I usually love the bagels from here but they have been closed the last couple times Ive tried to visit without any notice, even when arriving during their opdated operating hours posted on the door. They need to close the doordash for this location because I can see doordash orders still coming in on the terminal from outside with the location closed.

I ate the Texas toast bagel if I said it right and it was delicious.

For the past 2 days, Ive made online orders to come and find out that they are closed. Theres been a sign on the door for the past 2 day that there was a medical emergency. They should have turned off online orders if thats the case. I cant find a way in the app to even contact to ask about a refund.*I was able to get help with getting food for the days they were closed. Im appreciative of the help.

Turkey and Cheddar sandwich. Good tasting. I asked for it made with no red onions. So, I received it with red onions! I would have given the experience another star, if my order was made to my specifications.

The staff was friendly and fast. The food was good. The building was absolutely filthy. I wish I would have taken pictures of it. The toilets had obviously not been cleaned in several days. There was dried poop all over the seat 🤮 There was paper towel and toilet paper covering the floors. In the dining area the floors were filthy. Covered with trash and dirt, even though the dining area is closed?? How long ago was that even cleaned?! I was very disappointed to see such filth all over the restaurant. I was excited to get my bagel, since my Aunt has been raving about how delicious their food is, but the building made it hard for me to eat, thinking about where my food came from.

This is the best Einstein Bros. in Michigan. Yes, I have been to other locations and the cinnamon sugar bagel isnt done right...lol. The service is great and fast. Love the Farmhouse Bagel sandwich.

Great Brisket bagel sandwich!I just had two 6 cheese bagels with egg white and my wife had one hash brown bagel with egg white and it was delicious!!

I went to this place this past week and was very disappointed with one of the employees. I wanted to ask a question, so I moved my below my nose and this person preceded to yelling at me. I understand the concern with covid, but there was a table between me and the bagels and then the area with the counter she was working on. She acted like a child and said she refused to serve me until my mask was up all the way. I do not need nor do I deserve to be yelled at by any person in customer service. I know there are tons and tons of jobs available now and employers seem desperate to get bodies to work. But that does not justify the behavior that was displayed to me by this person. The shouting continued between the two of us until I was leaving the store and thankfully there were only a couple of customers are there who could see the belligerence displayed to me. There are more than enough bagel places near me that I do not need to frequent this location.

I was happy to see they actually had bagels this time so I bought one. Not always the case in the past. Ive discovered that having bagels must help when youre trying to sell them to people.

I always satisfied going here never disappointed. The staff is quick and takes care of busines.

Apparently this is what light cream cheese means to the workers there. They charged me for this cream cheese somehow. They were also out of the hashbrown sides and asiago bagels so I had to order something more expensive. The bagels also did not taste good which was a bummer because I typically really like einstein bagels. The breakfast sandwich with eggs had way too much pepper and everything tasted soggy. I wont be returning to this location.

2nd time in a row I ordered ahead pulled in 10 minutes later no bagel. Three people walked in ordered and received their food, I spoke up they than made the one bagel I ordered. 45 minute process for one bagel, strike two.

First time visiting this establishment, Stood in line for over 5 mins without being acknowledged.. it was only me and 2 other people in the store and they’ve already been helped. I finally asked about my online order and I was directed to the right area by a woman with glasses that works the morning shift. The older man looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me nor greeted me and took care of other guests that came in after me. It was very rude that he was purposely ignoring my presence. If it wasn’t for the woman (that was doing most of the work) I would’ve never received my order. I’m never coming back here again.

This Einstein is like my Cheers, almost everybody knows my name and are usually super friendly. The bagels are always good.

I am not a person that would ever go out of my way to submit a review but this interaction had me upset enough to do so. I am a regular customer which comes in multiple times a week. The past few weeks ive been having a problem which my order is always missing a bagel or two that I ordered (one time I got half a sandwich). Today I went in asking for a sandwich, a bagel toasted with butter and two other bagels. Halfway through waiting for my food I look at the receipt and I notice they forgot my toasted bagel with butter and it rang up as butter on my sandwich. I try to tell the cook manager of the mistake. I was told the sandwich was made and it cant be changed, that I would need to add additional items on to my bill to get the items I wanted. I have never heard of a business model that operates this way, especially to a customer that comes in multiple times a week. While I am only one customer, and my individual business will not impact the store by any means, this interaction lost my faith in this store. Incredibly upsetting that my order could not be fixed, I now have a wasted $7 sandwich that I wont eat because it had butter put on it. You were my favorite breakfast shop.

Everybody has a morning breakfast place where the meet there buddies before they begin the day. Bagel, croissants. Sandwiches are great. Even the coffee has gotten better

The coffee and bagel were good, but the service was pretty slow and the person who took my order continued a conversation with another employee for several minutes before she took my order.

My opinion is. This is the best run and managed bagel store in the Detroit metro area. Ive been a regular for many years and I have always received great service.Thanks to Tony the mgr. Kim, Anber,Josh, Bianka, and the entire staff. V

Big fan of Einstein bagels. Whole time I was there staff was more concerned about their own Starbucks order than taking care of mine. They litteraly got their order from Starbucks before I got mine

Decent food but incredibly slow. It took 25 minutes after ordering to get one sandwich. I also find it unprofessional that one if the workers was wearing earbuds while working at the register.

Literally the slowest Einstein on earth. No matter how much time I allow myself, I’m going to be late for work because of them. Irritating as ever....they need more staff or a better way of serving.

It was my first time here and was a very good experience they treated us good we were sitting down to do our Bible study and it was closing time and they did not rush us out they just said when we were finished with our study that we would have to go so we finished up so they could go home it is very nice that they allowed us to do that.

Had a rough time here, they were very busy and somehow my order was lost, so it was never prepared. After about 15 minutes I asked about it and it was ready 5-10 mins after that. In the meantime, I had tried to redeem a reward and my rewards points were taken off, but I was still charged for the item - so the Manager had to help me resolve that too, which he did. They gave me a free extra bagel w/ schmear for my trouble.Breakfast food is always good at Einstein, but I dont think I can go back to this one. Too many issues for a few bagels.

Associate visibly upset because I decided to add bagel to my coffee order. She was even more mad when I told her that I wanted a bagel “ a protein bar”. They don’t serve that they serve “protein bagel”.This the second time this has happened. I guess good people have bad days too.

Prices are fair, bagels fresh and delicious. Wifi can be slow and unreliable, while the staff generally can be a bit slow but are fairly nice. If you are hoping for less of a wait, Id favor the Panera down the road but this place is pretty solid.

I love their Florentine spinach bagel. I also love theirbsmoked salmon sandwiches.

Used to go to Tim Hortons every morning. This morning I couldnt find one so I went in here. Im hooked everything about this place is top notch.

I want so badly to like this place and to be able to frequent here. Literally every single time I’ve come, doesn’t matter the time of day, the wait is unreasonably long. The process in which they complete orders seems painfully slow and ridiculously inefficient. Every couple months I come back and give it another chance and am just reminded of what a disappointment this place is.

That locations sucks they are always out of fresh bagels and it seems that they only make 1 batch in the morning and thats it for tge whole day.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Quick at getting customers through in the morning. $1.17 refills for bottomless coffee, beats any other coffee shop. Recommend getting vanilla hazelnut if youve never tried it.
