I got to attend the Dash for the Dress event this last Saturday with my bridesmaids and it went well beyond expectations -- firstly, it was so much fun and so well organized! I was able to try on so many lovely gowns. Secondly, the gals that work here and helped us were just wonderful, answered our questions and assisted with no pressure to purchase.I cannot believe I got my gown at the price I did (discounted for the event, of course) but prices did seem reasonable aside from the event discounts too. Thanks so much for hosting this event and helping me find the most perfect wedding gown!

Visited first time with my friend--and the bride. All staff worked very well together- helping 4 brides- including ours to find right dress and accessories. We even found the bridesmaids dresses that wanted to use.Dresses were very reasonable on prices n gorgeous in so many styles-- including Plus Sizes!!

Im not one to write bad reviews, but this place deserves it! Paying the rush feel to get them back a few weeks sooner was totally fine! What was not fine was all 5 of our bridesmaid dresses had something messed up on them. When confronted about the issue we were told they were going to fix what they can on them but they were going to need to take them back for another few weeks. Due to this issue we had hoped they would potentially hem them for free since we were set behind schedule due to their carelessness. They refused. They said the most they could do was maybe refund the rush fee. They were extremely snotty and acted as if messed up stitches, big runs in the fabric and tears BEFORE WE EVEN PICKED THEM UP were not their fault or problem. The dresses did not even leave the store before we began finding serious things wrong with them. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else but here. I understand that mistakes happen, but the classless tough luck way they handled it is what ruined everything.

Very friendly and polite staff. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, were reasonably priced, and helped us with every detail. When we had a mix up with getting everything paid for, they patiently explained what happened and helped us get everything resolved. I will definitely be a return customer.

I had a terrible experience with bridal collections. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Dont go here for your wedding dress. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!!I was misinformed when ordering my dress. It was way too long so I asked if it could be ordered in a shorter size to which they told me no multiple times. I decided to get it as is and order. Once I got home and looked up the dress on the designers site I found it could be ordered in 3 different lengths. I called immediately to only be told it was too late and it is what it is.I let it go and decided I would just get it altered. It being a ball gown it cost over $300 just to hem it. Not including any other alterations. The length it was hemmed to was of course one of the lengths I could have ordered it in the first place.I called bridal collections to be told I should have gone to a place they recommend alterations, but was never told about this place when picking up my dress. The manager told me shed talk to the owner the next day and get back to me within 3 days.A week passed and so I emailed and called. Nothing. Then another week and I tried again. Nothing. After 5 weeks I got an email saying it was my fault that, and they are not to be blamed.All in all, take your money elsewhere. Dont dont dont go here. Unless you want to deal with people who dont know whats going on when ordering and really unprofessional people.

Bridal Collections was absolutely wonderful! The gowns were so beautiful and I was shocked by how many different styles and sizes they carried. They helped me with everything from start to finish. They were kind and very thoughtful with my entire experience... I appreciated how thorough they were, as well. They explained how the measuring/sizing/alterations went which definitely put my mind at ease. Every time I was there they made sure I was taken care of and had nothing to worry about, which is exactly what a bride needs! I also was SO thankful that they helped with a very difficult wedding situation and a particular time crunch with a military fiance currently deployed and an unknown wedding date. Thanks ladies at Bridal Collections for helping us choose gorgeous dresses for my dream wedding and making sure it was a stress-free time!

Everything about dealing with Bridal Collections has been troublesome and negative...Ordering:The bridesmaids dresses were ordered 6 months in advance and they were 4 weeks late. When I called in to check-up the staff seemed unsure where the dresses were even coming from and what the status was. Never heard back from the store. Eventually the bride had to step-in and follow-up.Shipping:Process was not made clear, so dresses arrived at the store and additionally had to be mailed or picked up (troublesome because of late arrival and for out-of-state bridesmaids who may need to have hem alterations).Fit:ALL of the dresses have been too big and need extensive alterations (hemming, straps, AND taking in the sides). Frustrating in and of itself but especially since these are $150+/dress and supposed to be custom made (measurements were provided).Plus, the wedding dress measurements got messed up so that dress also has to undergo extensive alterations, a mere 3 weeks before the wedding.Overall, a nightmare of an experience. Would never recommend this store or their designers. Borderline feels like a scam.

I cannot be happier with Bridal Collections! My wedding was in June and I got everything from there (my wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, tuxes, and even my mother’s dress) They were amazing to deal with and so helpful! Also, a few of my friends also got their dresses there and I know they were also very happy how everything turned out. I am not sure what happened before that they got bad reviews. I love this store and I would recommend it to anyone who is getting married.

Bridal Collections was so helpful in preparing for my wedding! We ended up finding my dress, our bridesmaids’ dresses, my husband’s tux, and the groomsmen’s tuxes there, as well as my bridal hair piece and jewelry. We hadn’t planned to buy them all at one store, but as we shopped and compared prices for each different item, Bridal Collections consistently had the best selection and price range. The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We worked with Cynthia, who had fabulous ideas and knows so much about the industry. Her help was invaluable! I ended up being so happy with all the garments we chose for the wedding. They looked wonderful together, and it was so nice to be able to hold all the garments up together in the store before buying to ensure we were creating the look we were going for. I would definitely choose to work with Bridal Collections again!

I was a hesitant bride who stopped in to start looking for my dress and I walked out the door with my dream dress! I was helped by Bria who was patient and listened to my likes and dislikes and together we found the perfect dress. The other ladies in the shop were very kind and supportive as well. I would highly recommend you stop in and give them the chance to help you find your perfect dress!

I love Bridal Collections. I bought my bridesmaid dresses from here and they are gorgeous and a very reasonable price. A day after picking out the dresses and getting the measurements for my bridesmaids, a change of plans happened with one of my girls and we needed to get her money back on her card and they were so cooperative and nice about everything. I would recommend this place!

We traveled a long ways to shop in Spokane for dresses and by far Bridal Collections was the best store we went to in the area. They had beautiful gowns, and the sales staff was very helpful and friendly, and made the experience enjoyable and memorable. We didnt feel rushed or pushed in anyway and my daughter found the most beautiful dress for her wedding day. Highly recommend Bridal Collections.

I am a college student, so I went here planning to just look through sale racks and see what I could come up with that was in or near my budget. After informing the sales reps that I wasnt interested in spending tons of money on a dress they became extremely disrespectful, would not help me find anything I was looking for, and even tried referring me to a thrift shop so I would leave their store...I have never been so angry with or disrespected by the customer service of a business in my life. Not even worth a trip in my book

Like most bridal places. This place is a scam. I found a dress I loved I knew my size and what was right for me. The lady wouldnt let me order the size I wanted. She made me order 2 sizes too big. Now Im paying for mega alterations. And so are my bridesmaids. This place is terrible the girls dont have a clue what they are doing. I will never go back here and I dont recommend it for honest people looking for a beautiful dress.

I want to give a big kudos to Nicole. I called her upset because I thought my dress was not ordered properly because it was way too small. She asked me to bring it in so we could figure it out. I was a ball of nerves when I came back in. It turned out that I hadnt been zipped into it right and it was totally fine and fit as expected. She was so understanding and compassionate about the whole thing. I really appreciated it! Sarah was great too! She helped me find my dress and she did a great job!

Absolutely by far one of the best bridal shops. They had soo many choices, it was hard to get just one Cynthia is amazing! Without her help I probably would have been overwhelmed with all the choices. She made it a fun non stressful amazing day!

Sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding dress. When searching for places in Spokane I also read through reviews to book my appointments. Right from the start we were treated like dirt. I was told we could only get a dress in my size because it takes 8 plus months since it goes straight to the designer to hand make. I had over 5 months to order one and was told I could only buy the used ones off the rack. We should have left, but I found a dress that I absolutely loved. I wanted to come back the next day to pay because I did have one more appointment at celestial selections, thank god, and I had to make an appointment to come pay for the dress. No one seemed to care whether I bought the dress or not and the customer service was horrible, so I decided to give up a dress I loved and keep looking because I did not want to buy a dress from the woman. Turns out, I found a dress by the same designer at the next stop and was able to order a brand new one in my size and color choice and it will be shipped to me in 4 months.

My experience in the store was great. We didnt feel rushed and there were tons of options. My wedding is in July and it came down to two dresses. I was told that I needed to order that week to be able to receive the dress by the end of June. Well....I called a couple of days later once I made my decision on which dress I wanted. The woman who helped me wasnt there that day so they had to leave a message. I didnt hear back so a few days later, I called again. She was with a client and couldnt take the call so I left yet another message. No call back. I assumed either the messages werent getting through or they didnt need my business. I ended up calling stores in Washington, Idaho and Oregon and finally found the dress in Oregon. Sad they missed out on a sale of a $2k dress.

Bought my bridesmaid dresses from bridal collections. The selection was great and the colors available were perfect. Dresses came in on time and the staff was super nice and easy to work with.

I traveled to Spokane to pick a wedding dress out and had gone to Davids Bridal and Celestial Bridal Selections and didnt have a great experience at either place with getting help with trying to find a dress even though I had set up an appointment time. I just happened to drop on into Bridal Collections randomly and by this time that day I didnt believe I wasnt really going to find a dress that day. Sure enough though a gal named Sara helped me out tremendously and found me just the right dress in my price range and it was perfect! Was so excited and couldnt be happier!

I have had nothing but good experiences with the company as well as the staff. There is a huge selection for everyone of every size. If you are getting married, go to them first! Making an appointment with Bridal Collections was easy to do, and it went very smoothly. Even though they were busy, I got right in on time and even squeezed in a second fitting with a short-notice. My consultant was very sweet and helped me find the perfect dress, which you can get shipped anywhere for a reasonable shipping deal. I live in Missoula, MT and this was a very important factor for anyone travelling. If you havent found your dress, I recommend making an appointment and trying on a few gowns. David Angelo is non-traditional and perfect for the modern bride. Bridal collections can help you find what fits your style and they have plenty of mirrors to check your hot self out!

They did an amazing job. Made me feel comfortable, they didnt pressure me to buy.

They were fine with getting my dress but when it came to getting the groomsman tuxes is were they messed up. I talked to them almost a year before my wedding about sizing because one of our groomsman is a heftier guy than average and they said it would be fine.My Fiance took his guys down and they all got measured. Now the day before our wedding that one groomsman tuxes does not fit him (surprise surprise) and they refused to refund hos money.The tuxes are all rentals and now they are out going to JCPenny or Big and Tall to find something last minute.Will never recommend this place to anyone trying to get tuxes. Our groomsman and my groom were treated like garbage.

I originally bought a wedding dress a year in advance from another local bridal shop. I ordered the dress and when it came in, it did not look like the dress I tried in but a much cheaper, simpler version. I thought I could pull it off but my heart wasnt feeling it.About a month before my wedding, I went in to Bridal collections to look for accessories for the wedding. For some reason, I had a strong desire to try some dresses on, was my last chance.Afer trying a few dresses at Bridal, I was in love. They looked gorgeous and just fit me (size and personality) wonderfully. I called my mom and aksed her to come down and take a look. After she looked at those dresses, she was in love as well (Thats when I found out that she didnt like the other dress I had because she didnt think it was the same one that I ordered, as she put it The dress is not you)After few day of agony, we decided to go back to Bridal Collections and by a dress there!Staff was so incrediby helpful and patient.They have an incredible selection of all styles of dresses!And they are REASONABLY priced!Anyway, I walked away with my own Casablanca 2004 and I felt like a princess on my wedding day!I highly recommend this store.
