Love this location! (Love Target in general, but hey!) The staff was extremely friendly, location was well-kept and clean, everything we needed was easy to find and they have a wonderful selection/variety to choose from!

The target located on the South Hill is very well run and always stocked up on everything you need. To me whats that this particular Target up for success is the amazing customer service all of their employees seem to always bring.

One trip, two baskets...My spouse and I moved to Spokane just over a month ago, we have been on the lookout for decent furniture for decent prices. Target was the best place we found, they had everything we needed; a shelving unit, a desk, a bookshelf, office chairs, ice cube trays designed for our water bottles, even a spoon rest for our stovetop. The store was breathable, not too crowded to drive us away from our shopping. I recommend Target on Regal St. because we were able to pick up everything we needed to finish furnishing the house. We were able to grab a cold coffee on our way out at the Starbucks by the door.

I do curbside purchases most of the time, and almost every time there is something they state is out of stock so then I go inside the store and 9/10 of the time I always find what they are supposedly out of. I did it just this morning. Its super frustrating. But other then that, great store.

I think of it as a turned up Walmart, its where you go when you want quality goods. Its more expensive because the clothes, home decor as well as toiletries are of better quality. There is a wide variety of every day essentials at Target. That is why in my opinion its 5 starts.

I had a couple of gifts to buy for two different occasions plus I needed a variety of toiletries and a shirt. Target seems to be the go to place for all things needed and the store itself is simply bright clean with staff that are willing to guide you in the right direction. Stop by and try your local Target who knows you might just fine what you have been looking 😉 for.

The sweet young lady, Bianca, at customer service at the south target was very kind to my guy (Brandon) after he drove over a half an hour to get some trash cans that were discounted ( we just moved and have been without trahscans for weeks now ). He arrived to find their remaining stock of those specific cans was mostly damaged. A young gentleman immediately walked him to back to help find a replacement. Also bianca more than was kind and reimbursed us for our troubles! Best experience we have had at a target in a long while! Would love to always return to this one if we lived closer. Highly recommend going the extra miles for the great customer service.(: Please give these two a raise! As well as their requested days off:* hard working

DO NOT USE ORDER PICKUP SERVICE!!! On july 4th at 9:40pm i called to extend my order pickup because i would not be able to make it until the next day. the girl that answered was super helpful and said she would get it handled for me... she did not and now my order has been returned and purchased by someone else. And when i called this morning i was informed that i was given the wrong information and that my order has been sold...

Called ahead of time before we drove 30 minutes to the location to make sure they were taking walk in vaccine . Got there and they were not doing covid vaccines . Annoying especially since we called ahead. Dont recommend the cvs as the workers were very rude also.

I was recently in to this store on the south hill and asked an associate for some help with a pacific item in the toy section for my grandson. The disrespectful young boy ignored me at first. After having to chase him to the end of the isle practically getting in his face he responded saying he didn’t know what I was talking about. Then had the nerve to tell me to look on Amazon. I walked away from him only to find the item I was questioning the young boy about 10 feet away. His name was Freddy Franklin and I won’t be shopping at Target any more.

The new target in Moscow is eh. Its a tiny version of the store so its options are beyond limited. Isnt worth the trip.

My daughter, who lives in Tucson, has had great experiences using Targets online ordering feature and recommended this to me. I ordered online for the first time yesterday. Perfect! Got what I needed easily w/ in-shore pickup. With COVID, I will likely go to curbside pickup. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the Spokane South Hill location, the staff is typically amazing. I want to give a huge shout out to Manager Shay for being super understanding and unbelievably great with customer service! This ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is specifically because of you! My 3 yr old daughter watched a cashier give two kids in front of us stickers and she never offered any to her, without hesitation you offered her as many stickers as she wanted and ensured me you would talk to the cashier about customer service as she also ignored me repeatedly. Thank you Shay for representing customer service!

I had trouble with my new phone,couldnt make outgoing calls,spent 3 days going to diff.Targets around us,finally went to So.Hill Target and had an appt.with a very nice young man named Austin,he was so nice and patient with my husband and I,within a short time everything was worked out.Thankyou again Austin!

I love when you walk in, theres a section thats inexpensive cute stuff! Especially the holiday/ seasonal socks. I always grab a few pairs! Plus the cute T- shirts. Im a glutton for those..lol

The quality of everything sold in Target is more then a few steps up then Walmart. Quality vs. Quantity so just remember everything is more expensive. Wear you mask also Target has the check out dividers

I love that there is the option of shopping from home and picking up in the parking lot especially with having a toddler and an infant!

The customer service was outstanding. Two young associates helped me put a large box in my small car. We took everything out of the box. The store is in south Spokane.

Get organized! No control for six foot distancing or anything! Forget about first come first served either. You will be in line and the cashiers will gladly let people walking in front of you in line to their transactions first. What’s the purpose of a line? This has happened multiple times to my family at this location only! Tired of it. needs management that cares and has enough experience to train cashiers because this BS needs to change. Not the first time we have left our cart full of goods at the register because of their lack of organization and customer service skills. Sadly you’re better off going to Wal-mart even with their notorious lack of cashiers. You will still receive better treatment and service there.

Love the pick up option

I used to think that Target was usually too over priced on their items. And I usually only shopped there when I seen a certain sale on a single item during the holidays. But ever since I have been doing couponing I have noticed that Target has alot of opportunities to cut down on higher prices, its one of my favorite place to go shop & save money now, and also love all the cute $1 items in the front of the store. Save your coupons!!

Very nice and clean. All associates were very helpful. One noticed my arms were full and offered me a cart. Check out was quick.

Target staff and management have invariably been helpful and courteous despite all the stress of Covid restrictions. For the most part all the staff are upbeat and patient with all the customers sanitizing their hands and taking extra time getting their credit cards out.

One of your employees approached me and grabbed merchandise out of my hands, telling me that I could not buy the product. When I inquired further, she said they were not to be sold until April!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and I do NOT appreciate one of your employees approaching me, unsolicited, and taking merchandise out of my hands. When I called and spoke to a manager, she was aware of the situation and agreed that it was handled poorly, but didnt ask for the employees name or provide any kind of sincere apology for the way I was treated. I have shopped your store for decades and never have I been treated so poorly!

My order has been ready every time I have gotten there within minutes and everyone has been so nice and I appreciate all their hard work

Not sure this will reach anyone’s ears, as they are a retail giant! But training 101 should dictate that you need to be able to answer the following question: “Where can I find...?”Only ask that question if you want blank stares, and semi-educated guesses. All I wanted to do is buy car wash supplies. Trying to find a simple bucket. Very few employees knew they even had them. I was about to leave without one when a nice lady in line told me they’re near the cleaning supplies. She knew, as she had just purchased some. Thank goodness for the customers! They seem to know the store better than the employees. I wish this were an isolated incident, but it’s pretty common.

They had a gigantic plastic pumpkin that I didn’t even know I needed and the check out person was awesome!

Very poor management here. My daughter has applied for a job got interviewed online received an email stating congratulations youve got the job. She was excited being younger and her first actual job. You have 24 hours to rest and fill out this form. She couldnt get into form was unavailable, so she wrote the manager back. Her response sorry we made a mistake you didnt get the job. Hmm seams like the management should be the ones without the job that cany get there stuff right. As a parent guess its a good thing would hate my child trained by screw ups!!!!

What is not to love about my local Target. I live seeing all the pretty things there!

Back when I was poor, I wouldnt dare to buy anything at Target, because the price in generally were way up the sky for me. Now, as I can make some good money, not rich, but can afford buying from Target, this Target becomes one of my shopping spots, mostly because it is close by my house, and people here are nice and helpful (compared to Walmart, for example). However, for the last few trips, things seem to change. Employees seemed stressed, and some dont even seem to care for customers. I dont need people to sugar coat or celebrate my arrival, but at least human courtesy is expected.

Great staff, clean store, better quality of people

We had a mix up with online ordering with shipping to the store-their systems did not say delivered but our tracking said it had been. Tasha and her team went above and beyond digging for it and making sure she made everything right. I love this store and their helpful staff.

Great store with great prices.They will price match Amazon and other competitors.Making Target one of the best places to shop for almost anything.The store is well cared for, always clean, has WiFi and staff are usually easy to find.Im continually shocked that I dont need to ask for a price match on a product, they already have the lowest price.If you havent been to a Target recently I really recommend making a stop next time youre out shopping. Its not the Target from 15 years ago, its so much better. It can get busy at times but they are always on top of calling for additional cashiers when it gets backed up.

It was easy to order online, but pick up in store should be separated from customer return desk/checkout for faster in/out service, but overall its a 10 for me.

Store is super clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. If the lines get long, the call extra checkers asap.

Order and pick-up service.Last minute gift was on sale and I wanted 2. I was pleased with the e-mail response and the time it took to complete the order and pick-up.I was delighted to find a new way to shop!

Checkers are slow and they overcharge 90 percent of the time because even when the shelf price says something is on sale they neglect to change the price in the computer. On the plus side they carry hair care products I love that I cant find anywhere else.Always check your receipt!

I was shopping in the children’s dept. and the associate was extremely kind. She went to the stock room to look for the size I wanted and found the correct item. I was very pleased!

This is the best Target in the Spokane area. Great selection, good prices. They have a grocery section (The produce is very limited). Best thing Target ever did was have a pick up in store option which I use weekly.

I love Target! But, as someone who has worked in customer service, I value how well you are treated in a store. At this location I have YET to have a good/friendly cashier experience. The cashiers here are typically just unfriendly, unwelcoming and just seem completely annoyed that they have to work with the public. Please hire some cashiers who treat people a little nicer and that can atleast act like they want to be there.

Went in with my daughter to exchange two maternity tops that were Christmas gifts. Told they would ONLY exchange WITHIN THAT DEPARTMENT. After Christmas there was literally nothing that fit her in the maternity department. We were unable to get ANY refund or exchange value, even though we were willing to exchange for other store items. We were told the store had fraudulent returns so changed their policy. NOT MY PROBLEM; IM NOT A THIEF!! I contacted Target corporate customer service and was clearly told that is NOT corporate policy. If theres the slightest chance youll need to ever exchange or return DONT SHOP HERE. Youll lose your money, be treated rudely and get stuck with unusable items. Its not worth it. Shop with a competitor!

Its just a beautiful store. The cashiers are so willing to make it the best for the customer. If you cant find something they will and without an issue.

My family loves this Target for many reasons, but I really want to thank the tech department. On a number of occasions, the people who work in that department have helped my husband and I navigate through many questions that are beyond our knowledge. Serena(hope I spelled that correctly) spent an incredible amount of time helping my husband and I pick a new phone. She was so kind, so patient and very knowledgeable. She asked us what we NEEDED in a phone, she wasnt trying to just sell us something. Then she even offered to help set it up for us. Thank you Serena-you are awesome!

Employee training is dismal at best.Asked if they had a vacuum in stock, scanned with their app, 2 left in store. Employees, zero info on where they would be, girl wouldnt even check the back but instead insisted they had been left somewhere in the store by customers...Found some decorative narwhal thing on display but no boxes, again asked different employee for other stock. She explained they had been asked all day and had been out of stock for a while, I found 2 in boxes on a top row one isle over.Do your shopping online and pick up in store, no reason for people fighting for $15 an hour to be so useless.

I love this target. It has a decent selection and things are usually in stock. And their employees ask how you are doing, I appreciate that customer service!

Im only giving them one star for on reasons. The bathrooms. They are messy and dirty and smelly and it honestly seems like no janitor or anyone cleans it and I just wanted to puke by how bad it was I hope they fix it soon

I would like to compliment Julie in the Electronics department. She was very patient in helping this smart phone novice get up and running and signed up with a Consumer Cellular account. She was extremely knowledgable in all areas and spent extra time correcting errors that had been made on a day I went in for help and she was not there.

By far the best Target I have been to, especially when it comes to the food section. The food itself wasnt anything different, but the employees made the experience so much nicer. A young man named Joseph was particularly helpful. I was there early and not everything had been set out for the day, yet he was more than happy to run into the back refrigerators and grab me the produce I was after. Not only that, but he realized that the expiration date on the broccoli I was getting was approaching so he gave me a $2 off coupon for my purchase. He even gave a 50 cents off sticker to my 2-year-old for his forehead. Amazing customer service.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the last purchase of a vacuum. I went to your store in Spokane on Sunday to purchase a stick vacuum that I saw in your Sunday flyer, which was on sale. I was told that they were out of stock, but we could order it. The clerk was inexperienced,but tried. (this was at customer service). I asked for a receipt for my credit card purchase, but was told that it was an online order. I WAS IN THE STORE. About two hours later, I got an email (I had to give my email to finalize the sale) the vacuum was at the store. I went the following evening to pick up the order, only to find that it was a RETURNED item. I was told that it was the only one. I then asked for a supervisor and a young man came and heard my complaint. He then went to the back and came back with an UNOPENED box. HE saved the evening.WHAT an experience for a simple sale. THE TWO WOMEN IN THE EVENING ARE NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA>THE TALL ONE WAS THERE THE FIRST TIME>

Typical terrible phone service with a machine and waiting around, but the store itself is clean and well staffed. Limited grocery store, but not too bad except for butcher (none). Decent prices on many items and the basics are here.Many posted sales require you to buy more of an item that makes much sense buy 3 and get a $5 gift card). OK on some stuff, but on items you buy every few months it is sort of silly. But it is nicer than most alternatives for simple shopping trips close to home. I would not travel just to shop here, but I drive right by it. Their Starbucks happens to be the sorriest version Ive ever encountered. Go on to the one that is in the strip mall on 57th. Thats a good one and worth going around the block.

This Target is newer than the others in Spokane. Its always been very clean and organized the many times Ive visited. Its my favourite one to visit and spend all my money!

Favorite place to shop. Great selection of vegan groceries so it saves me time from going to three to four stores for everything. The store is always clean and the staff super friendly. What more could you ask for?
