Love Sleep Number store in Spokane wa. Tracy sure knows their beds so I tried them. Wow what a difference in each one and the features each one has.I’m anxious to receive my bed next month and try it.

Gabriel was very good at showing us each of the beds available and completely explained the value of each. He was thorough and informative and I will certainly recommend him to our friends. We can’t wait to start sleeping in our new bed!

We just bought a Sleep Number bed on the advice of my physical therapist, we thought it would be a good investment. Everything at the store was good. Gavin, was very helpful and knowledgeable and really didnt pressure us. The reason for the 4 stars vs.5; when we first got to the store there was only one sales person and 3 customers so we had to leave and come back. I know they have no control over customer flow, but maybe better staffing. Also, theres deals you can get for these beds and youre spending a lot of money, so deals are good. My sister referred me there and I couldnt use the deal that would be much better for me financially and still use her as a referral...not very happy about that AND if youre spending that much money you should have some incentives thrown in. A blanket, a couple pillows, a sheet set...something!! Incentives keep customers happy and loyal.

Very pleased with how Gregory explained the various options and payment options. We are owners of a much older Sleep Number bed and wanted to upgrade. Gregory walked us through the different versions and that made making a choice easy. We love our old Sleep Number and anticipate really liking our new one.

Great store, great people! This particular Sleep Number Store has very attentive, very helpful people working here. They all help each other and the customer. Sleep Number bed is the best bed Ive ever used!!

The gentlemen in that store are helpful, respectful, and not pushy about getting you to buy anything until your ready. We will definitely be back to purchase a bed in a couple weeks.

Why can you only get a refund for half the bed? 100 day trial means nothing if you can only return the half the bed.

We recently purchased a wonderful Sleep Number bed and we cant wait to sleep in it. The salesman was very personable and explained the functions of the bed very well. We were very impressed with how comfortable the mattress was-my husband almost fell asleep and didnt really want to get up! We thank them for their hospitality.

So I haven’t received the bed yet but I can tell you that when me and wife into the store we immediately greeted. As we were discussing options with the rep she had us lay down on the floor model to get our numbers. As she adjusted the bed and got my number ( which is 40) my back immediately felt better... I can you from that experience alone, a whole 5 mins I know this bed is going to the best purchase of 2019 by far. Thank you sleep number bed!

No Hard Sale. Just education on how it works and the benefits.

Everyone in the store are amazing and so helpful. We had a great experience in store. On the other hand, customer service is horrible. I ordered headboard brackets and when I called customer service because they didn’t include the hardware to attach the brackets to the bed they informed me it would be an additional $15 plus shipping.(four screws 🤦🏼‍♀️) Customer service also gave me false information about not being able to send someone out to help attach the brackets. The store is great, if you have to deal with customer service, good luck.

Visited Sleep Number during Black Friday and got a great deal on a new bed! Now Im laying on it and enjoying it in my own home where they actually came and set it up for us. Test drive your own and see what you think.

Received our bed and we slept on it for over a month. My husband was waking up with sore hips. We contacted them about using their 100 day free return and was charged $200 delivery/return fee even though our they never set up our APP. I wish we had been told about this charge upfront. We still cant get our SleepIQ APP to work and have contacted customer service 2 times.We have owned sleep number beds for over 15 years. Poor customer service!

Tried to sell us mattress when the agent found out we were not ready to buy and we were just starting our search, he decided to refuse to speak to us and tried to sell to another customer that was as uncomfortable as we were with the aggressive force of the sales pitch for a 6,000 dollar mattress.
