It could have been better, my brother and I asked to try on clothes and were very rudely escorted from the store.

Unbelievably bad customer service experience. Weve been waiting for an online order for seven months. I understand the delays due to covid however that isnt the worst part of this. When the order first showed up in march it was defective. They charged our account again for the order in June because it was ready to ship again. When I called to have them reverse that charge, they cancelled the item. I called today to ask them why we havent had delivery on the item and they said it was returned and I am once again waiting for several months before I can get the item. This would be hilarious if it wasnt so freaking maddening. Customer service is inept. I have been on the phone with various agents for about 5 hours of my life for this order.

Used to LOVE Pottery Barn, but since a rug arrived damaged and I called to have it replaced Ive had nothing but issues including a store manager not wanting to be helpful and kissed it off to the 1800 # who was clueless. TERRIBLE customer service.

Unbelievably terrible customer experience. Seemed unwilling to provide any customer service at all. When finally working with an associate to find a specific product, associate decided it would be more beneficial to assist a coworker who was helping other customers mid-conversation.

Friendly staff and atmosphere, clean and organized

Sales associate Mary Bacon was beyond helpful showing us around the store. She was laughing and joking with us all the way to the door. I even said, “thanks for having us” because without really thinking about it she made us feel like we were friends leaving her home.

On three occasions, I didnt receiving a credit after a return until multiple phone calls stretching out over a month. When I asked for a supervisor I was told supervisors dont take calls for this issue.I also twice received a chandelier where the shade metal was brass and therods and ceiling plate were chrome. Customer service reps said they are not able to contact the vendor to correct this.

I have to start off by saying that the these three ladies are the most amazing ladies I have had the privilege of working with. They were so knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns and ideas. Michelle, Sarah and Kim are the best in Spokane when it comes to interiors and home furnishings. Can’t wait to do more business with you guys.

Love your store always come in here to grab things for the house but I have to say after that day where the water was coming in the store I ran in to a gentleman named Ben who works for the management company of the mall his name was ben he was bary nice and made me feel alot better about entering the store I was hesitant due to the water but after he explained how hard your store team and his team worked everything was fine

A very clean, organized, and surprisingly big store. They have quite a few selections in different styles for what they have there. I found things I liked for my wedding registry. The staff was very helpful as well.

Sales staff are very helpful. This is one of their smaller stores, so selection reflects that. Otherwise, its worth a look if youre in the market for mid-range furniture. Some have said its overpriced, but if you shop at stores that carry similar quality+styling, youll find the prices to be very comparable, if not a little cheaper.

My wife and I enjoy coming here at least once every couple of months to see what new items that they get in. I really like a lot of the styles of room decorations they have here. The last time I was there they had a couple of leather chairs that felt really comfortable to sit in. Definitely worth the look if you have the time.

Very helpful sales staff. One can easily get inspiration going into the downtown Spokane location. One of my favorite mid-price range places to shop.

My husband and I went in and bought a duvet comforter and really wanted to buy 2 chairs and the sales lady said there was a sale coming up and she would call me with the quote and I never heard from her.I called and spoke with the manager and she said she or the sales lady would call me back and never heard from either one of them.I will not go back.Im taking my business elsewhere.
