I took in a rubber hose that needed new ends . Nothing big. But they found the parts I needed and then offered to attach them. At no extra cost. And then they did it. Outstanding!

This has always been the place to go for hard to find items that no one else has, or even carries. Case in point, I was looking for a faucet wrench to remove the filter in the head, went to all the big names with no success, even went to plumbing stores, nada, as a last thought(should have been first), I went to Bullis and, of course, they had it!The staff has always been very helpful in my opinion.I also like the fact that if all I need are two bolts, I don’t need to bye 10!

Great family owned place that can help with almost any maintenance related problem and they also sell home pesticides for affordable prices that actually work.

Purchased a GE ballast from this store, being a licensed contractor the ballast was installed according to the manufacturers specifications. The ballast did not work, I tried to return it at the store and the owner Gordon Seay said it couldnt be returned without a receipt. I drove all the way home to get the receipt. Returned to the store with the receipt and the owner says I cannot return electronics even with my receipt. This ballast is under warranty for 5 years and GE backs the warranty. Do not purchase anything from this store because they do not back their products as distributors.

Always receive great service when I visit. The employees always seem happy to assist you, someone always has a pleasant greeting for you, and generally the check-out experience is quick and pleasant. I always feel like I am shopping in a small-town, neighborly store

There are several hardware stores in the local, but none has the Great ole neighborhood friends character like this one. I know from my past experience shopping at this True Value that have pretty much everything I need to complete any jobs. So once again I put them to the test. I went in searching for basic Luthier tools. Surprisingly, they got most on list I need. They even have Jewerers Rouge and hide glue I thought I would have to order online.Overall, great experience!

I went to Bullis hardware to get my diverter replaced for my shower. I didn’t have the complete parts I needed replaced. They were so kind, they gave me there tools to remove my diverted from my shower. I was able to use there tools to get my diverter off & take it to them to give me the correct part. What a wonderful place to visit. They can assist you with all your home projects & if you don’t know how to remove or install your pieces, just visit YouTube for all your needs. I have been using Bullis hardware for several years & I can promise you, you will never be disappointed with there 150% customer service.

Small business down the road by my house but the have everything I need. The guys are nice a polite. They know all the answers to my quesrions. Stop going to Lowes after going here for the first time.

I have been there several times and they are always so helpful. They carry a lot of items that are hard to find. Very knowledgeable of faucets and plumbing. Reasonable priced. Prefer over big box hardware companies.

Don’t let the first peek in the door scare you off. Looks cluttered, but in hardware, that’s exactly what you want. Tell em what you need and they’ll walk you right to it. No one else had what I needed, Bullis had it in stock. Reminds me of the look, selection & service of the old days that’s almost unheard of anymore. 👍

My only wish is there were a way to give this place 500 Stars. Everybody there is so incredibly smart and helpful. I work in a traits industry and I can tell you when I send an employee there they always come back with good helpful information and the parts that I sent them after. Very family-owned-and-operated and you could not ask for a better staff whether their family members or not. Honestly, I have never ever ever been in a better more helpful facility I would drive out of my way any time to go there as opposed to any of the big box stores or even any of the other Ace Hardwares which I do frequent from time to time.
