I received wonderful customer service from the Spartanburg location. Travis did a great job with assisting me setting up my new iPhone. He checked on me several times and helped me with any problems that occurred. Melondy assisted me with my iPhone trade-in and she was very proficient with her service. Any time you need help with your AT&T service please be sure to ask for these two.
Amber was Amazing! best customer experience I ever had with wireless.after switching from a 20+ year relationship with Verizon needless to say I was skeptical at first but after cutting my bill in half with a better service, faster internet speeds and a new phones I cant believe I didnt do it sooner. Amber set everything up and made the transition simple and fast. I appreciate the attention to the little details that made this experience so good. thank you!
Robert and his service was very good. Talking directly to the general at&t 800 number was like pulling teeth to get service turned on where the previous tenant had already moved out but had failed to cancel service. Robert greatly assisted in getting this taken care of but at&t needs to work out a better way to resolve this common issue.
My parents have had some issues with a few workers, but overall they have good experiences. They love James because he’s always helpful and patient. He’s super understanding and a great listener. He embodies excellent customer service
Amber Colon provided professional service in setting up 3 new devices for us. She was knowledgeable in the products and service options available. Great personality!
Great customer service, Melanie E gave us great service and answered all of our questions. Along with a great deal.!
Mel was amazing very patient, had great customer service, & and was a pleasure all together. The was another lady in the store that night that was super nice as well, I didn’t get her name but I do know she was from Philadelphia and Aalborg Eagles fan. Thank you guys for all of your help.
We did not have to wait long and my sales lady was phenomenal. She took such good care of me and was so nice! Thank you Sandra for your help in getting me a new phone.
Amber Colon is an awesome specialist. Shes very friendly and very informative. She hooked us up with exactly what we needed. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
Returned phones to store and they never sent them back to the corporate office. When I called the manager was not available and was told to call the next day. I asked for the manager on duty and was told that she would not be at to help me. The Customer Service sucks! They wonder why they are not getting new customers...this is why!
Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had absolutely no wait time and the store had the device that i wanted in stock.
I walked in yesterday and the lady in the front asked could she help me. I said yes, Im looking for a new phone I could buy straight up. She looked at me crazy then ignored me. I told her again, I was looking to buy a phone and she just ignored me. I was in the store for 15 minutes without any one else asking if I need help or if I was ok. They flat out ignored me. Ive been with ATT for over 20 years and they really disappointed yesterday and I still need a new phone.
LaToya was awesome! I lost both of my phones and she helped me file a claim and get me into a temporary phone. She was patient and went out of her way to help me. Thank you LaToya
Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and friendly. They were even willing to stay a little after store hours just to make sure I got everything I needed!
The workers for that store was patient and on the mark for what I came for thank you att on blachstock rd Spartanburg SC 29306!!!!
I have had two recent visits to the store and both consultants were great, especially Kareem on my second visit, as he was very helpful and did an excellent job in providing questions to get the correct service for me, as well as making the overall experience an excellent one. Great job by all. Thanks!
I had been trying to get my service back with AT&T from a little over 30 days with T-Mobile bc I hated their service and also wanted to upgrade my phone. After 2 days of trying to get it to go through online and speaking with atleast 15+ customer service reps, then being transferred 80% of the time and then having to explain my situation and what I was wanting to do, receiving a different answer EVERY time, I finally decided to go into an AT&T store on day 3. I first went to the Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC location and after spending over an hour in the store trying to get what I needed done, I was told they just couldnt do it and that Id have to call the customer service number I kept getting in the error message from the online order I was trying to place. So then, I decided to try one more thing - make an appointment at the Dorman Center Spartanburg, SC store. I knew from speaking to a staff member in Greenville that LaToya Love was working in the Spartanburg store and I knew from my past experience working with her, that if anyone could get it done, she could! LaToya went above and beyond to get my transaction completed and get my plan as close to the internet price I was quoted as she could. Now I finally have my service back with AT&T and my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thats all I wanted and she was able to get it done. She should be running her own location, SERIOUSLY!!!
Top notch service we received when purchasing and switching phone service to AT&T. We couldn’t of asked for a friendlier staff. They were extremely helpful with answering all our questions. So happy we switched. Thank you AT&T staff for being so patient and helpful.
We went to upgrade my wife’s iPhone. Got in and out quickly and staff was very professional and knowledgeable.
If you ever want to trade your phone in at this location they are very helpful!!.
Had a great experience. My phone looks great and Kareem M. really did a great job with his service. Will be coming back again for our phone needs.
Horrible experience today. Brad assistant store manager very rude and nasty. Poor customer service on his part. Doesnt work well with online collaboration with customers. Was basically told that it didnt matter that I had an appointment which was given to me online I was still going to be last in line. Did not feel welcomed at all . Will never go back into that store!
I ordered my phone online so everything is paid for. I checked in online for curbside and Ive been waiting 20 + minutes. They let multiple ppl in he store after me so I finally went to the door since no one would answer the phone. When the lady finally came to the door she of course said they are at capacity and I ask if she could just grab my order. Ive been waiting 10 not min since then since she would not. Apparently if they already have your money they dont give a damn about you. Still waiting.......
Kareem was excellent in helping me . The manager also. Very courteous and efficient!
Sofia was soo helpful! She was very detailed oriented as far as explaining every option we they had to offer! She was so patient with us and explained everything so well! She even stayed over an hour longer than her shift to just to make sure we were happy and satisfied before we left the store! I Would 100% recommend Sofia for all your needs!
Amber was great. She is the one you want to see when upgrading your phone.
Called a little before closing time and asking if they had an iphone 12 pro. They said YES. I made sure and asked if they had atleast a few.. AGAIN YES.First thing in the morning we checked in to att store and after 15 minutes of waiting we are told they dont have them in stock.. like REALLY? This store doesnt value their customers time PERIOD.It also was a gift surprise for my wife and they ruined it.
Being a new AT&T subscriber, I stopped by the store on East Blackstock Rd. for customer service. Deep Patel was the associate that assisted me and I was extremely impressed with his calm demeanor and professional performance. He was excellent at his job! If all agents were as well trained, there wouldnt be any complaints about customer satisfaction! Thank you, Mr. Patel.
SARAH IS FANTASTIC!!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!
They were fantastic! There was an issue with a new phone we were trying to activate, but they finally figured it out and were very nice about everything! Love my AT&T!
If you dont believe in wearing a mask, dont bother going. They require them on in order to be waited on.
I had a very good visit with ATT, Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC. I accidentally hit the number 1 which said dissatisfied but it was suppose to be a 5. Very satisfied.
Literally taking this company over a month to install internet at my house, some of the least helpful employees
This place would be a 5 if not for the extremely long wait times. I was greeted soon after I came in and was put on a waiting list. The lady that greeted me put the effort into at least asking me what in particular I wanted and looked to see if there was a Note 5 in stock so it would be handy once there was another rep available, but I had to wait about 20 minutes before seeing the sales rep. David was the sales rep and he was very knowledgeable about the products and the plans. He switched me from an obsolete plan to a new one which saved me about $10 a month with a higher data limit than I had before. The reps do not try to get you out the door as quick as possible and they take their time and explain any questions you might have. They just need a few more reps on weekends to handle the demand. As for the items displayed, they have many drawers and closets with all the accessories like phone cases in them. Why not have them all displayed so customers dont have to keep asking is this case in stock? Why not display them? Why are some displayed and many others hidden in drawers and closets? I saw reps often having to go from closet to closet looking for a particular case. Anyway, they had all the items I was looking for and had good selection, but it would probably be more efficient time-wise for everybody else if everything was displayed instead of reps having to waste time looking through drawers and closets when he/she could be completing a sale.I could have gone to Best Buy just across the street, but I still decided to go here because they are more knowledgeable about the plans and dont try to rush you out the door.
Not exactly helpful. Asked to see in writing or on screen the actual cost. And the sales associate never showed me. How switching would be less. The last time a sales associate said it would save me money they were incorrect. So onscreen would have been fine. I want too see it.
I Really like this store. You can walk in or schedule an appointment. The Reps here are knowledgeable and are very helpful. Its worth the drive because the store in Gaffney has nothing on this store. The atmosphere here is great. Ill reccomend one Rep thats just Awesome and his name is Chad.
Literally one of the best AT&T stores that Ive been to. Such great customer service. Deep was so helpful, patient, and nice. Definitely wouldnt go to any other AT&T store other than this one.
Very friendly employees. They are always there to help and I always feel welcome when I walk in the door
Closed on Sunday. One sign on the door said you were open & another said closed! No help this trip.
Greeted immediately and was helped within 10 mins of being there. Kareem was very friendly and helpful, I was in and out in no time even though I was setting up a new phone on new service.
Very nice and fast working employees, I had a few problems with my devices that they promptly fixed.
This place is nothing but scam after scam. My fiancé came in the store to get a phone but never left the store with one and they still sent him a bill for over $100 when he doesn’t even have service with this place. Both the manager and the associates are very rude and don’t really care so help assist you. When the women called to have my fiancé’s account canceled again without ever leaving the store with their service their didn’t allow him to leave with proof of where they had the account canceled.
Great attention, service and a lot of help.
Helped me transfer my data. In and out in 5 minutes. Pleasant and professional.
They set me up with the wrong package and gave me a bogus price and I’ve been battling AT&T for about a month now. The customer service sucks so bad still haven’t gotten my bill straightened out yet. Can’t wait to wash my hands of this terrible company.
Ok
On January 28, 2017 we were given the information regarding a bundle with AT&T, we accepted the bundle price. Every month I had to call and remind customer service that the statement did not reflect credits we should have been given. The salesperson explained that for a couple of months the bill would be higher and then would be correct, she just forgot to tell us which couple of months. We have paid to AT&T for 2 months service over $800 and still owe over $350 for next month. My husband got feed up with the rudeness of the U-verse customer service and on the 28th of March we went back to Direct T V... and may change back to Verizon if things dont get better financially...The gift cards are never correct, it is like you need to beg them for what they had promised, right now they owe us $350 in gift cards. A very good friend (who was retired from AT&T told us to never do business with AT&T, they will never get the charges right for you, should have listened.
I went into the store with hopes to bundle my AT&T wireless service with my UVerse. After finding out I could not until it was installed I took interest into upgrading my phone. The sales rep was not helpful at all. She didnt have any information about the difference between to IPhone 8 or the Galaxy 8. She could of really got a sale today, but the fact that I was rushed and and didnt get any knowledge about the features of the phone I just left. I would really love for you guys to have more friendly and better reps at this store.
DirecTV an ATT services is the worst service I have ever used an the equipment they put in .y house was not ready to be put on the market 2 yrs. ago an now they send me a bill for 100.70 with no explanation of what it is for. I will never use their service again. I have had nothing but trouble since they installed it.
Too bad I cant give negative amount of stars. If I could it would be negative infinity. They are all rude and promise things then deny they did after you traded and they shipped your old phones off. Best of all they call you a little to your face. They only want to sell phones. The machine that takes your money works but dont ask for help. Brenda refused to help saying you can figure it out it shows you. Very rude and unprofessional.
Wait time was horrible. Manager needs to step her game up and help out the crew! Ill give Constance 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her good customer service!
Manager Alexis is very rude and based on other reviews needs to be replaced asap!!!! First experience was great I guess bc she wasn’t there! I will not visit this store anymore I will go to the east side from now on!
Wonderful store manager and floor crew. Highly recommend this location.
I feel like the owner in this place
The young lady who helped me put my new glass protection on my phone was very polite and very helpful
I have visited this location 4-5 times and I havent had my problem solved once. The staff is really kind but I have experienced more knowledgeable AT&T reps at Best Buy.
I went into the store after receiving two phones that were not what I ordered. Customer Service told me to go in the store and exchange the phones with no restock fee. This was noted on our order history for the store to see. The sales associate pulled up our account, looked at me, and said, Are you Randall? I said, No, thats my husband. He refused to help me even though customer service was telling him to. This may not give you a picture of how poorly he treated me but trust me, it was inhumane.I was leaving Verizon after 11 years but not anymore. I have NEVER been treated in such a horrible way.
Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and worth the time spent there. I cant believe how quick they solved our issues and got us on our way home......
Extremely competent courteous & helpfulNeeds your attention and raise.
Came here for some accessories for my phones. The manager, Mr. McBee was amazing and he really knew his stuff. 10/10 would buy again.
I love this place the people are polite and curtious and are always willing to help you
Always do your business with this place online if at all possible & ask them to email or text any changes you made. I give online service 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
EXCELLENT! CHAD BOLIN WAS WONDERFUL AND HELP ME WITH A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION!
They were really nice and helpful.
Aweful experience. Once again Ive been lied to. I know that extortion is illegal but it appears to me that is whats happening in my case in reference to my billing.
The customer service is wonderful. No long wait times. Very patient with customers who ask a lot of questions
Stopped in to buy a SIM card. Expected to pay $5-$15, or maybe even be given one (no expectation for anything free.)After waiting about 5 mins (not terrible)I was told they “couldn’t give me a SIM card and I’d have to come back another time..”I asked again to purchase a SIM card, the reinstating that I was ready to give them money in exchange for a piece of cardboard. And again, the girl insisted that she wasn’t able to sell me a SIM card.Stopped by the store on woodruff rd in Greenville on my way back home, and had a SIM card within 3 mins and was out the door.Won’t go back to this store again. Not worth wasting my time.
Fast and easy, thanks Angel!
Chris was great. He fixed the account no matter how long it took. Thank you Chris at ATt on blackstock road in spartanburg
Great staff. The guy who helped us was very honest and concise.
They are courteous and they do try to help you as best they can but as far as pricing on the acessories are way too high you can go to the Barnyard and get a case for your phone a whole lot less than what you can buy from AT&T even the Barnyard has Walmart beat on the pricing for accessories for your cell phones tablets whatever computers whatever you have electronic
We swtiched from Verizon to at&t and instore service was nice. Only two issues one we was never told nothing about our new account so we have no idea about our account info.. issue two is we had to order my husbands phone and when I try to call to see if its in yet they dont answer the phone. Ive tried all day to get ahold of someone and nobody answers. Its like they cut off the phone!
Good and quick service. Friedly atmosphere maintained by representatives
Went to see about getting a Sims card for my tablet but they could not make it work and some how began to bill me for a service and phone number I never had. It took 3 months to get this resolved.
I have never been more happy to switch to Att the service area is better then Verizon and I never have issues with magic rising bills like with Verizon.
Service was great but it took 45 minutes before we got it.
I purchased a GS9 back on March 17, 2018. I was informed by sales rep Allison that I would get half off my monthly installment by upgrading that same day, which would be $13 a month. She told me that this would reflect on my account on the next billing cycle. This is one of of the reasons I upgraded early. Fast forward to now, I had an issue with my uverse account. The rep pulled up my phone bill as well and told me that I was paying $26 a month for my phone installment. This was a problem because I was told something different. I was told that I would get the half off promotion and that it would start the following month. I live in Greenville so I went to that store. They were very helpful and told me that I would need to go to Spartanburg so they can escalate it since this happened there. They also told me that the promotion also wouldnt show until after 3 BILLING CYCLES after the upgrade. See, theyre always tell you something different to get the sale. So, I drove all the way to Spartanburg to come to this store. Deep assisted us and was very nice. His ASM, Alexis, came to help us. Her attitude from the beginning was off. I began to tell her my situation and she began to basically tell me that my point was not valid. She stated that Allison was there for 3 years and never made a mistake. I would be able to do something about this if more people came to me with this issue. This is just he say she say. She was basically calling me a liar. She was also very biased and defensive regarding Allison. Not once did my boyfriend or myself raise our voices. We are very respectful people. But she began to raise her voice and also beat her hands on the table. This was starting to cause a scene. We tried to let her know that were just trying to explain my situation and that she was being very disrespectful. She continued to question us and raise her voice at us. My mom was present by the way as well so she saw it all. I kindly let her know that she was raising her voice while we were being calm. She then slammed her iPad down and stated, I am done with this conversation, and stormed to the back. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have been a loyal att phone and uverse customer for a while and the service that we received was very disgusting. She was not trying to help us in any way. She does not deserve to be in a place of authority anywhere. I was in management for 5 years and the things she said are not things you should say to customers. She needs to be replaced. Advice to upper management: be careful about who youre selecting to represent your company.
I had the most unprofessional form of Customer Service today with my Girlfriend who has been a loyal customer with Att for years now. Not only does she have Att mobile, but we also have Att Uverse with the internet and cable. So we have a few different items that are being payed for monthly through you all. After coming to this location back in March (17, 2018) my girls friend was upsold for the new galaxy s9 that had just been released. She was sold on buying out her remainder of her previous galaxy (which left a small balance of $200+ dollars in exchange for the newest released galaxy s9. (Sounds like a deal right???)Upon doing that offer that day she was also told by the sales rep (names Allison by the way) that she would get half off on the phone per month after the current billing cycle at that time so it would be installments of just $13 instead of $26.So having just moved into our new place July 20, we get the first Att Uverse bill (which had issues as well) so to make a long story short we had called customer service and spoke.to.several different reps and got no answers but just justifications as to why the bill was not as promised. We went to the Greenville, sc store and were immediately helped by two reps (one Manage by the name of Jeremy and a sales rep). They were informative and let us know that Allison who had signed my girlfriend up.with that phone.promotion had been misinforming of how the promotion really was suppose to be and it went on for months before they even got applied to the account. And referred us to go back.to the Spartanburg store so that that store manager could do their escalation protocol procedure so that my girlfriend would have been credited the amount she had initially signed for. While being there and having explained the situation to the ASM Alexis who.was on duty, not only was she bias as to the fact that she blatantly said that Allison (the sales rep) had never had any complaimts or issues, which is impossible because we all make them but we have managers to find solutions when our team members make mistakes so that It doesnt happen again. But her response to our explanations and concerned were that it was hear say and that since there had not been enough of these complaints or situations that had occurred, that she could not.do.anything about ours, (my girlfriends). As a professional myself, not only was I extremely disgusted with her way of action and unprofessional way of conduct, but I am let down that she is actually a person put that position to talk to and treat customers any type of way.And to only make matters worse, because we had received such great customer service at the Greenville store that had no.issues with us and they knew that we were no irate individuals. So leaving the Spartanburg store we went back to the Greenville location to.let them know how we had been treated otherwise at the Spartanburg location and to also thank them for their courteous manner and helpful service they had provided to us prior. Upon doing so we had found out that she (Alexis tried to call them and tell them that we were irate and trying to cover her tracks but little did she know that we were told that the things she had said to them at the Greenville store had been things that no.manager should be saying to or about customers. And they she had been bias with her previous employee and failed us as customers and failed my girlfriend with rude and obnoxious service towards us. I have never been so disrespected along side my girlfriend in public and I hope that she gets reprimanded asap! And to.make matters worse ( our issues never got dealt with by her, it ended and you all can watch on camera, she slammed her hands on the table several times and got even louder causing a scene and then she walked off and told us that she was done talking and went to the back. And this is the service we pay for.
The amount of customer service you receive at this specific location is heavily dependent on the representative currently helping you. Some are really nice, while others treat you like a burden to them.
It is for the most part a great store however it is hard to see the sign until you are right at it
Very friendly. Quick in and out
I am thankful for this online opportunity to let management know about my experience with ATT at the Hillcrest Store in Spartanburg SC. My husband went into the store because we were having trouble with our LG cell phone. When my husband called me from his phone he was blocked and we didnt know how to remove the block. Your ATT rep told my husband that he had no knowledge about getting the block off. My husband has a pacemaker and we need to be able to talk if something goes wrong. When I got my LG phone I went in that same store to set up the service. I believe your rep could have help my husband. He just didnt. I have since gone online and figured it out for myself. I gave the rating of one star because I could not rate him zero.
What the store on E. Main St. screwed up, Chad straightened out with a smile (Im guessing, since he was wearing a mask). If I need anything AT&T related, I will bring my business to this store! Thanks, Chad!
Finally got my firstnet working. Thank you Kareem Moss.
Very Nice store. Only store in upstate had what I wanted
Sales Professional Kareem Moss, has an excellent personality and is extremely knowledgeable!!
Great place to get your phone fixed
Great customer service and great bundling prices!
☎ Switched over from Verizon after being with them for 15 years because of increasingly higher💰bills in past year, but with no changes in our data usage. AT&T is saving us nearly $80 a month with our bill and getting unlimited data when we had 10GB before. My problem is the unclear and somewhat misleading way AT&T explained how theyd help us out and pay off our phones with Verizon making it easier for us to switch over to them. That couldnt be further from the truth of what happened in the end.We were left with a few gift cards based on trade-in value and still stuck with a huge payoff amount to Verizon of what was still actually owed on our contract on the phone. We are still confused at the entire process and consider ourselves to be reasonably intelligent people. Now we are in collections trying to pay off what we still owed with our Verizon contract on our traded in phones.😡 Could have gotten more if we had sold our phones to an individual. Was comparable to trading in a car to a dealer. Also, one brand new smart phone was purchased thru AT&T without all the bells and whistles. We learned later from Mgr. (after trading in this particular new phone 3 times in 4 months for randomly not working) that by purchasing a no name smart phone we had essentially compromised its most basic functions. Apparently, you cant buy a cheaper smart phone without all the fancy features, without compromising its ability to make a phone call, too. And we wont even go into how slow data processing happens, LOL! What that means is your teenagers 4 year old used iPhone will speed past your brand new Samsung J3 (off-brand) like a Porsche passing a Pinto when you Google something, or look up a map location, or whatever. And some days your phone may just decide it doesnt want to make a call, and it just doesnt. Or weird noises will start coming out of it when the call connects, or the person will hang up on you never hearing anyone on the line.In cell phone land, if you buy cheap, you buy cheap ALL AROUND. Theres no guarantee your phone wont just stop making or receiving calls one day, or that all the sudden your data shuts off and all you can pull from it is wi-fi, essentially having a really tiny tablet (this completely stumped the ATT employee, bc it happened in the store whilst working on another problem). And no, you DO NOT get another type of phone, either, you get the exact. Same. Make. And. Reject. Model. Again. And. Again. Until you use up all your trade ins or pass the limit for returns. Then, you are stuck making payments on nothing. Because, you signed a contract. It wouldve been nice if they were clearer on ALL of this BEFORE I signed a contract for a piece of junk phone. At least my 3rd phone is actually making phone calls, unlike the other 2 before it. Yes, I will have saved $600 in 2 years buying this piece of junk, and I save $15 a month making payments on it, but please know the risk youre taking. Its not like buying a car without heated seats or a moonroof, but you still get a great running engine. You actually compromise the engine, (if you will) in a cell phone when you say no to the heated seats and moonroof (bells and whistles); therefore, compromising your ability to do the most basic feature, making a phone call. Until they manufacture smart cell phones differently, dont go cheap off-brand! At least buy used, or get someones name brand when they upgrade. I envy my daughters iPhone4. 😐
KAREEM is a great guy.Solve all our problems. Thanks
Somewhat satisfied with new policies, C.S.Rep. very helpful
Awesome store over and above on helpfulness. Took care of me above and beyond!!
I have had plenty of bad experience at this AT&T on blackstock road in spartanburg. I have a wireless plan with them and i also have AT&T U-verse also with them. Everytime i go in this place of bussiness nobody even greet or speak to me when i walk in. Employees are walking around looking at thier cell phones. Nobody ever ask me if i need help I always have to find someone to assist me. I ask for da manger 10/3/2012 cause i got tired of the rude enviroment and told him that his customer service is awful in here and needs alot of improvement. All he said was OK. I now go to the one on East Side of spartanburg its a longer drive but they have excellent customer service, even had an employee walk me back to the door, There great there & help me everytime i walk in. I give this one on blackstock road a big fat F.
Have great customer representatives, but their technical support and head office personnel are lacking in abilities to help.
Super helpful and gets the job done quick...
I got there late around 7. Ran into some issues that kept me there an hour and a half past closing time. Im sure they were ready to go home, but the representative finished getting me situated and was very patient.
Very nice and friendly and helpful.
They tried to help me but FB is shutting me down for 24 hrs because of something that was really nothing.
The CSR was very prompt and courteous!
Worst customer service ever the manger who was a lady was rude to me and my wife. We were looking at the note 3 and she told us to step aside rudely and took a picture of the note 3. While I step to the side I asked a question about the phone she ignored me and walked away. I soon walked out and went to the at and t on the east side of Spartanburg to get the note 3.
