I bought my first HD Softail slim 2021 from Randall at this dealership that he owns. It was the best buying experience Ive ever had. This is a family run dealership literally and figuratively speaking. No hassle..no BS like a lot of dealerships put you through. Randall and his family..the guys in Parts like Bert and Service are the real deal. Similar experience as others, totally ignored and when asking questions, given the look like I was from outer space. Owner must have $$$ to be in business...... when I emailed my situation, no response. I’m with the others, never again. Greenville’s Harley has it going on!!!! Besides great sales people, questions are welcomed and if they can’t help, service department referred.

We came to spartanburg harley to have tires mounted and balanced. The wheels were already off the motorcycle. Over the phone had quoted 50 dollars per tire for mount and balance. Waited an hour and forty five minutes for the tire change and they destroyed two tubes in the process and had the audacity to charge 1.6 hours for labor!!! Then got them home to find out they had mounted them backwards. The rotation was wrong!! After calling back to tell them of their mistake they inform me they wont be able to fix it for a week!! Would give zero stars if I could! Do not recommend...

Went here to look at buying a bike. My wife and I came in on a Tuesday and were the only customers in the store. After about 20 minutes we were finally greeted. I’ve never owned a Harley but came with cash in hand to get my first one. I guess I didn’t have the Harley vibe because it was like pulling teeth trying to talk to the sales associate and get his advice. The best he was able to do for me was to give me a magazine to figure it out on my own. Sadly I left that day not buying a bike.Update: I ended up buying a street glide special from Tim’s H-D in Anderson. Those guys are the real deal.

Had a wonderful experience. Travis was on the ball the day I came in even though he was in high demand due to an event they had going on. He got me what I wanted and on a new bike in less than 3 hours I rode off into the sunset. I felt like he was honest and got me the best deal without any haggling or pressure. Straight up and honest. This will definitely be there store for all my Harley-Davidson needs.

I had mu Softail Deluxe taken there when it broke down. They scratched the tank (on video) and would not take responsibility for the damage. The guys that work there are really good people, but the management and owners are not concerned about ownership of their mistakes. I will never set foot in their dealership and will never recommend them to anyone for any reason.

We broke our kickstand and stopped there to see about replacing the spring. The gentlemen in the service department were outstanding. They were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They got the kickstand fixed in no time. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Really a sad state of affairs concerning poor reviews. I wont go beyond that. I spoke with Travis on Saturday, August 4th. Great guy. Course, hes a WV boy. Only drawback to the entire dealership is a but of a low selection of bikes. This is a small dealership. So folks need to understand that. I sat on a lovely Low Rider and felt at home. My attention was drawn to the used Electra on the end. Great bike. The one beside it is better. He showed me the used red Road King. Ive always said Id not buy a used bike. If the bike is still there in a month or two, its mine. I have a bit of job training to finish first. Its on my phone screen saver. Very nice experience.

Stuck up, snobby....acted like she was better than me and knew everything but when confronted with information got offended and had to go verify with someone to make sure I wasnt pulling a fast one. Seriously? Everything is so over priced its almost unbelievable they sell anything. Ive been told never to get any work done from them either and now I know why....no one knows what they are doing and they take their sweet time. Like I have no life. I was always curious why I never saw people there, and the attitude from that old broad shows me why this location has such a bad rep in and around the community.

Spent about 10 minutes checking out store. Poor selection in womens apparel. Seemed like no one cared about the appearance of items for sell. Definately recommend someone new to set store. Would sell more if more appealing. Staff did not acknowledge us at any point. Would not recommend this dealership, seems to cater to locals who they know. Restroom needed attention. Poo streak on wall in ladies room and too much air freshener.

The absolute best service Ive ever had with a Harley dealership. They went above and beyond to help me repair my street glide that Coxs Harley Davidson messed up. Coxs had my bike for two and a half weeks and put 400 miles on it and said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to Spartanburg and within two days they found the bearings in the back wheel were shot. They went to bat for me with Harley Davidson and got it covered under the warranty. These guys are definitely a top notch staff and I will never do business with my bikes anywhere but here from now on.

Great place to buy a bike!!!! I just purchased a 2018 ultra low and worked with Carl and Travis through out the whole process. They were fair, respectful, and most importantly honest!!! Every piece of information they told me was true and after numerous phone calls when I arrived at the dealership they allowed me to test drive the bike with out question and payment, down payment, and fees never changed!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a bike!! I live near Harley of Charlotte and drove down to Spartanburg because I told many lies by Charlotte HD. I will post about service after 1st 1,000 miles, however if its anything like the sales service it should be nothing short of amazing.thanks again Travis and Carl!!!

I have spent $75,000.00 at Sptg Harley over the last 3 years buying a 2016 CVO road glide and then a 2019 CVO street glide. At the time and bought the street glad I had them also install an upgraded windshield, Evidently they over tightened it and every bolt cracked the windshield within 45 days. I took it back to them expecting a replacement windshield but the service guy told me he would have to check with management to see if they could replace it, he came back and told me he would try to get a new windshield through Harley. I told him it wasn’t a Harley defect it’s where they over tightened it and he told me he would call me back and that was 90-120 days ago and I’ve heard nothing. I told them if they were gonna lose my business over there bad workmanship then I would never spend another dollar there and I haven’t and I will never spend another dollar at Spartanburg Harley. I like all the guys that work there but the management leaves a lot to be desired

They have really improved here now I go in and they ask if they can help me. Took my bike bike in for warranty work a decal and the rear brake pedal was sticking they ordered the decal be here in a week called me said it was ready if I wanted to drive it until the decal come in. The brakes he said that whoever did my 1000 oil changed didnt do the fell service they was post to greases that rear brake pedal it was Greenville HD

Management changed. Will not be coming back. I wish I never purchased my Harley from this place. I also Tried to get my normal discount to make up for there short comings and they treated me like I was an out cast. Penny pinchers for sure. Very disappointed. I’m from Milwaukee, I wish I could report this place to Harley.

Saw the store off 85 and decided to stop in as Im was in the market to buy a used harley. I walked in and you would have thought I had leprosy. All of the staff individually looked at me and turned their heads. Not one person ask to help me. One lady appeared to run in the back of the store to avoid helping me. There was only 1 customer in the store so you would have thought they could use a sale. I am left to assume that I was not service because of my race. Very sad, all money is green. I decided to buy in Charlotte where everyone gets service regardless of race!

Great dealer parts guy is spot on.

I used to take my 06 Wide glide here for service and had new tires and brakes installed there. Had a clutch pack bearing issue once while under warranty and Greenville wanted me to leave it for a week or two in prime spring riding weather. I called the guys here in Spartanburg, they had me bring it up and 1-2 hours later I was back riding again. I now have another Harley, a softail standard and you can guess who will be doing all my service .... yep right here at Spartanburg Harley Davidson.

Beware of the service department took my bike in to have the rear tire changed price was slightly higher then other shops but the real issue was they gouged my saddle bag severely. Took it back up there after to have it looked at, and they said there was no way they scratched it. But being that I just had the bags put on and painted I know that it was scratched at their shop. So just be cautious of the service work but I cant speak on the sales department but everyone else I talked to up there was very friendly with the exception of one of the service guys.

Worst Harley experience in showroom of any dealership I’ve been in!!Rude and completely unprofessional over a simple return that they created.Bought a pair of boots, got them home only to find a mismatched pair in box!!! Was asked twice if I had worn The boots! Who wears a pair of boots that don’t match!!!Wouldnt give money back and DIDNT want store credit, who would want to return????
