I was the only guy in the store this morning and the lady behind the counter totallyIgnored me for a good while and didn’t offer to help. When i finally approached the counter she asked me what I wanted as if I was annoying her by asking to sign up for new service! I had a few questions regarding the new service and she couldn’t answer any of my questions. Needless to say I left and will Be taking my business elsewhere. Not sure why they have a store if they don’t seem to like having customers

The customer service was great but Ive had two bad phones. They have done everything they could to rectify the situation Im not upset with them but I am with Boost. First time in 10 years Ive had back-to-back bad phones. SMH

Good service. The manager, Marvin, has become my go to guy for cellular. Only drawback is Boosts customer service. Very bad. As long I can go to Marvin, I will continue to remain a Boost customer.
