Even though I lovingly call Harbor Freight Tools “The Walmart of Tools”…I really do love this store! I mean sure you don’t want to buy something that umpire going to be trusting to keep your small children safe but there’s plenty of tools/items there that you don’t NEED to spend a ton of money on because you’re only gonna use it once or twice! So next time you realize you need a tool that you’ve never needed before andWill most likely never need again…give Harbor Freight a try!.

Not all tools are made the same and while some may snub Harbor Freight in my honest opinion I’ve never had a problem with their products and their prices cannot be beat.

Would of given a 5 star rating but its hard to find a sales person. Once we did find one she was polite and helped us out.

I called the night before but item on hold for pick up the next morning since it was an hour and a half drive. The store manager when I got there was pretty rude. Warehouse supervisor was really nice

They have a good selection of tools, and gadgets. Harbor Freight has great pricing, and an option for a less expensive line of tools as well. The store was well stocked as usual and fairly busy as is normal. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were quite accommodating. The store was neat and tidy, as was the parking lot.

I think they should make a keyboard available to customers for entering their email address instead of the customer calling it out for anyone to hear. Shopping there for me is like a kid in the candy store 😄😄😄

Nice store but never enougf people working.An if you see employees they hav only 1 up front an rest jus walking around.Dont be in a rush when u go.

For inexpensive tools that you dont mind breaking and throwing away its ok. As long as you dont buy anything that has a plug it ok their electrical and power tools sux no chek that are garbage!! Compares to paper plates if you dont like doing dishes through away.

They did not have what no needed and my wife needed to use the restroom. The toilet seat was broken. I was trying to hurry up and pay so we could find a restroom and the one cashier was backed up trying to find a price for someone. I left the merchandise and left.

Talk about downright rude ... why in the world would a company hire someone with the interpersonal skills of a concrete wall and put them on a cash register?We understand theres a pandemic but theres no reason to have only 1 register open and the line almost to the back of the store.We were passing through and wont be stopping here again!

As a person learning about tools this is the place to go. The employees are very knowledgeable of their products and they all are aware of the location of the products in the store. Always friendly service and great prices on tools

This location seems to be sold out of sale items regularly on day one. The last few times Ive been in there their shelves have been fairly bare and the staff seems to have zero sense of urgency to restock them. Such a shame.

Couldnt find what my husband sent me in for. The staff knew exactly where I could find them to the aisle number and where on the self to look. Great customer focused staff.

You had what I needed but theres a line of 15 people in it with 1 register cant set there for 30 mins.to get checked out get some more registers open for god sakes

I got exactly what I needed for way less than I would have at any of the other big box stores. I love their coupons. The cashier was super sweet, even though the guy in front of me was very impatient and expected her to leave her register to restock an item because he had a free coupon. She had a few people in line, and he only came for the free item. He didnt want to let her check anyone out until she restocked the item on his coupon. She handled the situation very well.

Honestly not a bad selection. I was pleasantly surprised. These are decent Mechanics Tools if you are getting a start in the business. There is a massive selection of hand tools ratchets wrenches and many other items you wouldnt even think you need until you see them. The staff was great and polite. This was definitely a nice place and I will return.

Never even was able to pay for anything. I stood as the only person in line at first while 5 female employees argued about how many face mask could be purchased at once. After 3 minutes the line grew to 4-5 people. The crowd of potential shoppers started questing if anyone was working. I put my items down and walked out. The loss of business did not seem to bother them.

Called in advance to confirm item was in stock. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable about item. Arrived at store and was taken to the product I was looking for and had my questions answered directly. Quality products at great prices and even extended warranties are available. Dont forget to sign up for the coupons via email for even better deals, plus free items are very useful. Plenty of parking even during a tent sale. What are you waiting for, go get a great deal and fix, build or upgrade something.

Good tools n curious service

Female employee is always rude. I don’t go in often with my boyfriend but when I do this one employee is awful. He told her be needed an air compressor and she rolled her eyes and pointed to all the small air compressors and repeated “air compressor” He tried to hand her the slip of paper he grabbed from the 21 gal air compressor and said we don’t have it. And didn’t offer to look and kept walking.

This is my local HF. Sometimes they dont have an item in stock that I need that day so Ill go to the Greenville store. Invariably, the GVL store will fail to send me an e-receipt, Ill lose the regular receipt and then Ill discover that I need to return or exchange (like the 10x17 garage that was missing more than half of its parts. SPARTANBURG HARBOR FREIGHT FIXED IT ALL and Ive never had a quality issue in terms of getting an incomplete box.

Never order online. They offer services that they do not or cannot fulfill. Buy their 100% China gear in store only. Then plan on going back when it cracks into pieces the first time you use it.

Double work. Purchased a wall mount... had no screws. The manager knew this was the case and could have cared less.

Harbor Freight is great! You get pretty decent quality tools for dirt cheap compared to pretty much anywhere else. Tons of coupons and free stuff. The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful in my experience.

Had everything that I wanted, plus I saved over $54.00 with coupons.
