They were great and I got an LG K92 that I absolutely love

I went in a few weeks ago and was looking for something minor but something i wanted the woman working was awesome she went way out of way to take care of me .Their not my carrier but took better care of me then mine have

Not a good experience. There was 1 lady and she was busy on the phone helping another store. Over 30 before she was able to help me. She was irritated, not very helpful or friendly. Acting as if I was a inconvenience and not a customer. I was thinking about switching my service to cricket that day and was trying to ask if I could keep my same number from Verizon. When it was all said and done I got no answer and just bought the new phone I was getting for my boyfriend. She was not helpful in what I was looking for to get him and the phone I ended up with we are not happy with.
