Very crowded. Long wait for help. Could not transfer files from old phone to new, but they did provide my friend with a Sim card that fit her new phone. They tried to say phone didnt work on their network, but after I told them to reboot the phone, it worked just fine. So 3 Stars. Could have been better. Could have been worse.

Setting the Gold Standard for Customer Service!! T-Mobile has great rates and top notch service. Ive never had one single issue with coverage or calls dropping. All around fantastic experience having T-Mobile as my phone carrier.
There was a long wait but it was well worth it honestly! The manager Jon was amazing, he has great customer service and was outside making sure he kept us updated on the wait time and even gave out water. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location next time I need anything.
Update with this T mobile location. Since I posted the review here below. They Tmobile manager had reach out to me to correct the issue. They got me back in, took care of my needs twice and took in my experience on my initially visit. So now I move the rating up some.1st visit review.. Waited over 45 minutes after I put name in and someone come in and left with product while I still wait. Got mad and left.
Service was great. Fast and friendly, with appointment. The deals are only for new customers unless you trade in before it becomes obsolete which occurs when they force an update you do NOT need and cause battery or other issues that just drop in out of the sky. You want new you either pay in full or get directed to the lower end. So much for being a 10 year loyal customer.
I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at t mobile. Chanel Harris was the one who helped me. She was awesome from the time she greeted me til the time I purchased my phone. She has great customer service skills she did a wonderful job.
I have been with AT&T cellular for quite some time and have been so disappointed. T-mobile at this particular store is excellent! I dealt personally with Brenda Cruz. She is a representative of T-mobile that went out of her way to satisfy my particular needs in choosing a new phone and plan that fit my particular needs at an extremely reasonable cost. I highly recommend this particular store and from what I could observe, all representatives were extremely helpful to all customers. I can only speak personally for Brenda. However I would give her the highest ratings. If I were hiring for my own company, I would try to steal her away! She represented T-Mobile and is extremely knowledgeable with a positive attitude. She went so far beyond what is expected of an employee. I will recommend several friends that are also disappointed in AT&T or any other mobile phone company to follow through with T-mobile.Thank you T-mobile! Michael was great he helped my sister get her new phone set it up, plus went over what I needed to up grade my phone. He is the guy to see. He knows his stuff and will show you the best deal for you . but he was only covering there he said he works on E. Main Street I told him Ill see him there when my upgrade is ready.

I been t-mobile customer for last 14year before today I thought t-mobile is best but now I was wrong!! I buy 2 watch it was BOGO and till July they charg me for 2 watch price and after I find out they give me refund only 70$ for last 6 month of charg 45$.
They demand masks??? Walmart doesn’t even care!!!Love T-mobile but the annoying workers were adamant I wear a mask that isn’t mandatory.

I needed a case for my new Note 10 plus. Best Buy had no more cases so I stopped by T mobile and Brenda took the time to show me their available cases and options. I dont even have the service but just comes to show the professionalism and kindness of the business!

Edit: Apparently getting a SCORE upgrade in a decent time frame is too much to ask. I spent no less than 45 minutes in store, trying to get a free upgrade from the SCORE promotion. I had to give my phone number several times, nobody seemed to have any idea what was going on, it was just a terrible experience.Decent for what it is, but dont expect anything stellar.Customer service is polite, but nobody seems particularly knowledgeable about anything. I went in recently to see what rewards I had available for my Score! membership, and getting information was like pulling teeth. The rep I first spoke with looked over my account for 5 to 10 minutes, before going to get a manager and looking at it for another 5 minutes or so. Finally, they mentioned that I did have a single upgrade option available. Dont confuse helpfulness with overall quality, both the rep and the manager were super nice and more than willing to help me on several issues. They just didnt seem to have a solid grasp on available products and services.The quality of the store itself is fairly standard. There was a decent selection of devices in store, everything was clean and well lit, and products were organized in a logical and easy to locate fashion. Though the size of the store is fairly small, it is an adequate space.Overall, a decent store. Dont expect to come out as an expert on phones, but the staff at least wont push you around like they do at many competing cellular carriers.
Shaconna at this store helped me activate 3 new lines of service and even provided assistance on my cases. She did an excellent job, all the while saving me money. Our family loves our new phones. Customer service was quick and world class. Great staff and my visit was a lot of fun. Love our new free Netflix account as well, cant believe we did not switch earlier. Thank you T-Mobile.

DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!I have been a customer with T-Mobile for over a year now and I have had problems with the same phone twice. The first time they done a warranty exchange on the same phone. The second time the phone is still messing up!Absolutely horrible! I would give zero stars if I could! I am a small business owner myself and I deal with customer service every day and if I treated my customers the way this place handles their customers? I would lose business in a heartbeat! Had a problem with a phone that was defective brought it in and before I could even explain my situation the woman. She had automatically assumed she knew what the problem was. I could not even explain the problem without her being right! It was real simple, she was right and the customer was wrong. I had kindly explained to the woman that I was going to agree to disagree and she responded rudely with “ well I guess I haven’t been in this business for 17 years for nothing “ It didn’t take long for me to realize, at this point, I was not going to win this situation and I just took my business elsewhere and switched to Verizon the same day because I was not going to deal with the immaturity and the headache headache! If you are a new customer, they will be the nicest people. However, if you are already a established customer with T-Mobile and you come to this store for assistance do not expect the best service because this store will deliver its worse! Extremely rude!
Visited this location with my mom to get some help with an existing phone problem. Brenda was super helpful, patient and explained everything in detail without talking down to us. Seriously we would give her 10 stars is we could!!! We will be going back to purchase 2 new phones even though that was not the reason for our visit today.

CROOKS! Your in store misrepresented an offer that you had and sold it to me without giving me all of the facts. Salesperson told me they were running a promotion with a free tablet and add it to your plan for $10 a month. My plan is unlimited data salesperson never said the tablet data plan would only be 2gb and Id have to pay more for unlimited. When realized Id been swindled i took the product back completely unused or touched since purchase. The store wouldnt take it back because it had been more than 14 days even though it was sold to me under false pretenses. I called customer service and even though they agreed with my position they didnt help. Im in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Im shopping for a new carrier.
None of the employees seem to know enough information and just tell you to call customer service yourself. You walk in the door and theres no sign in sheet or anything like that so you have the employees asking each other whos next and none of them know so a person who came in 10 min after me got to go before me. One employee will tell you that you can or cant do something while another will tell you the exact opposite. I love T-Mobile and I know phones and all the promos and plan pricing and everything like that so its really sad that as a common customer I know more than the employees of the store do. I once came into the store just to get an issue resolved and there was another customer looking for a cheaper budget phone and the rep she was with gave her absolutely no information about any of the phones, she was just saying stuff like Im not sure how the battery is but it looks like its pretty good and I think the phone has expandable storage but Im not sure so I stepped in and gave the customer the necessary information to make a decision and she got a phone that fitted her needs and I dont even work at the store. Theres a lot of improvements needed at this store.

Store makes fraudulent up-sales on insurance claims. Advised by the supervisor of this store (Alex), that this is a training store. After spending a hour on the phone with corporate. This store is a sales training store and not a customer service eccentric store.Store now has a corporate internal investigation for performing a jump claim on a standard claim that should have been submitted instead of not educating the customer of what a jump claim actually is. A jump claim allows a sales associated to make commission on a damaged phone by way of a jump claim. Which usually allows a customer to upgrade to another device. Should not be used in which of a way for a standard claim when a customer is wanting the same device.Associate at this store (Mark) stated this being the only way to process a claim, backed by supervisor (Alex). Assurant is also processing an internal investigation for possible insurance fraud. Stay away from this store, or become a victim of fraud, which allows associates to allow down payments on the same phone needing replaced. Which results in the associate making some sort of commission that Assurant and T-Mobile corporate is now investigating. Worse customer service from a T-Mobile store in 6 years.Call 611 from your device for anything that has to do with insurance on your phone. Talk to T-Mobile corporate direct. Do not be scammed hundreds of dollars, when it should have been 50 dollars. Store refuses to perform any customer service actions. Stated, we did everything right. Let me start by saying my experiences in this store were horrible! I had the “pleasure” of having to visit this store twice within 2 hours! I went in the Boiling Springs store (they were wonderful) to open a new account and get 2 new iPhones. Long story short,Boiling Springs didn’t not have any IPhone XS Max’s so I had to go to Spartanburg to get the phone I wanted. Boiling Springs did however have the phone my mother wanted. So I went ahead and set up my account at the Boiling springs store. And drove to the Spartanburg store to get my iPhone. Now Boiling springs store closes at 8, I had to get to the Spartanburg store and back by then to get my phone set up. I get to the Spartanburg store and told them Allen from Boiling springs had just called about my iPhone. So one guy goes and retrieved it from the back. Meanwhile a woman comes out and she’s like I can help you over here and I told her the guy had gone to get my phone. And meanwhile I tell her what is going on. She then ask me for my ID which I had left at the Boiling Springs store because he was setting up my account with my mother. She proceeds to tell me she can’t access my account without my id. Now I understand policy but it was 7:45pm and I had to get back to Boiling springs by 8. So I told her they closed @ 8 and she looks as me with attitude and says “right, but we close at 9.” So I drove back to BS got my id and then drove back to Spartanburg. I get there and it’s 8:15pm they tell me it’ll be a min they have to get my phone from the safe. 20 mins later he gets it out. There was 2 other customers there and 3 T-Mobile associates. I should have been helped faster. Anyway, when I do finally get service he tells me I’m getting 109$ for my trade in. I explained to him that Boiling Springs store told me I would get more for my trade in. And David (the associate helping me) looks at me and says real sarcastically “well idk why he told you that!” So I go ahead and pay the extra money to get my phone bc I wouldn’t have one regardless. Then 2 days later I get a phone call from the associate at Boiling Springs store and he told me David had put down that I traded in an iphone7 not 7plus. I tried to tell David in the first place but because he was so nonchalant about it, I believe he just didn’t care. He was not very friendly at all. On top of that David did not put my screen protector or case on my phone that I brought with me from the boiling springs store. And I ended up having to do it and messed it up. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE EVER! And I WILL NOT recommend it to anyone I know. Go to the Boiling Springs store, I promise you, you want be disappointed!
This is not a franchise store. Its an exclusive t-mobile store. They give out the best deals for t-mobile. The staff is friendly and patient.

I hate going in there!!! The lady was so rude to me because I took back a charger that didnt half way work and she wanted to roll her eyes and be ugly with me. All the accessories are way over priced and not worth the money.

They are open till 9pm. Dont show up at 8pm. Because the employees are ready to leave and act like you are bothering them. The lady that was working at 8pm on 9/2/17 is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Because of her I am switching to a different provider.
We use T-Mobile and their customer service wasnt that bad when we went. They were friendly to us! But their prices are pretty jacked up and not worth the money.
I hate this location... I went in at 8:30pm the store close at 9pm... their was a lady there with braids and she was so rude, I felt like she was rushing me to get out the store!! Her voice and her tone really pissed me off! So I will report her! I felt Un welcome... do not go to this Location... not unless you want to be Miss treated!!
