I highly recommend this store. The salesman was wonderful and helped me pick out the perfect bed while staying in my price range. They included free delivery and removal of my old bed, and the delivery men were so fantastic. Upon delivery we discovered that I had ordered the wrong size bed and it was too small. I was going to just go with it, but after the delivery men left I decided to call and see what my options might be. They went above and beyond by scheduling to have the bed I ordered incorrectly picked up and the larger bed delivered the next day, and they only charged me a delivery fee!

Easy peasy! These guys have it all, the second bed I bought from these guys, love it. The other bed I bought from them five years ago still great, however Im recently divorced and needed a new bed, they got some good financing options as well too. Stop here before going anywhere else.

Helpful and no pressure. We went to quite a few stores and found a great deal on a super comfy mattress here. I liked that they were a local store so I could get my mattress in a few days not weeks like the other guys.

Al is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier Mattress Land was open during the pandemic. My entire box spring collapsed and we were practically sleeping on the floor. Our bed arrived with a small tear straight from manufacturer, they told us before delivery and they let us take it while a new one shipped. I ended up buying the slightly damaged one at a great deal for one of my kids (my idea). I would highly recommend them. I went to other stores and you just got the vibes of wanting a commission and they seemed shady. You will get what you need on your budget at Mattress Land. Go see Tom or Al and tell them I sent you (I get nothing for that) I’m sure they’d appreciate it.

Weird push by the salesman of it being an all American company. Didnt feel the store was doing enough to prevent the spread of covid - there werent protectors on the test mattressed, just your usual thin pillow cover sheet that didnt fully fit their pillows. Salesman wasnt at all times aware of his distance from me.Otherwise though, the prices seem very fair and at mattress delivery the delivery men worked quickly and were polite. They did leave a piece of the old bed frame in the hallway, so make sure you check theyve collected all the parts before they leave.I would recommend this store for someone in a conservative household. Salesman I spoke with gave a very family friendly vibe and reassured me, as a buyer, that the mattress delivery men werent contracted and instead were employees of the company. He came off as quite sociable and friendly. Mattress set came with a free set of sheets. All in all, not the worst experience.

I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! We bought a mattress a few years back and recently noticed it looked a little “off” while changing the sheets. Then noticed how bad we were sleeping after spending a night in our camper. I gave the store a call and they arranged for a really nice team of guys to come out and measure our mattress for irregularities. They not only approved a replacement for us under the warranty - they covered it although the manufacture went out of business. I am so blown away by this level of service. I have referred friends and family to them over the years and will continue to do so. I really value the level of personal service that these local guys can provide over any flashy company on the internet. There are just some things you should not buy online. :)

My fiancée and I went into mattress land today and had an absolute wonderful experience picking out our new bed. Wife and I went to five places memorial weekend. Mattress land was second. We wanted to look some more and did. What we found was two places the sales people did not listen to us very well and could not answer some questions we had. One place very high pressure and said price is only good today if we don’t buy now we will lose out, so we said no thanks. Another we were told we had to finance to get a free delivery. Again no thanks. Most places did not have the spring edges and it felt like you were going to fall off. Or the bed would just break down on the edge. Frustrated and tired we talked about the experience we had at mattress land early and decided to go back. Just to look.Telling Thomas About what we found elsewhere he helped us find what we were looking for at a great price.very professional people there and good quality. Know where I will go next time thanks.

Shame on you, Mattress Land. My mom broke her knee and needed to invest in a new bed. She spent $4400 on your “top-of-the-line” Stearns and Foster mattress, thinking it would be an investment in her overall health and recovery.From day one she was unable to sleep on the bed as she ended up rolling into the middle due to the lack of central support. Fresh out of surgery—you can understand why this was a problem!My dad tried to sleep next to her but they both ended up rolling into each other, causing more problems and even less sleep. They called Mattress Land and told them about the issue—their solution was sending out an employee to measure the mattress, costing my parents almost $100.Stearns and Foster sent them a letter saying the measurements were normal for body impressions and there was nothing they would do to correct the matter. They took these measurements without placing any weight on the mattress so the springy foam on top made it look like there was no issue with the structural support.A $4400 mattress that my parents couldn’t sleep on... and Mattress Land won’t even try to make it right?After they denied my parent’s claim I offered to switch mattresses with them—maybe they just bought the wrong firmness? Oh no. This was by far the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. I woke up every morning with severe back pain and even more regret for giving up my cheap mattress that I could actually sleep on.James Smith, isn’t the foundation of your company “Focus on each customer’s individual needs first, not just selling mattresses”?Pretty sure the only thing my mom needed was a mattress she could comfortably sleep on to heal from her surgery. But the fact that you sell an over-priced defunct mattress to a customer and make ZERO effort to correct the problem is an absolute disappointment.I’ve learned over the years that mistakes are the best way to gain loyalty and customers for life. Mr. Smith, you have failed miserably at your company’s mission and this is the biggest reason why our brick-and-mortar stores are going out of business.If you want a headache, backache, and heartache... go see these people at the North Spokane Mattress Land and let them sell you a mattress.
