Bought parts here before, it was fine. Called today to ask him to order some clutch parts. The guy gave me a ballpark price and then said he could have them by tuesday. I said great! Lets order them, and then out of nowhere the guy asked me to bring my bike in. I declined and said i just needed parts. He told me to go somewhere else and hung up. As much as its his right to refuse business its my right to leave a shotty review.

Sport cycle on pine st was recommended by 3 motorcycle shops as the place to take me Hyosung 250cc scooter to get it fixed. i carried it to them for not charging the battery, they kept it over 2 weeks, i called them to see how it was coming and was told they could not find the parts, i found them online myself in 10 minutes! i told them i was picking my bike up and id take care of it myself. when i got there i was polite enough to ask what i owed for them not fixing anything, he asked for $20 which i gave him. when i was riding my bike home it seemed to be rattling a lot, when i got home i found 2 places that sport cycle had broken the body parts of my scooter, instead of fixing it they did considerable damage to my bike!! be warned, i highly recommend you take your bike elsewhere. ive got to spend another $113 for body parts, plus paint, and time, and i still have to fix the charging problem that they did not fix. Real good place that fixes mopeds

My friend and me bought 2 brand new scooters a month ago. The first day my friends scooter had a major gas leak because the drain screw was not tightened all the way. And also, he had a bad battery not capable of starting the scooter without jumper cables. My scooter died on the way home 3 days ago not able to restart, and the Speedometer cable broke last week with only 593km on it. I had the front brake line replaced because it leaked within the 1st week and the guy tried blaming me. He said there was a 30-day parts warranty and then he charged me to put it in for labor. If you get a scooter here, just be sure you know that if it fails youre just gonna be stuck with it. All we wanted was scooters that run to get back and forth to work, all we got were headaches.
