I recently went to Orosdi Beck Fashions to order a Cameron Blake dress for my daughters wedding. The owner Haifa went out of her way to help me. Amazing customer service! If you need a dress for a special occasion, Orosdi Beck Fashions is the place to shop.

This place is horrible!! Told me 399 and charged 530 without even asking or explaining anything. I will never come back here!

Ok so first we walk in to this boutique. The owner looks at my MOTHER and says, YOU NEED PLUS SIZE! Right away felt very unwelcome. Then my mom says her budget is $100. The woman says, Oh then youre in the wrong place! $100 thats it?! Then she grabs a few dresses to get us to stay. My mom goes in a dressing room to try it on and they BARGE IN the room! My mom was soo uncomfortable! They did bring out something we liked that needed to be altered. She said the outfit was worth $700. She claimed she was giving me a great deal for $150 and it was made in France. Later looked and made in China. We bought it and paid in full for alterations as well. Calls my mom to pick up and GUILTS her into leaving a tip because it took long to alter. I went and picked it up for mom since she didnt want to step foot back in that place. Very pushy, unprofessional, rude.. Made us feel she did us a favor after we paid in full! I would have been happy to leave a tip but not to people with no etiquette whatsoever. At least it was altered ok.

Terrible experience will never be back this place should be closed down…..

Bad ServiceOverpriced- money hungry is right as a previous comment stated on top of paying too much was demanded to tip. Nosey arab Lady questions your job family status. Very rude lady. Place smells like moldy old smoke fire dresses.

She told me one price for my dress give her half to hold my dress till morning then she added a extra $50 when i went back to pay the dress off this lady is a fast talking and loves to rip people off. Do not buy anything from this store.she is over priced and the dreesses are old some were riped. The dress was not my size😈

I had a very bad experience here. I went in and found a dress I liked for my vow renewal. The dress did not have a price on it, plus it was not my size -I asked the price and if it could be ordered. She told me it was regular price of $750.00 but on sale for $399.00. I asked if she could order it-She said if she ordered it, I would have To be at $750.00. She then suggested I try the dress on saying it was very forgiving material. It was a size 4 -I wear a size 10/12. I picked some other dresses to try on as well. While trying on the dress-she barged in the fitting room to help stuff me in the dress. She was so pushy and rude -telling me I just needed to lose a little weight and she could let the dress out and it would be perfect. I could go on and on about the dialogue between us...She told me she would only honor the sale price for that day-if I came back later I would have to pay more. I took a photo of the tag, went home and found the dress online for $288.00 at a boutique in the US in my size. Don’t go here-she is rude and think people are stupid. When I left her store-I had a headache!

She Messed Up On My Prom Dress, Ordered It To Big And Then Brought The Wrong Stones . I Asked For Gold And She Giving Me Other Silvers And Etc. DONT EVER COME HERE! I WANT THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN ! ‼️‼️ She Didn’t Even Care To Listen To Me Or My Mother About This Dress! It Sucks Here ! Never Again.

Don’t buy from here. Over priced and owner is just money hungry she don’t care about the customers. Wish I would have read reviews before buying. She charged me 1600 for a 500 dress. Go online or somewhere else for better price and service

She is extremely rude and pushy. She over charged me a $1000 and only gave me back 700 of it. Over priced place and not worth it.

Horrible experience. She is pushy, a liar and a con artist. She told me the dresses in her store are one of a kind and you would not see anyone with any dress you purchase. I tried on several dresses for a formal upcoming birthday party. My sister who is not a educated shopper like myself took me there because she trust her. The dresses we liked ranged from 1200.00 to 1500.00 (supposedly) but she said she would give us a great deal. The 1200.00 dress was now being sold to us for 850.00 I didnt know my sister wrote her a deposit for 350.00 and gave her a postdated check for 150.00 until I came out the dressing room. My remaining balance was 350.00 that I was told to bring in that Tuesday in cash. I left the store came home, looked at all her reviews that were all horrible. I then put the maker of the dress and the sku number into Google and my one of a kind, 850.00 dress was $338.00. Same exact dress. I took a picture of the dress online took it into the store and she refused to refund my sisters money or to give me the dress for the 338.00.Because I didnt want my sister to lose her money, I did look and find a cheaper dress and still had to pay an additional amount of 159.99 just because I didnt want my sister already cashed check of 350.00 to be wasted. Please before you purchase a dress or anything from this store, look up the dress maker name and sku number and take your chance on buying it online. At least you wont have to give her cash and Im sure you can return if you are not satisfied.

So rude and bad attitude and service! She was pushing on us so much to buy from her in the same day. She kept swearing that if we come the next day she wont give us the same price and well then have to pay more. When we told her that well think about the dresses then well return next day SHE KICKED US OUT OF THE STORE!!

The ower is dishonest an dont care about girls special day which is prom!!! My daughter is unhappy because she told us she was ordering a bigger dress when all she did was take the dress a loose and add a tag from another dress and then say no refund or exchange!!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭 bad business!! This woman is horrible and dishonest, first I came into the store and shes telling me I need a size 8 dress, I told her no, I need a 10 or a 12 because I have a big butt, she ordered the size 8 anyways, now Im stuck with a too little prom dress, she also told me that if I purchased from her instead of unique lady shed do my alteration free, that being a lie because when my dress came she said that she was chafing me $100, shes selfish and she doesnt care, horrible service, and Ill never buy from her again
