1st time in this store, but theyre professional and helpful with my new account.

I truly loved the excellent customer service I received today from my sale rep KristopherLindsay, also while I was waiting I witnessed 2 other sales rep and 1 woman sales rep giving greetings with smiles, patience, and product knowledge. I must say I have not seen a store with all sales rep with 100% team work showing customers they were there to service the customers with excellent Service until today at this AT &T store. They all did and they kept the line to a minimum of 1 customer or none at all waiting.

I was here with my sister. The representative who assisted us was very helpful and pleasant.

Store rep worked diligently to resolve my issue. Management got involved and as a team, they resolved my issue. Great work.

Darrius was so very helpful and so patient with me as i was shopping for a few devices. Definitely would suggest him and this location to a family member or friend for future references. I will definitely be back. 💙

They help fast but all locations needs to be more careful with account information bottom line is all locations needs more privacy

JORDAN Deane isnt a store manager. To put it simple there are managers that reaches a managerial position through quality customer service, while others climb to such heights through deception, trickery, and down right manipulation that is JORDAN. With that being said his behavior has to be reported to the attorney general, BBB and the regional manger. My advice to anyone thinking of shopping here should think twice. This is THE best store AT*T has! All the guys are super nice and do everything they can to help you. My phone crashed in LA and I went to their store and received no help or options. I waited till I got home and walked out with a new phone 15 minutes later. No comparison! Excellent service and Im hard to please!!!

Horrible policy. I upgraded phone and was told there was black and copper color choices. I chose copper. After he opened the box it look pinkish. I asked if I could just have black. I was told it was too late there would be a restocking fee to do that. Ridiculous!

Devin was and always is very helpful. Very kind and understandable. He’s the only associate I want to see when I come into this store and conduct sales. Best employee ever.

Its a really busy place so plan on staying a while and be happy if theres no wait. I went in to ask about getting internet service and ended up getting a bundle package. Derron helped me and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and provide info for other things I inquired on.I recommend going in to review the service packages to make sure you know whats youre getting versus ordering online and not knowing the final costs and details.

I came in to upgrade my phone and was welcomed immediately by the manager. Ms. Ashanna was not only very knowledgeable she was very friendly. I loved that she was very attentive to me. I appreciated that she took time to assist other customers and always came back to check on my phone and I while it was transferring my data. This store has a great team.

The building is always neat and clean when my family and I visit. Someone is always ready to help, or at least take your name during the busy days. Derron helped with my upgrade recently and i couldn’t be happier. Easily the best AT&T store I’ve visited.

My sales person Ayana was very professional and polite. She helped me with all of my issues in no time. Ayana was very knowledgeable and has a good grasp of how to take care of me.

Had a problem signing up for my new prepaid account. Took almost an hour, but they stuck with it and worked at it until they got my service working. I highly recommend this location.

If I could give zero stars, I happily would.My husband and I waited nearly an hour and a half only to be told that we would have to call customer care. I have been with AT& T for almost 6 years. My grandma (whos plan I was on) cancelled her plan and I planned to move my phone over from that postpaid plan to my own prepaid plan. I went in the day before the postpaid plan was to be cancelled. Apparently, my phone had a cross market issue, and so the manager said that I had to either get a new phone number or call customer care. We left, called customer care, and when that went nowhere we went to a different AT&T store who tried (unsuccessfully) to fix our issue for another hour. Everyone said that customer care could fix it. THAT IS A LIE. After another hour on the phone, we were told that we had to go into a store to fix our issue (which was not true) and that AT&T could not switch a phone number ALREADY WITH THEM from a postpaid plan to a prepaid plan (which is also not true). HOW INSANE IS THAT?Their prepaid plans are great if you can even get on them. This company has THE WORST customer service, and just lie to you to get you off of their back and opt for the more expensive options. Goodbye, AT&T,... Im going to Verizon.

The associates pleasantly greet customers as they walk in the doors. They address your questions. One thing that bothers me about the ATT stores is that they will not help you with your account unless they not only see your Drivers License but they scan it into their computer. Im not comfortable sharing that much info just to ask a few questions

Bought new iphone 11 Pro Max here and representative Erin Plain deleted my Roku account when never asked for that or agreed to that! He also didnt setup my new cellphone properly either. I walked out having to use 2 phones and left having to setup my own phone! Very disappointed! I spent 3 hours (no exaggeration!!) on the phone with AT&T trying to resolve the problem!

Went in yesterday worked with Anthony and Anna (I’m sorry I forgot her name but the young lady) they were very knowledgeable and helped me save a lot of money on my phone bill and got me cable and internet for way cheaper and faster then those other guys. I went in yesterday because I needed information on switching services from Xfinity since they are dropping Starz. Jordan helped me out with everything single question I had and made sure that I had the correct package that fit what I needed. So I left pleased with my deal and will have my new service next week. 😁👍🏽

This location is very rude and unprofessional. I am a new customer to AT&T, When I walked in everyone just stared at me now one asked me if I needed help with anything until about 10 minutes of standing there. They all have different uniforms with Sweatshirts on so you can not tell who is an employee or a customer. The rep that ended up had a attitude because I did not have my account number and I needed help getting it. She writes down the number and has me use the Kiosk instead of just collecting it for me. Very frustrating. I will not being going back to this location.

I had several billing issues for about 1 year ago. Time just got away from me and I continued being trusted until. I met Shoji in the Southfield and Telegraph store. He was my liaison for getting my issue resolved. Thank you for your patience and being my hero.In addition i had another issue a few months later went back to Southfield on telegraph. I another hero Ashley the manager was able to assist with with another billing issue. She had so much patience. Printed my bill and went over it.Love the customer service. Kudos to the people and the store you rock!!!!!!!

I pity the fool that works at this place. I also consider it the worst decision I have ever made switching to at&t. This will catch up to them eventually. They literally scammed us out of $500 dollars when we switched. DO NOT SWITCH!!! you have been warned.

I switched over to AT&T after having problems with Sprint. The rates are competitive and though I had to ask a few different associates my cell phone problems got resolved with the least cost. The phone insurance has saved me quite a bit, my daughters phone got upgraded and my phone was replaced a few times without additional costs.

One of the WORST stores i have ever been to!! I was referred by a phone agent to go in and have them transfer my a phone number that was already confirmed. When I went into the store I was assisted immediately however the reps ALONG WITH THE MANAGER did not know how to perform the required task. I sat there for over an hour and a half and they still did not know what to do and the manager left the associates every after they asked if they can not do it what would be a backup plan. I left and had to spend another hour on the phone with their port department and had to go go a different store to complete the process. Due to that experience RUN from this store and do not look back!
