the price which was so reasonable.Go to T&L Auto - youll be glad you did.

I came in a half hour before the end of their work day because a metal plate had just come loose in the undercarriage of my vehicle and was rattling against my exhaust pipe. Without hesitation, they took my car in anyways and fastened it back up for me. Plus they refused to let me pay them because they said it was an easy fix. Very good people, I’ll definitely be back for other maintenance and repairs. Thank you!

Great service, very solid work, fair prices without any BS.We live in the area and one morning the brakes on my fiances car stopped working (grinding sound, very low pressure on the brake pedal) so we carefully rolled over to T&L based on these reviews. They were very friendly and helpful. The customer waiting area is spacious, clean and comfortable.It took about 10 minutes to inspect the car -- leaking brake fluid caused by failed rear master cylinder. They gave us a fair, accurate estimate for parts & labor. I was truly very surprised at how reasonable their quote was. This was probably the first time I didnt feel like I was being squeezed for every penny by a shop. Thats really the main reason why I felt like I should write a review.About 3-4 hours later, we received a call the car was ready. Drives like new again. Overall, very happy with our experience here. Well definitely return if we need other work done.

Stopped into T and L for an inspection on my Mazda and they treated me well. Fixed up my car key at no cost even! Needed front rotors and pads replaced on a Civic. Exchanged e-mails to understand the product options and price. Once in the shop, the service was performed from ordering the parts, through installation, and back on the road in about 1.5 hrs. Was very impressed by the professionalism, punctuality and speed of work. This is my first major work done in the shop, but have been in for a state inspections many times and already liked the service. Kudos, and may thanks!

First, I dont like to write bad reviews, but felt my experience with T and L was a little over the top and very unprofessional, so Im sharing.If you have work needing to be done that requires knowledge starting a carborated engine in the cold, or its going to be too much of a hassle, Id pass on these guys.Waited over two weeks to be told he didnt want to take on the job while my 1970 Classic Cruiser sat parked on location out in the elements. In addition to that, their communication with me was literally nonexistent. Now I have to tow it on my own dime to another mechanic. Good times. I cant believe Im even rating them at one star.

When BMW wanted $5000.00 for engine work, Tony was able to do the same work for half that. Tony was one of the reasons I felt comfortable picking up a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for the winter months. So accommodating. Glad I found them.

Had a problem with my brakes occur on my way to work. Thankfully T and L Auto Care were nearby. I saw they had good reviews and so I (carefully) took my truck to them, and was glad I did. I was immediately helped out, by I believe the owner (nice guy with an Italian accent) and assured they would find the issue.I went back to work as they looked at my truck, and about 45 minutes later they called to give me details on the problems with my brakes and how much it would cost. My truck is on the old side so it needed some TLC, but the price they quoted was very fare for the amount of work needed.Later that day I called and they informed me my truck would be done in a half an our so I stopped over at their garage, and waited in their incredibly roomy and clean waiting area.After the mechanic took my truck for a test drive to check his work, he returned, I paid him (I was charged a little less than was quoted!), and my brakes were good as new.Will definitely be returning to this business for future repairs.

Let me tell you why T and L Auto Care is the BEST place to bring your car for services.When you made a 7am appointment and are told someone will take your car at 7am (since the shop opens at 7am according to their website), you will arrive 5 minutes before 7am, and be told that nobody can actually look at you car until 8am. When you express your dissatisfaction with this, you will be told, Well it is only me here until 8am and I am drinking my coffee. OH. COOL. TOTALLY GET IT. I was told I would be there for 2 hours to wait starting at 7am (nothing insane) and be back in time to start working, but by all means, start an hour late after advertised and make me choose between taking an unexpected Uber home or starting work late with no notice.Then another employee will appear 30 seconds later from the shop. Excuse me sir, I thought you just said you were the only one here? Whats that about?The second guy will be nice and tell you he can take your car back ASAP. Excellent, someone who actually gives a damn. He runs the diagnostic test and confirms the issue spoken about. Nice, we are getting somewhere. BUT THEN ladies and gentleman, I am told it will not be fixed in the rough timeframe I was told. I am assured it would be done by the end of day SAME DAY (this detail is very important) since they have the part in stock and such. I had previously checked with a local shop and confirmed the price I was given is a fair one so I give them the green light. I am frustrated but say that is fine, they close at 7pm and I need my car for 8pm for an evening fitness class, no biggie. I cam get over it.I receive a call at 4pm that my car is not going to be done because they realized they did not have the part in stock as they told me early morning. They say they called all the distribution sites and the closest one to have it is in NJ, so they are having it first priority overnighted. I say fine, but I need my car tonight, so I will pick it up and drop it off again at 7am. They tell me, ladies and gentleman, that is not possible because they took my car apart BEFORE double checking they had the part. Seriously, the logic they use is unlike any other, you seriously cannot beat it. Lets take a car apart THEN check if we have the part in stock and show ZERO remorse for the delay in delivery. Since I had to last minute cancel my fitness class reservation, I had to pay a $20 penalty fee. You think they reduced my bill to compensate for this or their lack of ability to handle things the correct way? YOU BET THEY DIDNT!So not only did I have to pay the $575 for a new condenser (no discount offered for their screw up), I had to also pay for Ubers I did not plan for, as well as another unexpected last-minute cancellation fee for an activity I was very much looking forward to. I would have rescheduled the repair if I knew it was not going to actually be done same day as assured.So, if you want your auto shop to not honor appointment times, prioritize drinking coffee instead of customer service, lie about their current staff, take your car apart THEN realize they do not have the part needed for the repair, delay your promised completion time with no remorse, and cost you extra money in unexpected resources needed/cancelations due to having no vehicle, this is absolutely the shop for you and I 100% recommend it.

I went to get an inspection sticker today! They took my right in and were so friendly! There was lots of comfy places to sit and it is so clean. I was out of there so much faster than I had planned. It took maybe 15-20 minutes! They were fabulous and I highly recommend them!

I have a 2015 mini and got my front brakes replaced here and they provided quick service at a good cost. Mini was going to charge me almost 800 dollars to do them and T and L auto saved me money! Thanks guys for the great service!

Overall, this place is alright, people are friendly enough, but I have two big issues with this place and wont be coming back because of them. The first is I was told it would take 5 minutes (of course it was longer, nothing ever takes 5 minutes), took about 40 minutes. The second, and I cant stand shops that do this, is they fixed & charged me for something I didnt ask for or give permission!

I wish there was a way to give 10 stars!

Its a go-to place whenever my husband and myself got car issues for years. We started going to them when they operated at the old BP location. They got well-known reputation in the area, and its worry-free to drop the car at their reliable hands. Today I stopped by to have them check my cars noise from underneath after hitting a snowbank at the rear end. They checked right away, fixed it and didnt even charge me. T and L auto Care is a long time car repair shop newly moved to a giant gorgeous facility located on Route 9 Eastbound in Southborough. They really took care of me when I had a bad gas leak on my Rusty truck that turned out to be a defective gas pump, nobody else could or wanted to do that dangerous work. Youll like it at T and L and if you like this review, maybe theyll give me a good deal on some more work I need on my old truck! Haha....just kidding. T and L is great.

This is my favorite place to bring my Jeep. The people there are knolagable and friendly, best of all they have the best prices in the area. Their service is fast and there is almost no problem they can’t fix. If I could I would rate it higher I strongly recommend this shop and will keep telling my friends and family to go here.

This is the best car repair shop I ever been its run by the whole family they are in business for over 30 years and knowledgeable and friendly give them a try you wont be disappointed.

This Company is great. When I was a fleet manager and had 30+ vans to maintain. I reached out to these guys to see if the could service a company as big as mine. With out issue they took on the job. We had by far less breakdown and a cheaper total cost of ownership. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. Very honest and very fair pricing VS going to dealers. I now take all my personal vehicles in for repair and would recommenced them to all my friends and famliy.

I needed an inspection sticker and they took my car right away with no reservation, friendly service, top-notch in every way. Yesterday, I had tried to get an inspection at a different auto place and they were so rude and lackadaisical that I left without the sticker. Todays experience was such a relief. I will not hesitate to use T and L Auto Care for any other auto needs.

Simple alignment, broke my truck, made me pay for it, hung up on me when I tried to call and get my money back. Never told the mechanic he could put a torch near my car but did it without asking, I would never allow that to happen

On February 23th at around 130 pm my car blow up a tire on interstate 495 north what force me to take the very next off ramp exist for rt 9 eAst then parked on the next fuel station with intentions of calling out for towing services as I have just find out my bank account it wa”S mT and my other spear tire it was blow out too pluss car need it to be cut off one of lug nuts of the hub wheel in order for its wheel to be removed to being its tires replacement services as I live in south shore and had no money and no place around to goo I have then decided into drive this car in the brake down lane very slow into I find mechanic services or at least a place with food around into I have money in 3 days down the road miles later I have drove this car from the Braken down lAne into t+L Complete autocare I then spoken into tony medri and hi”S wife and try into explaining this situation and asking is okay into leaving the car at his lot for 3 days into have enough money to pay hi into being hi”S services at the particular car this people begin into do the complete work that car need it the first begin into cut the hub log nut that it wa”S stuck then into beginning to replace the blow out tire with a very good used michelin tire then then say to me okay to just get in the car and drive off with out paying anything
