Its the smoke shop thats closest to my house. Besides being convenient the prices are moderate and the service is excellent. The only thing is they always open late. If they say they open at 10 nobody shows up till 10:30. They are starting to get quite a business just from the neighborhood you would think they would be there on time. Other than that its a great store

Convenient, and ok selection but they are greedy and overcharge. If you ask the price of something its like $7.50, but when they ring it up its over $10. Wild bills is much better and just down the street.

Great store. Love the selection. But they open at 9 and are rarely open on time. Ive gone there as late as an hour passed opening only to find the door still barred up. And their Open sign doesnt help as it is always on even when theyre closed.

This place is sucks!!! I walked into this tiny smoke shop and was greeted by the manager/owner, who was incredibly rude, and two homeless looking toothless bums. Prices were very high here and when I asked the clerk to match the price of a gas station less than a mile away from him I was asked not so politely to leave. I would highly recommend finding ANY OTHER SMOKE SHOP! save yourself while you still can!

The man that works there has great customer service and has knowledge of the products he has. Help my uncle purchase some CBD oil that is helping him a lot.The older lady that works there has terrible customer service and is not polite at all.

They don’t open on time at all. Still not open. They must smoke before the come in. It’s tacky to not show up on time when the posted sign on the door says 12pm, and it’s almost 12:15pm. I see a lot of folks post about them opening late. They either don’t read the reviews or don’t care.

Terrible customer service, nasty rude woman who told me to “hush” while I was talking! Here’s a tip, don’t argue with an upset customer and tell them to hush. When I realized I was overcharged and asked for a refund, the same nasty woman refused even though I just made the $90 purchase 2 minutes prior. I feel bad for people patronizing a store like this and not realizing they are getting ripped off. All of their vape products are WAY over priced, so I would assume everything else is marked up very high as well. Juul pods are 15.99 in nearly every retail store and online, yet this store sells them for 21.99 plus tax. I made a call to the store earlier in the day to ask if they sell them and what the price is, was told yes and they were $15.99 a box. Nasty woman said I called the wrong number, despite showing her my call log and it being THE SAME PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR FRONT DOOR! Would not even look at my phone, the outgoing call, and was just overall very shady and rude. Finally I got my $90 refund after she had to get permission from her “boss” on the phone. Maybe put a sign somewhere if you’re going to deny refunds? Bad business all around, extremely over priced, and if I’m being petty I can add that it STINKS like a litter box mixed with nasty incense and makes your eyes water upon entering. Good luck staying in business.

Bad experience. Avoid! Guy who works counter is owners brother in law (or so he said). He was totally uninformed about their products, unhelpful and pretty rude. They seemed overpriced also. I asked him to smell a flavor and he dismissively said no. I told him that I wouldnt be coming back there and he said WHATEVER. Incidentally, Im a laid back dude..hate conflict. I really think the owner (who apparently only comes in twice a week) should know how his relative is minding the store.

Great pricing compared to other places i have visited.

Sketchy place with jacked up prices, questionable product, and a shady AF owner who sometimes doesn’t even show up to open the freakin place. The Kratom here is about twice as much money as the typical prices anywhere else and the brands he sells are dubious at best. There are decent headshops around this area that won’t blatantly scam you.

Guy assures me that the product Im buying does what Im asking. It doesnt so I bring it back 5 minutes later and he says he cant refund me even though he admits what he told me was incorrect. Terrible service
