Alternator died on road trip for 2 week vacation at 4pm on a Saturday. No part available in any sister store for miles. They said let us call you back as we want to get you back in the road for vacation. They found an alternator … and had it installed by 2:30 on Sunday.All other repair shops around were closed.Awesome team went above a beyond so we only lost one day of vacation!

Car broke down on rainy Saturday night. By 9am next morning I had spoken to Michael. I dropped car off at 10am and by 1pm had new alternator with new belt and was on my way back to Florida. They were very busy but worked me in. Thank you so much to Michael and his team. You all are the best!

I stopped by the back of the store and the employees were very nice by adding air to the correct tire pressure on my two rear tires.

This place is terrible, I went in for an AC repair, and they didnt get the air bubbles out, and they put the vacuum on wrong. My check engine light came on when I went to pick it up, it wasnt on before I brought it in. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. Definitely will never come back there.

Still waiting for management to call us back, we spent almost two thousand dollars on an AC repair and they didnt do the job correctly. Im extremely upset that my car sat and waited for a part for two days for the job to be done halfass. I had to take it to the Nissan dealership to fix firestones mistakes. They knew my husband and I were from out of town, we live an hour away. Im not happy with this, and Ill never go back to any firestone again. Do better!!!!

Appointment made for new tire. Went to Appointment, they didnt have the tire. Waste of our time and actually the day. Get organized.

I came in for an oil change and wheel alignment. I hit a pot hole that threw my alignment off to the left. The manager gave me an estimate and I was very satisfied with the price. They had to add a caster of some sort to help with the alignment. Everything took about an hour to complete. I was told my car was ready, I paid and left. I get into the car to drive home and it is STILL veering to the left. I made a U-turn, returned to the desk, informed the manager that nothing changed, that the car was not driving according to the repairs, I handed them the keys and the mechanic took the car to the back. I am thankful that it was rechecked, and the reason for it still veering was the right front tire was not in the best of shape. They put on a new tire (free of charge) and the problem was corrected. I appreciate their diligence in correcting the problem.

Best place. Had a flat and was running on my spare. I had a tire warranty and none of the dealerships would be able to see me until Friday. Well I live out in the country and I need my car so that wasnt going to work...so I called Firestone and they saw me right away... they said come on in will help you out. miracle workers thats all I have to say. good quality work fair prices and I saw right away that the work and prices they were quoting was what one customer was told to expect...but she was happy because it was actually lower. My experience just reminds me of why I keep going.*I first started using this company in NC over 5 years ago and they still had my phone number and name. Wanna keep customers? This is how you do it*

My daughters and I along with my 81 year old mother were traveling from Virginia to Georgia and our tire pressure indicator light came on. We had had the tires checked and rotated earlier that same week so we were concerned we would be stranded on the interstate with a flat tire. I googled the closest tire shop and Firestone popped up. We literally arrived 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday. The employees there were so gracious, checked all 4 tires and put the car on the rack to check each tire for a puncture. They had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes and refused any payment. They completely relieved our anxiety and made the remainder of our trip much calmer. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough!

Came in with some TPMS issues and they did service the tire and quickly. After they found no issue, they filled and balanced and made sure the light for the TPMS went away before sending me on my way - free of charge! Great shop, run by great folks!

Been here once myself had my oil changed in my car 🚗 they did a great job and the price was lower than most competitors prices . And now Im a wrecker driver and have towed almost thirty vehicals there and everyone has been very happy with the service and prices . They do excellent work ☺️😊😉

Just terrible messed up my first repair had to come back to get exactly the same service. Up front told me it will be hours before it done. Just please don’t consider this place . Rather go to your local dealer!!!

I almost always buy their tires but, everytime I bring in my vehicle into them they always find stuff wrong with my vehicles. Definitely get a second opinion because they are always trying to rope me in with extras that I really dont need. I always take care of my cars and I have a very good mechanic I bring my vehicles to for complete check ups. Always get a second opinion

I have been a customer at Firestone since 2013. Other than traveling and the rare occasion I cannot get an appointment on time, I do not use anyone else. I have bought all my tires from then, since I moved to SC and most of my oil changes and batteries.Today was my first time to use the Main St location and I left with a bad impression. While everyone was friendly when I spoke with them, the service is terribly slow. So slow that I left without my oil changed. After an hour and 20 minutes, my car had not moved from the spot I parked it. I made a 2pm appointment and had to leave because nothing was done.I cannot fathom why it took so long. I make appointments because I have other appointments and I do not have time to sit around all afternoon waiting for a simple oil change and that is all I made this appointment for.I understand it takes a little bit longer to get an oil change done at Firestone vs one of those in an out places but I dont care for those in and out places. Firestone (other locations) have done a great job. This one, very disappointed.

Excellent customer service it was swamped when I got there but the manager David was getting it done. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to buy there in the future

I’m very disappointed. I took my car to fix driver’s window. They replaced windows motor regulator without doing any diagnostic. After they found out that was not the motor they told me they going to do diagnostic for $50. After diagnostic they told me that was bad switch and would take 4 days to get new one. They didn’t fix the problem and they charged me for the motor regulator (their mistake) with a little discount. I would never go back there. Very bad experience.

They cancel cards without notice, they do not accept complaints, they do not allow you any control over your information, and their customer service literally cannot assist with anything thats not a case against a location.

I came in for an oil change. They fixed my headlights, tail lights, front tire because it had a nail in the wall & they found that my serpentine belt was cracked. Im so thankful that were able to fix everything for me. Great service, Shawn is great! I recommend this place. Ill be back again.

If I could rate 0 Stars, I would. This is the SECOND Review Ive ever written, and for good reason.Let me save you guys some of your time and money. I was having severe groaning issues with my car, and brought it here. They claimed it was both of my front struts being worn out, which would have costed 1,305$ to fix, with change. They also showed me my dirty air filters. When in fact, the air filters they claimed to be mine, werent even the right kind for my car to begin with.I brought my car instead to a family owned dealership, and it turns out the issue was something entirely different, with a connector bar underneath. My struts are perfectly fine, and my car runs smooth as hell now, and it cost me roughly 350$.The air filters that I then changed by hand, were entirely different from what they had shown me, and significantly less dirty.This store is a scam, and Im 100% certain they would have, AFTER fixing my worn out struts, notified me what the actual issue was, just to make an extra buck out of someone who seemed naive due to their age.

We Was in and Out in no time at all... Firestone Techs always do more than i ask for.. This was Just an Alignment but its nice the Mechanic always looks at many things and will notify me of possible issues with my car... I LOVE THIS PEACE OF MIND :-) . . Better them to Spot it in the Garage than me Spot it Broke Down on the Road ., . Thank you Firestone Folks on Main St Spartanburg... We go here Specifically for this reason :-). . .

First of all they are not complete auto care. They dont do transmissions. Also they jack up the price way more than anyone else around! Also they are liars. I got my breaks worked on a week before I took my car in to this place for some tires. They tried to say i needed break and break pads. Total bs!! Take your car to Barnetts on Union street. You will get a great job done and a fair price. Plus they work on everything there except body work.

Good luck with them. Your best bet Walmart half the price. Same tires.

Last Sunday we found a tire on our Hyundai Accent completely flat. We wanted to get the tire fixed, but the technician told us it could not be repaired. We opted to replace two tires as we had done less than a year earlier. The car has been driven around 10 miles per day for the last two years. They broke one of the studs, while changing the tire and tried to charge us $500 to repair the damage they had done. They told us that the entire hub had to be replaced on our particular car. They said you could not replace just one stud. We took the car to a reputable mechanic the following day and had the stud replaced for around $40.We noticed that the car was pulling hard to the right so we looked at the two tires that they put on the front and one of them had significantly less tread than the other. It is hard to believe that both of those tires are less than a year old. I think one star is being too generous.

This location is VERY professional! The store is very clean. The employees courteous and knowledgable. I was able to get my car serviced with 2 new tires replaced under warranty with no hassle, new breaks, rotors and an oil change. This was all accomplished very quickly and with excellent communication.

Stopped in without an appointment because my brake lights were out.. they replaced the bulbs promptly and I was on my way.

Best experience. I just had my oil service at valvoline and after a supposed tire pressure check - the sensor light came on. I took it to Firestone and they not only found nails in my tire but a puncture in another. I was about to leave on a trip driving 2000 miles and they took care of everything- in the exact amount of time they said they would try for. Im a very satisfied customer and recommend!

We were traveling from Georgia and our F150s fuel pump went out on Saturday, so we had it towed. No one working Saturday was able to use the diagnostic equipment, so we had to wait until Monday for the car machinic to diagnosis the problem. We were told the car would be repaired Monday, but it was not. We paid the $850 and returned Tuesday night to lockedwit a locked car. We had to call a locksmith at 8.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. She provided service that exceed my expectations I will definitely be coming back for any other services in the future. Thank you again 04 amber

The woman at the desk informed me there was no one there that day to do diagnostics. When I asked about a warranty on previous Firestone work she made it appear as if I would pay the full amount if it was their fault except for 50% off the diagnostics IF I had the work done there. In my experience, this attitude does not reflect the practice at all Firestone stores. This occurred when i was out of town and desperately needed help. I left.There are other Firestone stores in Spartanburg. Maybe they’re different.

This place works with me to find me the best prices on tires, (they will always either price match or beat competitors prices.) and do most of my car care. Cisco and Amber work very hard to provide EXCELLENT service, quickly and with a smile.

They confirmed a problem for free that the Nissan dealership charged me $125 to find and saved me$200 on the repairs. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They deserve a 15/10 ten stars dont do them justice.

My 19 year old daughter went in for 1 tire and left with a $900 bill for brakes and calibers.... $900!!!! Which they claimed she desperately needed and was dangerous to drive. Im not the type to complain but when it comes to a company taking advantage of a young female who didnt know what she was even getting done is absolutely appalling. 1 star is even too good for this company. Thank you to the lady in the front who convinced her it was extremely dangerous to drive and she NEEDS to get it done and to the manager Alan for allowing such things to happen.

I heard a weird noise coming from around my tires on my 2004 Honda Accord. I took it to firestone and they told me it was my upper and lower control arm, and would cost $1200. I went and got a second opinion and turns out it was really my CV axle, thank god I went else where and didnt let them fix my car.

Wow these guys an girl dropped what they were doing to check an fill my tires. I drive 1200 miles a week an service like that is 5 stars for a free service with a smile. I will be back.

Had appt for 2 tires and alignment for 12 noon Sunday. Dropped car off at 0945. Checked on car at 415 pm...alignment still not done. Finally walked out at 515 pm( they close at 5). Alignment only took 15 mins... really you have car all day?

Needed help with a lawnmower tire on Sunday, and they took care of it in 30 seconds. Very accommodating and most helpful.

Went there to get a nail out of tire, hooked up my battery and told me it was weak and dying would replace for around 180. Told them i would wait and drove down to a parts store who hooked up my battery and would you believe nothing wrong with it. Not today firestone or ever again!

Totally trash service. Make a long story short i brought their life time alignment years ago and still have the same car. Went to get it realigned after getting it fix somewhere else because they wanted to charge me 2k for something that was 800. So i took it back to use my life time warranty to get it realigned and to see what excuse they were going to give me.The guy said that we have some notes on your car and we wouldnt be able to do it not knowing that i had the problem fix. So i told him to take it back there to show me it wasnt fix because i remembered and took pictures of the before and after. The excuse this time was the frame was crack and they wouldnt be able to. Unknown to him and the technician, i had everything check on that car before i took it to them, so there was nothing wrong with the frame or alignment.SEEM LIKE IF YOU ARE NOT SPENDING MONEY OUT OF POCKET OVER AND OVER THEN YOU GET FED BS. THEY DONT EXCEPT YOU TO USE THAT LIFE TIME WARRANTY FOR A LIFE TIME.

Prices are extremely high always. Go somewhere else to get a better price on the same things. These guys are great at over charging.

I wanted to purchase one tire to replace a flat. I was told that they are not allowed to do so, and that because I had a 4-Matic, I would have to buy all four tires. Another store sold me one tire that matched the flat. I never encountered such nonsense at the Blackstock (Westgate) location. I will not be returning to the downtown store.
