Horrible. Rude. Take this as your warning ⚠️If only zero stars was an option.This place is great the initial day you put a down-payment for the dress and then hell after.The seamstress told me I had 3 months LOSE WEIGHT because the dress THEY measured me for didnt fit my hips.Every time I made an appointment, I had to wait 30-45 min until I was actually seen.Donna and the other owners were rude rude rude. I seriously do not understand how this place has good reviews. Im in 2 bridal parties with dresses from this place, completely different style of dresses, yet both parties are saying the owners are rude with alterations.They left 1 of fabric each side of my zipper which you could see because the back was lace. The side seems that were let out had stitches all down the side, the bustle on my dress fell off within 5 min of having it buslted, & there was a stain, just to name a few things that went wrong.Also the dressing room curtains might as well not not be there because they dont shut.Beautiful dresses, terrible owners.
This place is nice. Went here looking for a dress for my sons wedding. So many unique dresses!! The ladies that work there go out of their way to find the perfect dress to make you look beautiful! I love my dress! The only thing I would change is the old ladies in the back doing the alterations, they are to be honest...rude. I had a fitting, came in a week later and the dress would not zip now...the old lady with the huge hips told me first that I was wearing different undergarments when I very nicely said I was not she had the nerve to look me in the eye and tell me I gained weight! What! Great excuse for your mess up! I was getting so upset when finally the younger much more sweeter Seamstress came in and informed big hip lady that first of all she removed the hook at the top of the zipper and secondly the cap sleeves were too small! So she took the dress and fixed it while I waited, she was very kind and Apologetic for the old bat with huge hips. Look I am a very understanding person and I understand mistakes happen, but when you feel the need to blame the customer for your shortcomings by insulting her with outlandish Accusations of weight gain in a week to justify your screw up, to me that is beyond professional or acceptable. Do better Maam be better.
Pricey, but great selection! They have very beautiful gowns. Also, my consultant Kyla was awesome ! She was helpful and patient. Her creativity helped me find the dress I envisioned. I would recommend this place.
I took my sister their and someone finally helped us...it was a bridal party their and ladies were just watching. Hannah helped us and we got the dress then had to take it back again to give it more alterations and end the end my sister got lots of compliments at a dinner in Vegas
Myself, my daughter and my sister had a wonderful experience here at Unique Lady. They treated us like family and made us feel welcome from the time we came in the door til the day we took my daughter prom dress home. Mom, daughter Aunt and staff were absolutely amazing. They kept their promise on helping my daughter find her prom dress especially after her first dress was ruined due to a scamming company. These ladies helped my daughter fall in love with a gorgeous gown and she didnt even need alterations. We love them so much and we appreciate all their help. We came to Unique Lady to find a prom dress for my daughter at what I would consider the last minute. The associate that helped us find a dress was amazing at her job. We showed her one inspo picture and she brought the best dresses for her to try on. The first dress she put on was absolutely perfect! We got slight alterations made to make sure she would be comfortable throughout the night and that was perfect as well. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for gorgeous dresses and amazing customer service!
The atmosphere at unique lady is so family oriented. My mom dealt with them when She went to prom back in 2002 and we got our dresses for my Auntie wedding in 2016. They are so nice, and professional, finding my prom dress was so much fun, I would definitely recommend Unique Lady for any formal events for all dress needs!
Very very busy but they try to be as polite and helpful as possible! My daughters prom date picked black and silver for the colors.....blah blah blah..... so me and my daughter didn’t want to pick a black dress but when I tell you she was the princess of the ball....stunning! I posted a picture please do look at it....gorgeous! They got what you need....but have your coins up and they do have layaway if you have time for your event!!!! Thanks ladies❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have gotten ALL my daughters dresses from this place. I love it!!!! Love the customer service!!! I love the fact that its ONLY 1 dress per school. So no need to worry about someone having the same dress as u. The 2 pics I posted below are 2 of my 4 daughters and this was over 5 years ago. The one in the black n purple dress is now 27yrs old. The one in the lavender dress is now 24yrs old. I just purchased a dress from them again for my last baby girl Zyria!!! Which Ill come back n upload her dress after prom which is 5/29/21....

Ive been to this store twice... One time for each of my daughters prom. The store has very beautiful inventory but unfortunately the more you spend, the nicer they are. If you have a smaller budget they make you feel small. I this is completely inappropriate and definitely not the way to grow your business or the impression to make on our younger generation.
An absolute terrible place. The staff is very rude and everything is very chaotic and unorganized at all times. I ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from there and every single dress was hemmed completely wrong and different. A couple hems were crooked somewhere broken/snagged. One of the dresses had major stains on it. Not sure how you can get major stains a brand new dress when it comes straight from the manufacturer….Not happy. Don’t even get me started on their jewelry selection, they promised us free jewelry and have yet to deliver. Do not go here!!!!
I was on the hunt for a wedding dress. Its awesome that you dont need an appointment for in-store shopping. And they offer alterations in a timely matter and able to cut a long dress to tea-length. I was sold!
If I could give a 0 I would. Owners and staff beyond rude. They use to be great and went all the way down hill. Lots of ppl I know are saying the same thing. The problem is no one is speaking up. They ruined my wedding dress 4 days before my wedding. No remorse no apology and when I spoke up just more disappointment. I used to love this place but after they ordered the wrong bridesmaid dresses and ruined my wedding dress. NeVER again. They literally tore the entire dress apart but wanted dull price and the dress was not what I ordered. I waited a tear for this dress. 😢 I literally cried for 4days not knowing if I even had a dress for my wedding. The dress of course could not go back to its original state but they didnt care. DO NOT GO HERESAVE YOURSELF THE HEART ACHE. PS. THEY ALTERED THE DRESS ABOUT 7 SIZES DOWN THEN ACCUSED ME OF GAINING WEIGHT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO ADMIT TO THEIR MISTAKE. I HAD TRIED ON THE DRESS A WEEK EARLIER AND PERFECT FIT. NOTE I NEVER HAD A FITTING TO HAVE THE DRESS ALTERED SO BASICALLY THEY MEASURED SOMEONE ELSE IN MY DRESS THAT I WAITED A YEAR FOR

Excellent Customer Service. Prior to coming here, my daughter is semi picky, had a melt down with tears, we went to 5 other places & BOOM! She found the actual dress she was looking for & our search was over. All the people there were really helpful, knowledgeable & they have a HUGE selection for Prom & Bridal. The shop is very nice. The customer service is amazing. It has a very nice atmosphere, one where you can feel extremely comfortable. My Fiancé went in today to try a dress on for her bestfriends wedding, she let them know nicely that she just needed to try it on so they can get the measurements for it since they are ordering it in Ohio. The ladies in the store after explaining this to them then ignored my fiancé and were being very unprofessional and incredibly rude. Wouldnt recommend this shop despite the mass amount of google reviews...

I would suggest calling before you go to see if they are busy or going really early. They have a few really unique pieces. I rated a 3 out of 5 because of customer service. My best friend and I are going to a ball and we went in together and were BOTH looking for a dress together. A woman came and assisted my bff and completely ignored me (as if maybe I was just there as a support system for her). Okay cool. Understandable. But then another woman came and started to assist the woman to look for a dress for my best friend 👀 😒. We both understood that we came during a busy time and might have to search for dresses without the help of someone that works there but at the moment that TWO workers became available we BOTH should have gotten help. Needless to say the dress they helped my best friend find she ended up declining and we went down the street to another dress shop (First Lady) and both found beautiful dresses. By the way..... we were BOTH greeted upon entry and were assisted in finding the perfect dress to fit BOTH our needs.

I wasn’t pleased with the service. When we got there the 1st day, it was great and the staff was helpful. She gave us an appointment to come back for a 2nd fitting with heels and we weren’t in the computers so we had to make another appointment date. Before we left, I asked was the alterations going to be done for the next fitting and the lady said yes you should be able to take it home. We came back our 3rd time the dress wasn’t ready and it took forever to get out of there and we had other things to do! I spoke with the manager and I acknowledge that I understand how it’s very busy around this time of the year but, my daughters dress isn’t ready and that’s a problem for me since you guys said it would be ready. The manager had a very rude and nasty attitude and I just couldn’t continue talking to the lady. The dresses are nice but the prices shouldn’t be so high for some dresses especially if they are a simple with no sequins, jewels or whatever. Never put more on you than you can handle manager!

First of all, I just want to commend all the steps the bridal shop has implemented to make sure their store is safe during Covid times. Could not recommend another bridal store after shopping here. They were the most helpful I could ask for, never applied pressure, and just showed so much care. Marriam was excellent at her job. I was very impressed by her professionalism and patience while showing dedication to helping me find my perfect gown. It was really exciting for me to find someone who was able to understand my style in a short amount of time speaking. Selecting a wedding gown for your special day is a important decision to be made.
