Called today with a detailed question. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. If I needed a new phone or support I would certainly go there.

The manager told me about a promotion Verizon was running and I took maybe two days to think about it. When I came to take advantage of it it had expired. I missed out on it because she didn’t disclose when it would end!
