The store manager and the employee was great. I am still waiting to get all my request filled. Only because they were out of what I wanted at that store. But very nice and would go there before NORTOWNE LN ANYDAY!!! Great place to go get t-mobile help.

Tye was extremely helpful in changing over to T-Mobile from MetroPCS. Very good with us old farts.

I’m writing this on my new phone that Keenan and Sierra so kindly helped me to get figured out today! It was a hassle but they were extremely kind and very helpful. I really appreciate the hard work these two individuals put in for me and the conversations we had were great! Thank you guys!

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. Just upgraded our sims from Sprint to T-Mobile and they were able to help.

Giovanni is an excellent employee and I can see why he is a store manager. Whatever you guys are paying him its probably not enough. He is knowledgeable, patient, personable, mentions offers, discounts and deals, and stands by his word. Thanks Giovanni.

Awful customer service.

The tiny store was packed with customers, and only 2 employees were working but they worked effectively and efficiently to help all the customers quickly.

There is a very good and beautiful lady named Sierra in this shop. She is very patient and solved many of my problems. Thank you very much.

Tried contacting store to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Phone rang for nearly five minutes, drove to the store while still calling. When I arrived I found 5 employees in the building talking, not a single customer. It seems strange that out of 5 employees not one could answer a phone. Furthermore the trip was also for nothing as they did not have the phone in stock. This is a horrible way to run a business, especially during covid.

Very awesome store! Love the employees attitudes and attention to everything going on. Manager is very funny and very cool. Would definitely recommend this store for the sparks area!

Awesome store!! Nelson was such an amazing help! My mom went in to get a new phone and he made her happy and actually enjoy her trip to the store. His customer service is simply amazing!

Customer service here is horrible. You can have a better interaction from a 2x4. Came to view my option for an upgrade & the agent was not helpful at all. It felt like I was forcing the young agent to even speak to me. So my husband & I left. Came back hoping to interact with anyone but this agent, no luck. I was in a hurry & it felt the same. Pulling teeth just to talk to me. Never ever go here.

I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2002 and all I can say is that this is by far the best T-Mobile store in town! Great team and an amazing atmosphere! This will be where I personally refer all my friends and family. Thank you T-Mobile!
