Never in a million years would I ever expect for my head gasket in my vehicle and radiator hose go out. I bought my vehicle in March of 2020.... The biggest issue I had was I did not want to make payments on a vehicle I have to put every dime into to keep it running that defeats the purpose of making car payments on a vehicle I want. Over 2100 to fix my vehicle... The first few months my vehicle kept cutting off and wouldn’t start, well finally got that fix after months of sending it to whatever dealership they sent it to. Every since my vehicle been acting like it is taking a lot of power to even cut on when I start it. If this is what buying a used vehicle consist of I’m over it. Putting some work into a used vehicle is nothing compared to rebuilding the vehicle along with payments. Please save me the time of saying how sorry you are or how I need to contact my account manager because it’s not going to change the amount I have to put in rebuilding this vehicle along with car payments. Please stop having people write reviews before you hand them the keys to there new vehicle because they just met y’all... reviews needs to be months after having a vehicle so we can really see the experience of buying a vehicle from Burns Auto. They are great at getting you into a vehicle ..........that runs only a couple months. Whoever the account manager that took over Brittany good luck with your management career, you lost out on a customer, the price of the loan on the vehicle and the car repair..... Your job is to save customers from turning in there vehicle. Obviously you are not worried about burns having to pay the loans off and repair bill due to you not even pushing a car payment back when I even offered to pay this ridiculous bill...... Not wanting fix and do repairs on van that we bought less than a year ago for my wedding anniversary in 2020. February. I didnt even have my van a year. The timing belt went. Been burning oil since day one and told them on several occasions and they kept saying no one told them.plus the transmission is slipping. The hub on to right is shot. Ac only works half has and tasty smell in the blowing motors since day one.

I bought a car from here and within the first month, the heater core and the radiator went out and they won’t help me get it fixed. Now I have to pay $350 to a mechanic if I don’t want to go all winter freezing! AND make payments to my car.

Worked with Dan. He got me into a low mile affordable car. Easiest car purchase I’ve hadI spoke too soon. Burns Auto is not doing the transfer of my registration. Called several times and nothing but excuses. Contacted SCDMV and was informed there is no reason for the not be able to register vehicle. I now have to park the vehicle until Burns decides to do their job. Be careful dealing with this dealership once you get your car they want nothing to do with you. Also have a we-owe on the vehicle that has not been addressed. Sorry I bought there.

My Mazda SUV has put me down four times in the last four Months, after said, a new engine and a thirty day transmission was installed. Had it towed three out of the four times . But, Im continually getting the same feedback, that they cannot find anything wrong with it . It will crank back up . But, once I put it in gear, it cuts back off . Hours later or the next day its running perfectly fine. Ive missed work . Been stranded out of town, because know one there can tell me whats going on with it . October this year will be one year I have been paying on this vehicle . Ive asked to be given another vehicle, because it is time for my upgrade after paying off half it cost . But, again I am being unheard .

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on a company. But let me tell you about these people. They will look you in the eye, shake your hand and sell you junk. When it breaks down they pretty much tell you it’s a luck of the draw. Here are some facts 4 times in 3 months broke down and stranded. Another fact more warning lights on when you leave than when you came to get your car serviced. One more little fact for the other 2 dozen of you that have been scammed by this company please be on the look out for a phone call!!!!

They did not try to pressure me into buying any car that they showed me. They listened to my needs and worked with my budget. Run run run!! Do not buy a car from here!! They sale bad cars, they get them running long enough for you to test drive and get on the road and after you give them your money it’s nothing but problem after problem. I got my car 2 months ago and the check engine light keeps coming on, the tires are bad, the brakes are bad, if you want to go up there every week for a new problem then that’s your place to go. Management will not do anything to help you, all they want is your money.
