Very good store! Love the people but please update hours. If you’re not actually opening at 10 during the week. This is my third time coming up there a little after 10 and they are closed.

I will never go here again, very unwelcoming, they did not have any Togo hookahs cups in stock, I went to my car & I called them and asked if i go to family dollar & get a cup can they make me a hookah cup, they told me I can buy a cup & they will make the hookah, when I came back to the store they told me that I had the wrong cup, & he explained how he used to use that cup but no longer. Furthermore, I continued to purchase from them he grabbed an old orange head, when I asked for a fresher one, he said you dont have to buy it, I explained I want to purchase from the store I would just like another orange, he grabbed another one out the refrigerator that was fresher, showed it to me & refused to sell me the fresher orange head. Only the old one. I left, I would never come here again

The guys who own the shop are the sweetest, most professional guys ever!!! They welcome every guest into the shop. I have become a regular. Most hookah shops are SKIMPY, they pack the orange heads BEAUTIFULLY! I love this shop! I hope they stay around for a long time !

Never opens on time its after 10am. If this was black owners people would be complaining, but since they are not. Open when they feel like it.

Very limited e-juice selection. Difficult to see the juices to make a selection. Staff not very knowledgeable about vaping. Would not recommend for vapors.

Bought $15 worth of cartridge. All 3 were duds. They neither refund nor exchange.

Good range of selection. But on the pricy end. Usually get American Spirit for 8.99 in Los Angeles, picked one up for 11.99 here. (maybe its the way MI taxes tobacco)

Over priced!!! I wanted to purchse a Smok Nord from them because they are the closest vape shop to where i work. I call ahead and asked for the price, they where at $40 while every other shop I called where priced at $29.99 or less for the same item. I asked if the could match the price that Wild Bills Tobacco had of $29.99 they said no and that $40 was there best price. I think they have every right to hold strong to their price but a warning to consumers these guys are way higher then most shopes in the area on vaping supplys. *** stay away, unless you want to get overcharged.

If you want vape gear dont waste your time. Never have anything in stock, dont know what their doing so they will give you wrong information, sale you the wrong thing, and make BS excuses about the issue at hand. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache.

Decent Hookah selection. Horrible Vape selection; cant test flavor, over-priced mods, low-end tanks. If youre vaping...save yourself the hassle and go to the vape shops in Farmington.

We bought a dozen tobacco for hookah from this place and when we opened them they were all dried up, so we went back to exchange the ones we didnt open but they said they cant do exchange them. On top of that they had the worst attitude. My advice go somewhere else for your tobacco.

Great staff and great orange heads!

The charcoal usually broken on the middle and they never believe the customers. I usually told them about it and they never care about it. Don’t buy charcoal from them.
