My MOST favorite HIBBETT SPORTS that I have been shopping at between Hillcrest Shopping Center in Spartanburg SC & The White Oak Plaza in Forest City NC

I have shopped here a few times, and have always found the staff to be very helpful and the prices reasonable. Also people wear masks and it seems very clean.

Great selection of shoes! After 3 weekends of shopping for basketball shoes with a picky teenager, we finally found what he wanted AND they had his size. Good customer service too. Very helpful. Thanks guys!

Came to the store multiple times. Never had the shoes I picked in my size.

After having a horrible experience with Hibbett.com I came in store with my e-giftcard. James worked with me through a invalid card#, shoe shortage, and wrongly priced items. He remained calmed and made sure I walked out that store satisfied!! Hes young but showed more compassion than most adults!.

1st time ever going in, and its a pretty cool place!

The Assistant Manager was placing an Hat order for me but he couldn’t tell me when the order would be here but charged $15+ for shipping . Then couldn’t/ wouldn’t explain why shipping cost was so much. When I decided I would just go home and place the order myself he walked off and left me standing there without ringing up my other items. I had to get someone else to come ring up my purchase. The Assistant Manager in the Spartanburg Sc store was rude!!

My daughter and I went into the store on 3/7/2019 and Seneca was a huge help... I needed to purchase a pair of track shoes and did not know anything about them and she made sure my child got everything she needed! YOU ARE THE BEST SENECA! YOU ARE AN ASSEST TO THE COMPANY!

Online says open on friday and saturday nights until 9. Store front says 8. Wasted time driving here at 815 pm.

Not a lot of ladies gear but they have GREAT kids wear and shoes

Believe it or not these guys do not work for commission. So, when they ask if theres anything they can help you with its a real question! I was in here a few days ago and the way people treat these guys is ridiculous. Snapping, pointing, yelling. Who cares if you saw the shoe somewhere else for $5 cheaper go there and get it!! I heard the staff greet you and you stayed silent. I heard them ask if you needed help. You declined. Then when both of them start helping other customers you huff and puff like youve been ignored then have the nerve to catch an attitude because you snapped your fingers and held up a shoe and they didnt come fast enough??? Crazy, rude, people!!!! The Assistant Manager Rasjah was very knowledgeable, kind, personable and helped me find the right shoe for me, which was a Brooks shoe. He also helped me with baseball gear as well as a pair of adidas sweats. The Head coach was very pleasant and kind as well. Any and every time I go in this store I leave the store with a smile.
