I had such a great experience at Le Salon in Valparaiso...I would recommend it to any bride who is looking for a one of a kind dress. After one visit I found my dress! Rachel was such a great helper and made me feel amazing in every dress I tried. She was also the person who convinced me to try on the dress I will be walking down the aisle wearing. She told me that when I would know it was my dress when I would never be able to think about a different one, and she was right! Le Salon makes your appointment a personal experience, they reserve the entire space for you and your guests and give you the opportunity to try on everything! Rachel was so helpful and gave me her honest opinion. Le Salon is such a wonderful place and I am so happy to have found my dress there...I would encourage all brides to make an appointment at Le Salon!

I purchased my gown at Le Salon a couple of days ago and have had a great experience thus far. Alexis is wonderful! Super sweet, helpful, and creative. She helped me find exactly what I wanted while staying within my price range — something I deemed nearly impossible prior to finding Le Salon. I would highly recommend a visit for brides-to-be. Its a clear standout amongst the bridal salons in metro Detroit.

I bought my wedding dress at Le Salon in Valparaiso, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Eryn understood what I was looking for after just one phone call and picked out the perfect dress for me. She was extremely patient with me, allowing me to try on several of the dresses more than once, and she was an absolute joy to work with. Both Eryn and Sarah were extremely sweet and helpful and made finding my wedding dress a blast. All of this, and I didnt have to break the bank in order to get an amazing gown. I could not be more excited, happy and honored to be a Le Salon bride! From the moment I walked in the first time I visited Le Salon, Alexis and Sarah were so warm, honest and helpful. It was a very personal and unique experience, unlike any other bridal shop in Michigan--and trust me when I say I went to many. As cliche as it sounds, I felt really special--as if I were the only bride they were working with. The whole Le Salon team really worked with my budget and helped bring my vision to life. They are amazing at communication (phone, e-mail, text) and working with my schedule for appointments. I had many friends and family who came with me to look at dresses, and they were always welcoming and sweet, which was important to me. I cannot express how excited I am to continue working with the Le Salon crew!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Le Salon with the help of Erin and could not be happier with my experience!! She was so kind, helpful and friendly, and without her help i wouldnt have found the perfect gown. I recommend Le Salon to all my soon-to-be married friends, and i always will! It is a fantastic place with great dresses and accessories (I also bought my marine ball dress and veil there) and i would definitely go back if i had a reason to! While in Michigan I ordered my bridesmaids dress and signed their so-called drama-free clause. Back in May when the bridesmaids dress shipment came in, my mother picked up the dress for me (as I was told that if I left the dress there they would charge me to keep it there over 10 days). It would seem from other reviews that Alexis and Jonas run the show at Le Salon Bridal. Alexis told my mother that it would be fine for me to try on the dress in September when I knew I would be back in town. Alexis did NOT have my mother inspect the dress for flaws before leaving the shop. So, (as promised) I tried on the $200 dress when I got home in September and the seam along the hip region is completely scalloped. Having an educational background in design I had taken coursework in sewing and dress design, I knew that the way the fabric had been cut and the stitching that was used was incorrect. After calling Le Salon Bridal several times (while explaining that I was in town for a short period of time) they FINALLY called back. We had the fine pleasure of speaking with Jonas, a snippy and rude man, who absolutely refused to stand behind their product. Instead, he insisted that since we had the dress for a long period of time that Le Salon was no longer liable for the dress and that they dont know WHAT happens to the dress once it leaves our shop (AKA we think you took it to another seamstress who messed up the dress therefore we are not going to help you). As the argument progressed Jonas began caustically yelling at us over the phone. Jonas refused to let us talk to the owner or acting manager.I later came to find out that Jonas and Alexis rude behavior and lack of compassion for their customers extended to my best friend, the bride! As a means of defense, Jonas childishly exploited the brides personal life to substantiate his and Le Salons behavior.On Yelp!, Jonas has had to defend his behavior several times and has even had to post a review of a real brides experience with his shop to inflate the ratings. I dont think a legitimate business would have to post the experience of one of their customers. It is sad and pathetic that Jonas has had to defend Le Salon over the numerous people who have correctly drawn attention to Le Salons lack of business sense and customer appreciation.Please consider mine and other peoples reviews when considering using this bridal salon.

Eryn and Sarah at the Valparaiso location were fabulous. I had a very tight budget but Eryn worked well with me and found the perfect wedding dress for me under my budget price. She was fun and professional while listening to what I wanted. She did not try to push a dress on me at anytime, which I truly appreciated. Le Salon is one shop I was completely comfortable in and hope to return to in the future.

Wedding dress shopping can be one of the most important task a bride does. Finding the perfect dress can get quite frustrating. I found my perfect dress in a boutique in Miami. Unfortunately, when I went back they had sold it and were not ordering more. Le Salon made my dreams come true all the way from Chicago! They not only ordered my dress, but I was able to have it personally delivered to Miami from Chicago. I can not say enough great things about Le Salon. They truly work with you from the beginning to very end. A bride would be crazy to go with any other bridal boutique. Thank you Le Salon.

This Salon is by far the best one in the Detroit Metro area. Their selection was very unique and representative of top designers at an affordable cost. My dress was a Paradiso Couture and at par or better than some of the more common designers. People were taken away by how gorgeous my dress was and the intricacies/perfection of the beading. Not only do they have some of the most unique and classic dresses, but their service also makes you feel like royalty. From the initial day to wedding day, you get the best service. Alexis and Jonas are truly there to find you that special dress and make the following months as stress-free as possible. I encourage you to stop at this boutique when shopping for your wedding dress.

So in LOVE with this place! I recently purchased two wedding gowns from Le Salon, Alexis has been amazing with me and my family! I have and always will recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!! Gowns to DIE FOR no JOKE! It will make you feel like a million bucks on your wedding day! STOP looking at those other places, you are just making it worse for yourself, come to LE SALON!!!

A year after I got married the owner called me and started harassing me stating I had not paid for my dress! He would not leave me alone and sent countless emails and phone messages. Thankfully after endless searching I found my receipt (which was about an inch long!) and sent him a photocopy!! He hardly apologized. I was pregnant and building a home and did not need the extra stress. I will never forget the terrible experience and hope to avoid others from his harassment. Always save your receipts! You never know when a store like this will try to scam you!

I couldnt have been happier with my experience at Le salon bridal boutique in Valparaiso! I bought my dress a couple months ago and the girls were super helpful and very friendly! I also loved the set up of the store- super organized and lots of amazing dresses!! Id definitely recommend checking this place out :)

Let me start off by saying I had a wonderful experience and Jonas and Alexis were truly wonderful. My story, I think, was typical of any bride. I had shopped around but obviously hadnt found anything I was in love with and I was easily overwhelmed by too many options and Limited time discount offers . My best friend actually got her dress from Le Salon about 3 years ago. It was at her urging that I go through and make an appointment. In all honestly I was very intimidated by the fact that Le Salon has moved from its quaint shop in royal oak and had expanded. I thought that meant they would be too expensive and exclusive. The day I went to Le Salon, I had had another appointment before and thought I had found my dress. I was so sure, that I made a later appt that night to come back and purchase. I was very hesitant upon arrival, but Alexis quickly put me at ease. I kid you not, I bought the first dress she put me in. Even if my dress had not been there, i still had an incredible experience and they had a great selection. The only slightly negative thing i would let brides know is that I probably wouldnt go here if i only planned on spending a couple hundred on my dress. Le Salon has beautiful unique gowns and is a high end boutique. But even then, I would still call and discuss budget and what can be done. All in all, this a great shop I would recommend to any bride and hope they meet Alexis. She is a real gem.

From the time that we walked in the door until the time we left, this was a first class experience all the way. Not only did I find the PERFECT dress, they gave me all of the right resources to customize it and make it my own. The store is amazing. As a Bride, it annoys me when vendors are hard to reach...or worse--they sometimes never call back. However, I was always able to reach Eryn and Rachel and if I could not get them right away, they ALWAYS called back SAME DAY. I appreciate that...anyway, I am rambling. I just went last weekend to shop for a wedding dress. Both Eryn and Sarah were extremely helpful and attentive. I found a dress I fell in love with and ordered that day. I had the most amazing experience at Le Salon in Southfield, MI. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jonas. He took me and my mother up to the bridal shop, which was open and beautiful, with a comfortable sitting area, large chandelier, and huge mirror. And then we met Alexis, who was immediately friendly and excited to have us there. I had emailed Alexis pictures of dresses I was interested in and the shop had asked for my budget ahead of time. She then showed me the dresses she had picked out for me based on the information she knew about me. I was very happy with her choices and felt like she truly got the look I was going for. One of the best parts was that all of the dresses she chose for me were in my budget, so I didnt have to worry about that at all. As we tried the dresses on, she asked about me, my fiance, how we met, and our wedding venue. She matched various accessories to the dresses I picked out and really listened to what I was saying. At the end of the appointment, I was torn between a dress I had tried on at a different shop and a dress I tried on at Le Salon. My mom was only in town for the weekend, and Alexis and Jonas told me I could come back the next day (a Sunday!) if I needed to. That night, I talked things over with my mom and decided I did need to come back. So I emailed Alexis and she personally called me the next morning to set up a time that could work. Both she and Jonas were just as excited to see me the next day. After trying the dress on again, I knew it was the one! One really cool thing about the shop is that they gave me a log-in through the shops website so that I can track my dress and any contact I have with the salon. Overall, Jonas and Alexis were so professional and great to work with. As a stylist, Alexis really listened to me and I trusted her opinion on what she thought looked good on me. I never felt pressure from them to buy anything and they were so accommodating. I am so happy with my dress and my experience and cant wait to see them again when its time to pick out accessories and get my alterations!

Le Salon is the absolute best place to go for wedding attire! After visiting about every bridal salon in Southeast Michigan, I finally found the perfect place! Because it is appointment only, you are the only person in the salon, so shopping is a relaxed and enjoyable experience. You also get Alexis full attention which is a huge bonus because she is so unbelievably helpful and patient! And of course, Le Salon has the best dresses. I actually fell in love with two of them on my first visit and after a long debate I ended up purchasing one that day. Then, when it was time to look for jewelry and accessories I went back to Le Salon because they have the best stuff and I was able to try on the jewelry and accessories with the sample of my dress so I could see the full look. I alsoordered my bridesmaids dresses from Le Salon for a HUGE discount as well as the groomsmens ties which match the color of the bridesmaids dresses perfectly. And, after my mom got her dress she sent a picture of it to Alexis and she helped her pick out the perfect accessories. Throughout the entire process I had a lot of questions and Alexis and Jonas were always there to answer them. They are both super responsive, helpful, and patient and have made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I delete just picked up the last item I ordered and am actually sad that my experience there is over. I highly recommend Le Salon for all wedding attire!

It was the best experience I could have asked for. Eryn and Sarah are absolutely amazing. i described what i was looking for and they gave me options, i ended up by the first dress i tried on. It was an awesome experience and i recommend le Salon to all brides.

Remarkable and wonderful!! I feel these two words characterize Le Salon and their team of wedding professionals. I will recommend Le Salon to every bride I meet. I went to so many salons all over Michigan not sure of what type of wedding dress I wanted. After months of searching I was getting close to the deadline of even ordering a dress. I finally decided on a dress only to have a salon tell me it was no longer available. I called everywhere to see if anyone could get me the dress I had finally decided on. No one would even try to get the chosen bride dress, until I spoke with Jonah at Le Salon. Their magnificent team not only got my dream dress, but I also purchased all of my wedding accessories from them. They have a wonderful collection of jewelry, hair pieces, veils, shoes, etc. Everything you could image! Le Salon made sure to accommodate me as I had to drive a few hours to get to their location. I also had my alterations done at Le Salon and the work was perfect the first time. I never had to tug or pull to keep it up and the bustle was gorgeous (best I or anyone has seen). They work so well as a team to make sure you, as a bride, gets all the attention you need and deserve for your big day. I had many compliments on my dress (including the priest) and I truly believe everything was made possible because of Le Salon. It was the best phone call I made, and I am not sure why you would go anywhere else. If you are just starting your wedding dress shopping make your first stop at Le Salon because they will find the dress of your dreams and you will not need to spend anymore time shopping around. As a bride, you deserve to be radiant and stunning on your wedding day. This is what Le Salon does, so let them do their magic with you!

My daughters and I had an appointment to shop at Le Salon this past Sunday for a wedding dress. Two of my girls live out of town and traveled home to be a part of what should have been a very special shopping trip. As I had previously explained to Alexis this would be my daughters first time trying on wedding dresses for her July 2016 wedding. The appointment was made nearly three weeks in advance and we were given instructions to text as soon as we arrived at the Southfield location. We arrived about 15 minutes early and texted the number as instructed. I then received a phone call from Alexis who told me that we had canceled my appointment because the bride had already found a wedding dress! I assured her that we did not cancel the appointment and that we were waiting as instructed at the boutique. I could not believe it -- we were so excited to look for a dress! Alexis was generally unapologetic and continued to say that WE had canceled. She made a call to a consultant while we waited outside of the building only to call back and say that the person she had called was out of town so we were out of luck. She finally suggested that we visit Demetrios to look for a dress since it might not require an appointment. Le Salon is incredibly unprofessional to say the least -- do not waste your time booking an appointment here. If I had to guess -- someone wanted Sunday day off and fabricated a phone call so that they could have it. (Demetrios did indeed take us and our consultant, Pam, was lovely!)

I was recently told by my colleagues to check out this place, and was quite sad to find out they had no dresses for men. Dont go here.
