Down to earth salespeople have their method down to a science. We have back issues and went in to see what their clearance mattresses had to offer. Buuut, my other half got teary-eyed when he tested out a mattress and adjustable base because he felt complete relief from the pain for the first time ever. How do you say no to that? So, we spent a bit more than expected but it will pay for itself in the coming years. The newer guy Graham helped us and he was friendly.

Awesome service got the bed I wanted plus a large discount so that I could get a great frame. My sales guy was so kind and helpful. He did the best that he could to get the bed and frame to my price range plus added a few extras. Such a wonderful experience. We stopped spontaneously and happened to have our 3 kids (ages 5,6,&7) with us. Right away they set the kids up with coloring books and supplies and told my husband and I to not worry about the kids and they would be taken care of. As a mother I was so paranoid about my kids being a problem or customers/employees being annoyed but that absolutely wasn’t my experience. After 15 minutes of coloring, the woman working (didn’t catch her name) was taking care of our kids and keeping them entertained with balloons and playing games with them. When I started getting after my kids to quiet down she told me to just enjoy myself and not to worry that she was having fun and noise wasn’t an issue.Meanwhile Josh was so helpful and knowledgeable with helping my husband and I find our bed. He wasn’t pushy and we got an awesome deal. He’d leave us alone every once in awhile so we could discuss in private and it was very appreciated.Overall a very good experience and we’ll be back for our bed needs in the future!

I will never buy anything from Mattress Firm again! My wife and I needed to buy a mattress quickly at the end of our shopping day. We explained what we needed and he pointed to mattresses that would fit our wish list. He stated that “these mattresses” are on sale for 40% off. We bought the mattress, signed the paperwork, pulled around the back of store and loaded up. Drove an hour and a half home unloaded the mattress and noticed that the plastic wrapping said pre-owned. The salesman never once said that it was a used mattress. WTH! Our mistake for being in a rush and not looking closer at “the good deal” he was giving us. Looking back on it, I should have wondered why he was trying to get us out of the store. Sign here, run your card, drive around back and I’ll load you up. I distrust salesman in general but this was low. Buyer beware when dealing with Mattress Firm.

Out of the all the mattress stores located in Spokane no one could touch the deal Richard Ford gave us. Denver Mattress laughed and said good luck getting anyone else to offer what Richard offered. Richard spent a solid 30-45 minutes showing us all the mattress styles we wanted and the closer we got to narrowing it down he had us go back and forth until we 100% decided on the one we bought. Apple and myself thank you and its good know that there is still quality customer service out there.

My husband and I had a great experience here. Philip was excellent as he spent at least 45 minutes with us ensuring we were purchasing the correct bed for us. The bed delivered the next day without a hiccup. I would give 5 stars but we purchased the $599 cooling bundle with sheets, mattress protector, and pillows. The items did not arrive for 7 days after we received our bed. In my opinion, paying that much money for something should have 2-3 day shipping max. Other than that a great experience all in all.

I needed a new mattress asap for a family member. I had previously went there and purchased a mattress for my 6 yr old daughter and received amazing service and an awesome price. So, needing another bed I knew just where to go. I went in and a gentlemen named Richard Ford helped me. Even though he was helping someone else he still greeted me and told me hed be right with me. I told him I wanted the same mattress as last time but that I also needed a box spring and a frame. He gave me an awesome deal and will be referring everyone I know to him!

We purchased a queen mattress with Richard (Ricky) as our fantastic salesman. First off, Mattress Firms method of choosing a mattress (including price point, firmness, etc) is thorough and excellent! Having a very rambunctious two year old and 11 month old with us made it like shopping with two monkeys jumping on the bed. However, our salesman Ricky not only had great patience and helpfulness; he never missed a beat and got the job done. He heard everything we wanted (in a mattress) by when we needed it and he gave it to us. Im impressed and dont think I will ever go anywhere else for a future mattress purchase.

Sales person listened to my needs before recommending a good/better/best option for me to choose from. Just exactly the service I was looking for. Coming in during the Labor Day sale didn’t hurt my feelings either!Both pieces of my purchase were out of stock at the store where I made my purchase, so the sales person gave me the choice of delivery, transfer to that store, or arranging for me to pick them up at other stores in town. I opted to drive around, and at both stores the employee came out to see what they could do for me before I had the kids unbuckled. I would do business with these folks again in a heartbeat.

We tried out a whole lot of different mattresses at other stores where the staff was not very knowledgeable about their product, we couldnt make an informed decision on our own, so we gave up. We then drove to Mattress Firm where we were met by Richard who stepped us through a very scientific step by step process to find the exact mattress that fit my wife and I perfectly to a tee. It is well worth the time to find a bed that fits you as youll be sleeping in it for the next 5 to 10 years.

Today we shopped at the Northtown store and worked with Andrew Gonzalez. First of all I would just like to review his customer service as excellent. He was willing to give us space and took the time to answer every question we had about each type of mattress. He was very informative and completely knowledgeable in all areas. He was not pushy and a pleasure to work with. I feel like we made a good decision for our sleeping habits mostly impart to his knowledge of mattresses.

James was very helpful. He helped us find what we were looking for within our budget. He went above and beyond to price match another store while providing a great deal on sheets, matress protector, and we even got an adjustable base for our new bed. Very personable and overall fantastic customer service. They provide two delivery options. One of which is free of charge I believe and that thet will bring it to your door (even if you live up a set of stairs). The other option allows for installation of the new base and they will take your old matress and boxspring off your hands for you. They do have some pretty great financing options as well with no interest.

Richard Ford was really helpful in going through the process of buying a new mattress. He helped me find the mattress that was right for me and explained all of the details on how to care for the mattress and made sure I was able to test all of the mattresses that I wanted to. So my husband and I had a horrible memory foam mattress and it was giving us some serious sore backs/necks when we woke up. We finally just had it, and decided to get a new mattress. I was on a time crunch though, because my husband is leaving for a year and I wanted his help with moving our old Cal King and putting in the new one. Turns out, not many places have a Cal King in stock. I called Mattress firm on Queen/Division and John was so helpful. I told him my budget and that I needed something asap. He called me back and gave me a few options. What we ended up with, was the most luxurious pillow top mattress and we got such a good deal on it. I was able to take it same day. Had quality service, such nice staff, who genuinely do care about your needs and comfort! Highly reccomend to anyone searching. Just woke up after our first sleep on it and slept like a baby.

When I walked into mattress firm, I knew what I was looking for, and the salesperson was very helpful and asked all the right questions. This place has everything mattresses - and runs the gamut from very reasonable to the expensive brands; no matter where you fall in that they will treat you professionally and will work with you to make you happy!
