I’ve been going here for years!! Ingrid took care of me from my first vehicle 13 years ago! I couldn’t get what I wanted at the time but I listened to her advice and ever since haven’t heard anything from Ford Motor Credit but APPROVED!! Everyone here is pleasant to deal with and address your problems with the respect and urgency as if it’s their own. I don’t plan on going anywhere else as long as they are still standing and providing the exceptional service that I’ve been receiving since day one!

We leased a car from Sherry Brock and she was amazing! I highly recommend you contact her directly rather than inquire online and get a random salesperson. With the chip shortage I inquired all around for the Explorer I wanted and they didn’t have any like every other dealer in the area. Without even asking Sherry saved my contact information and the second one hit the lot she contacted me and held it till I could get in to buy. That is just part of what made her a great salesperson, when I got to the dealer she had everything done already. We were in and out very fast and very happy. I normally dont do reviews like this but I felt I had to share my experience. There is a great employee named Jean Miller at this location. I normally hate dealing with people about my car as they always either make me feel stupid or they give me the run around. What a great experience with Jean he was very friendly and respectful but most important very focused on our conversation not at all being distracted. Was very helpful and thorough and actually figured out what the problem was and made sure I was kept up to date and not left in the dark. I couldnt be more happy and grateful for such a professional and on point interaction. I will gladly make sure this is were I come from now on. Thank you Jean and thank you Ford.

Recently had 4 new tires mounted with alignment and rear brake service as well. Service Advisor Terrence kept me informed all the way. I first looked at Varsity Ford and they did reach out to me when I went to their website and entered my information.When I told them that I was about 3 or 4 months out from making my purchase, they seemed to lose interest, though they kept contact with me at first but as soon as I had multiple questions they treated me as a tire kicker, like I wasnt serious in purchasing a vehicle. I mean if your going to spend such a large amount of money, your going to have questions and want to do your research, right? I dont know maybe Im different.I was introduced to this dealership from a friend and so glad I was, I wasnt pressured one bit! They made sure I was getting what I wanted, answered all questions I had and in the format I wanted (email) and one thing I feel is very important, they were responsive and actually responded to my emails. Not trying to trash the other dealership but I did send multiple emails ( the communication format I requested) and after the first few, I didnt get any responses.To top it off, I get my new truck delivered for free (I live about an hour away), I know that some may not think this is a being a big deal but its the small things that really make a difference! I recently had a tire going flat. I was just a few minutes from Avis. I drive into the service area, the service attendant came out and assured me that the tire could and would be examined. It took no time, to complete my transaction. Avis Ford has the best service department!

I am so pleased with the streamline new process of leaseing a car. It was quick, use of doxy sign for mostly all the documents. This is a safe and efficient process. My sales person Jason was great. Okay, thank you again for providing this info AFTER the fact, however it would be helpful if you provided this BEFORE you schedule a pre-inspection appointment without consulting my availability. Also labeling this inspection as IMPORTANT is completely misleading because this inspection is not even REQUIRED, but rather a convenience service as you explained. Also if I intend to purchase this vehicle (which I intend to do because used car values have skyrocketed since) then this inspection isnt necessary at all, so please let customers know that initially. Additionally the 1-star is partly due to your service department is rude to me in the past. I have left similar feedback on Fords surveys as well. Thank you again.

The service department is terrible. They tell you there is a charge to fix the running boards coming on a newly leased expedition and said it needs lube and to be cleaned and we charge $130 to do it so I called two other dealerships who said its obviously under warranty and to bring it in for no charge.

Im very dissatisfied!!! I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday because I was hearing a sqeeky noise coming from the passenger side tire area. When I checked in 2 other codes came up fuel pump, and ignition switch. At that time I also asked if they would look into those things. On Friday my service advisor contacted me to let me know they could not find anything wrong with my suspension...so I asked if they looked into the two codes..he said no. I then asked if they would and his response was of course. I called today (Monday) to check the status of my vehicle only to find out NOTHING has been done, not even a phone call to my FORD warranty company to get the authorization to complete the work....and to top it off my service advisor is not in and no one knew what was going on.Actually I provided authorization upon my arrival as I mentioned in my original review when I was made aware of the two codes. Also, I provided authorization via text to my service advisor when he contacted me to let me know my first concern about the squeaky noise was not coming from my suspension. So I provided authorization TWICE and still NOTHING was done. As far as the phone call being disconnected I disconnected the call because the service I authorized was NOT completed...as a matter of fact NO ONE bothered to call the warranty company to get authorization. By the way by the time I arrived home from picking up my vehicle the engine light came on....probably something that could have been prevented IF things were handled differently. NOW I cant get my vehicle into the shop for almost a week!!! THANKS AVIS FORD!!

I took my 2020 Ford Escape to Avis for regular maintenance. It was done quickly, and the staff was very pleasant.

Great people, kept me informed as to what was going on, and the service didn’t take as long as I thought it would (The Works). I have also had other great experiences ( tires and warranty work) at Avis as well!

I took my car in to have my water pump replaced, (July 28, 2020). My radio was was working just fine.Fast forward to August 4, 2020. I picked my car up, and realized my radio was no longer working. As I pulled back up at the Dealership, I explained what was going on and was asked to pop my hood, which I did but still my radio was not working. I then spoke to my Service Advisor and he spoke with his Supervisor, his supervisor told him to do a diagnostic check.Long story short I was informed I would need a new radio!! To say I was baffled was the least. How is it possible that I need a new radio when my radio was working perfectly fine when I dropped my car off. I then spoke with the Supervisor (very rude) that stated basically it wasn’t their problem and I would need to replace my radio!! I just spent over $600 to get my car repaired and now your telling me I have to pay over another $600 to get a new radio that was working perfectly fine when I left my car in the possession of Avis Ford.I am highly upset and will never do business with Avis Ford again. I will continue to fight, and make the phone calls that need to be made. I should/will not pay for something that I did not break.

Its difficult to search for cars when a pop up tech wants to assist you, and blocking the auto you are trying to look at. The website could be a little better. Dont show a description if you cant show the auto. And, Avis should show the actual car.

The guy who returned the car to me didnt have any PPE on him(no mask, gloves etc). And the car didnt maintain good condition on hygienic. Its concerning with current background.The service was fine in general and it took a whole week for the service. I had this transmission issue and it took them second check to eventually confirm it.
