The ladies at Honest in Ivory were incredible. The atmosphere was amazing. They pulled the most perfect dresses and were so helpful and sweet. They treated not only myself but all my loved ones who were with me so well. We laughed, we cried, and I found the most perfect dress. Kenzie and Laura were so sweet and truly made the day so special. All the little touches Honest in Ivory adds to the day are so sweet and meaningful. I couldn’t imagine getting my dress anywhere else. If you’re thinking about shopping there, I’d say absolutely do it! And do one of the party appointments! It’s incredible

I went to Honest In Ivory and planned just to get a feel for what I liked, since it was my first time looking at wedding dresses. They asked a few questions about my initial ideas for what I wanted when I booked the appointment and the stylists there had a few picked out and waiting in the fitting room for me when I got there. I was so nervous and the stylists were more helpful than I could have imagined.Right when I sat down, the first one on the rack seemed like exactly what I had pictured in my mind. I tried that one on first- and I knew right away. I tried on about 10 more- cause I wanted to be sure. Once the stylists knew what I liked- they took me to around the store with specific dresses in mind based on what I said I liked.If I am being honest. I truly fell in love with like 3 of them. I had trouble deciding. I had to try on some of them multiple times. However, there was that one special one. One of the stylists said - with what would have been my second choice - to notice if I found my mind wandering back to that first one. And sure enough I did. Tried it on the last time- they brought over a veil, and then I burst into tears. And I said yes to the dress. It’s been 2 days. And I can’t stop thinking about how perfect that was.When I imagined what it would be like trying on dresses, I could not have pictured it being that perfect. This was a memory I know I’ll look back on frequently when I think about this time. Both the dress and the experience blew my expectations out of the water.

I have followed honest in ivory on social media since before they opened their doors and I knew when I got engaged that they were going to be first on my list for dress places to go.The whole experience of getting my dress from Honest in Ivory was so amazing! Brynn and Laurel were very complimentary and made everyone feel very comfortable. I explained my vision and they pulled the most amazing gowns. Each dress we evaluated what I loved most and what I was still looking for. I had tried on a couple of dresses and each time they were getting better and closer to what I was looking for. Brynn and Laurel made me feel so comfortable and when I found the one I was so emotional and overjoyed. The dresses were all high quality and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience.

I loved every minute of my experience at Honest in Ivory! My stylist Scarlet made me feel very comfortable and listened exactly to what I wanted. She helped me work thought what I didnt like and confirmed what I did like. She allowed me to try on whatever dress I wanted and made me feel beautiful even in the one I wasnt sure about. We had mimosas when we arrived and the couches and dressing rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shop is beautiful and calming. At the end, I found my perfect dress and they gave me a small gift for buying a dress from them. Shopping local is the way to go because they took their time to help me and make me feel comfortable and celebrate me when I found the dress of my dreams! There was no pressure to buy higher than my budget and the check out process was super easy! Cant wait to pick my dress up in a few months! I recommend Honest and Ivory 10/10 times!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping for my bridal gown at Honest in Ivory. It was everything I could have imagined, and more. From the moment you walk in you feel like the most important person in the room. The appointments are VERY personalized, these ladies are not just here to make a sale. They truly care about your wants and needs and want you to find the dress that is perfect for you. My stylist was Coral and she was SOOO knowledgeable about each dress. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable with being 100% honest in how I felt in each gown. If you are looking for a bridal gown, don’t look anywhere else. I will recommend Hones in Ivory to anyone and everyone! I am one happy bride :)

I had the best experience at honest in ivory this Sunday. I had an upgraded private appointment, which I paid $200 for, that was 100% worth it and I would do it all over again if I could. They provided mimosas and sweet frosting cupcakes. I absolutely loved my stylist Kenzie, she really helped me feel confident in every gown whether I liked it or not. She had the greatest questions and advice that really helped me narrow down my dress of choice. I even cried when she put the veil on me and asked some questions about my wedding day and if I pictured myself in that dress. Their prices are very reasonable, they stay below the budget with the dresses they choose and if you choose a dress to try on over the budget they always ask if that is okay. I had a completely different style idea than what I ended up with but I loved it! There is so much to choose from in every style and price range. Since I did an upgraded appointment I was also able to look through their consignment gowns! My bridesmaids and mom looked for dresses for the wedding also. The space is so welcoming and beautiful I felt so comfortable the whole time I was in there. I am so glad I was able to buy from a woman owned and women ran small business in Spokane.

Honest In Ivory made my wedding dress shopping dreams come true! Im from Seattle and drove all the way to Spokane just to see this shop! Setting up my appointment was super easy and my stylist, Brynn, knew all of my questionnaire answers by heart. The shop was accommodating to different styles and sizes to try on. Brynn and her assistant had hand selected gowns they thought fit my answers and helping me try on multiple gowns and styled until I narrowed down my search. I didnt once feel pressured to buy anything, and was constantly feeling confident in the store itself. When the moment came to put a veil on with my favorite dress, they handed me a bouquet and talked me through my big day, walking down the aisle with my dad and seeing my fiancé at the looking back at me. I was crying, my mom was crying, and my sister and best friend were too! Every piece of the day was so thought out, intentional, and made me feel like the luckiest bride. Once I said yes, the process to order my dress was super simple. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting an amazing experience getting their dress!

I walked in as a plus sized bride, VERY NERVOUS. I knew most of the gowns would not fit and I was dreading that typical “dressing room” experience. Brynn and Scarlet made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Even when a dress was a bit too small, they reassured me through it all. I picked out so many dresses but nothing was making me feel like a bride.Brynn and Scarlet grabbed a gown that I was incredibly unsure of to start. I stepped in, put my arms in the sleeves, and instantly knew. They grabbed a veil, placed it on my head, walked me through imagining my wedding day and not a dry eye was to be had. The entire experience was a dream and every small detail was thought of. I am so thankful for this shop!

What really blew me away was the service and attention to detail. Kenzie had pulled 5 gowns that were on my Pinterest board, and had all of my styling and event details pulled up when we first arrived. She was so sweet and caring, and at the end of my appointment when I couldn’t decide she offered for me to come back in that night after the store closed to try them on again. Honest in Ivory is absolutely amazing! The shop is so cute and they greeted you right away with a warm friendly welcome. We booked a mini party and once seated we got mimosas, and a sweet treat! Not only did I leave there glowing because I found my wedding dress but because they make you feel so so beautiful in every gown. This was my first place I went to shop for my wedding dress and it was an absolutely FABULOUS experience!! Brynn was my personal stylist and she is a true gem of a human. She made me feel comfortable and picked out some amazing styles that really fit me and my personality, even though she just met me! Besides being a lovely human, she also was extremely knowledgeable of the wedding dress world. Honestly, it was way better than ANY experience Ive had at a Davids Bridal or any other bridal boutique for past weddings Ive been in as a bridesmaid. This is the BEST dress shop in Spokane! The atmosphere of the store is just absolutely incredible! I did the VIP appointment upgrade and it was the best decision I could’ve made. Scarlet my stylist was AMAZING! She really listened to what I wanted in my dress and didn’t want. She made the experience so fun and comfortable! Kenzie the manager was so kind as well to assist me and my party with anything we needed-and even brought in a couple options for me to try! Overall these girls helped make the process of buying a dress so easy and fun!

Honest in Ivory made my wedding dress shopping experience an absolute joy! It was my first time dress shopping and ended up finding one that I cannot wait to wear for my wedding day, First, the consultants are so lovely, welcoming, helpful, and good at what they do. Second, the vibe inside the shop is everything that you would want a bridal boutique to feel like. For example, they have adorable couches for your loved ones to sit and enjoy, they bring some drinks to sip on, and where you try on the dresses is pretty secluded. Third, they are very organized in how they bring dresses to and from so that the bride does not get overwhelmed with too many options. And fourth, they had a very good selection and had exactly what I wanted. Overall, amazing time there, and I highly recommend for future brides.

This is truly a beautiful store and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dress. However, when I said yes to my dress my sale associate did some stuff to the dress that made me love it more but when I got to alterations I was told I couldn’t have the dress that way. It was a little hard to let go of the first look. I also asked for a different size to be order and I didn’t realize it until my wedding day that the wrong size came in. If anyone ever had a baby understand that your breast goes down after being done breast feeding. If the right size was order my breast would have fit better. This place is beautiful and there is a lot of wedding dress and everyone there is amazing and happy.

Before even trying on gowns, I was so impressed with this businesss ability to market on social media. I felt like I knew the level of quality before I even stepped foot into the location. Adorable, unique interior-- the decor is so perfect for a bridal shop with a streamlined layout that facilitates privacy for each bride and guests. Lighting was perfect. The variety of gowns was impressive. The staff was SO kind and knowledgable. They were patient with me and offered amazing suggestions. Ended up picking a dress that was unlike what I had initially envisioned. Brooke was my stylist, and she ensured to show me a unique variation in color of the gown I thought I wanted, which ended up being the gown I purchased. They know their stuff!! FIFTY SHADES OF IVORY BLISS.I am far from a traditional bride and was skeptical I would find THE DRESS at a bridal salon. Upon arrival, the stylist had a few dress recommendations ready that certainly took my style into account. Once I explained no “Traditional Dresses Please”, she came up with a few more excellent recommendations. Everything from pant suits, overlays, separates....including a very unique dress she said looked exquisite on. I shrugged and said “Sure, let’s try it”. We even tried it on first since it was an afterthought. Well, you guessed correctly....It turned out to be THE DRESS!!!! Honestly, every dress after that could have been the one. The designers they carry are phenomenal!!! Well cut, styled and made. Talk about 50 Shades of Ivory!!! The available dress colors are GORGEOUS and look amazing with different skin tones!!! It gave detailed information on exactly where to go! All the ladies working were knowledgeable and very welcoming, even with Covid restrictions. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I had previously tried on dresses at a larger chain bridal store, and the stylist made me feel super invalidated about the things I disliked about certain gowns or the way they fit my body. Brooke was my stylist at Honest In Ivory and she was PHENOMENAL. Any time I mentioned I didn’t like a silhouette or detail of a dress, she was super positive and told me to try on the next one in my lineup and removed the one I didn’t like. I was able to narrow it down to two dresses in under an hour and she made my final decision so easy (and was also very patient with the flowing tears from myself and my group, ha ha). Each of their fitting rooms/podiums are divided so you have total privacy from other brides shopping, so it genuinely feels like the appointment is catered to you! I felt absolutely spoiled yesterday with the complimentary mimosas, swag bag after I purchased my gown, and the bride-focused atmosphere of wanting to help you find your perfect dress in a stress free, zero pressure environment. I would shop with them again in a heartbeat (almost had myself convinced I needed a second dress just so I could go back). They are one of a kind, truly.

I’m posting for plus size girls. Which is something they do not have even though it’s advertised up to 22. Unfortunately most of their “bigger” dresses seem to be around a 12-14 size. I’m around a 18-20. Unfortunately you really can’t say yes to a dress when you have to imagine what it would really look like. I’ve been to multiple shops and it’s about 50/50 if they have anything that you can put on. Their shop is adorable. They do an awesome job online advertising. I drove up from a couple hours away to do a Wednesday appointment. And paid $100 so 6 people could come with champagne and macaroons. My people had been offered drinks on the way in but did not receive any macaroons during the 90 min appointment. Also for about first 15 min it was rules. Which are quite a few my guests really didn’t get to go around and look for a dress for me without being talked to about touching the dress so they could get a better look. Which I understand to an extent but maybe come up with a better solution then don’t touch. The people you bring to your appointment know you best and will try to find something you will love. Along with that they seemed to really not want your party’s input on the dresses. Almost being a bit rude to them about giving their input. For me I wanted everyone’s opinion. After the rules and having 15 minutes taken from you at the beginning you really only have an hour to try on dresses before being rushed out the door. (No one was coming in after to what I saw) unfortunately out of the 6 shops I went to from Tennessee to the classic shops and boutiques I was disappointed by the services and items offered.I hope they can get bigger size dresses there in the future And maybe put some different rules in to place to make your guests feel welcomed.

After looking at different boutiques online I knew Id find my dress at Honest in Ivory. The women working there were so kind and fun! The fact that it is woman owned was icing on the cake. Thank you Honest in Ivory for helping me find my dress.

The shop is beautiful, all the women working there are so sweet and uplifting. At least 3 consultants told my sister how great she looked in several different dresses. The consultant did a great job finding a dress that had all of the bits and pieces my sister loved from previous dresses. Reasonably priced and so much fun! The consultant even helped my sister picture herself in the dress with some guided imagery!

I have been to all other shops throughout Spokane and feel utterly compelled to rave about this store. It is by far the best experience, the best customer service, and they have the most beautiful dresses. I honestly had a hard time choosing just one. My stylist, Kenzie, was never pushy, and really helped me choose something right for me. She was Team Bride all the way. The customer service from start to finish with this store was 11/10. They made me feel so comfortable and at home right away. Explained every detail of the appointment right away and even let the people I brought with me know that I was in charge and that they should not in any way try to negatively influence the experience. I ended up trying on THE dress I choose right away and they helped me make sure it was the one by having me imagine me in the special moment of my wedding day. Everyone, including myself cried and left so happy and ready for all the things to come.

I had a fantastic experience at Honest and Ivory. My consultant Kassi made my appointment special from start to finish. I flew into town to be able to find a dress with my mom and sister who live in Spokane - we had high hopes and Honest in Ivory did not disappoint. Kassi was so sweet, offered us mimosas as soon as we sat down, and went out of her way to pull bridesmaid gowns and flowers in my color scheme so I could get a full picture of how I will feel in my dress on the big day. If you are looking for a picture perfect, instagrammable shop with equally amazing consultants and gown selections this is the place to go. I left with a couture gown on order that made all my dreams come true.

I love this shop so much. The website and their Instagram are amazing and gave me an idea of what I might want. I drove 3.5 hours to shop there and found my dress my very first visit! The workers were amazing and very good at what they do. They’re incredibly kind and don’t try to “sell” you on dresses which takes the pressure off big time. It was a great experience.

Patty in alterations is a lifesaver! I’m a week out from my wedding and she made emergency last minute changes and came in on her day off to deliver my gown. Her quality of work along with the sage wisdom she provided during our appointments really sets her apart from all the rest.

AMAZING! I absolutely loved my experience at Honest In Ivory. I was able to rent out the place for 2 hours and bring my 8 closets friends and family, share mimosas and cupcakes, and find my wedding dress! They made everything easy and I couldn’t be happier! I went to Honest in Ivory all the way from Missoula to find a wedding dress because I loved the gowns/designers they stock and love their messages about size inclusivity. I was not disappointed! My stylist Brynn was amazing and the ultimate hype girl while I was trying on my dresses (and found the one Im getting married in). I sent them my Pinterest board and notes about what I wanted and they pulled so many beautiful dresses, and immediately put the ones I was not interested off to the side. I would recommend to any of my friends and am so happy I made the trip!

Immediately upon entering, you are greeted with a smile and they offer mimosas to you and your party; the store is clean and the layout looks like it fell out of Pinterest and Instagram combined! We had booked an appointment for my rehearsal dinner dress since they just got in these amazingly adorable By Watters dresses that are short, sweet and perfect for rehearsal dinners! I brought my fiancé with me and they were so kind and personable to both of us and didnt make me feel self-conscious for bringing my fiancé with me. The dress rooms are private and comfortable while still setting you up to be a part of the excitement that is wedding dress shopping. What sets them above everything though, is the overall experience. Our stylist was Coral and she was incredibly sweet and patient when I was being indecisive; she didnt make me feel pressured to make a purchase which is HUGE for me and offered a second appointment which was great as it gave me time to think over which one I wanted--no pressure! Their store manager, Kenzie, also came in during the appointment and was providing a lot of great ideas we could do for alterations and just generally made me feel like I was shopping with my best friends!Thank you Honest in Ivory team for being awesome and making me feel like $100000 bucks! This place is a Gem! They have endless beautiful dresses to choose from and are fully equipped to handle even the most complicated brides. I can honestly say my experience buying a dress through Honest in Ivory was the easiest part of my entire wedding planning process. I could not recommend Honest in Ivory enough! When I made the appointment online there were thorough questions to help my stylist narrow down the search which I thought was really helpful. When I arrived with my Mom, Godmother, and best friend we were met by Brynn who was AMAZING! She showed us to our room, poured us mimosas and then we went in search for a gown. I showed her a couple pictures of styles I loved and we ended up finding four gowns to start off with. My best advice is to be decisive. If you arent feeling a gown, just say so - dont worry about tiptoeing around anyones feelings - if you dont like it on the rack, you probably wont love it when you try it on. Be picky! We also got to meet the owner, Cassie, which I loved. I love to support local businesses and seeing Cassie there and hearing her story was amazing! I tried on a couple more gowns but in the end, the third dress I chose was the one! The process was so easy and so much fun - I wouldnt have traded it for anything! Also, their new loft is BEAUTIFUL! If youre looking for a gown, I definitely recommend making an appointment with Honest in Ivory!

I had an amazing experience at Honest in Ivory, I went to five bridal shops before I came here and I wish I would have made my first stop. I found my dream dress and it was everything I’ve ever wanted, I had a lot of trouble finding a dress at other stores because quite frankly I am incredibly picky, and I had put on so many dresses at this point I had a very specific dress in mind. But Karli knew exactly what I wanted. She was so helpful and down to earth, not pushy at all which is something I experienced at other bridal shops. She didn’t want to just make a sale, she really just wanted to help me find the dress I love. Seriously recommend this store, they have unique one of a kind dresses and they are analyzing quality.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Honest in Ivory. I did a private weekday appointment so that I was able to bring all of the people I wanted and it was fabulous. First of all, we started with the cutest cupcakes and tasty mimosas which made us all feel so special. The atmosphere is very whimsical and adds to the excitement. My experience Honest in Ivory was amazing! My stylist was so attentive to what I wanted and immediately understood my vision for the dress. I went in thinking I was just looking and ended up buying my dream dress, not because I felt pushed but because they were just that good! They made it very clear that there was no pressure to buy and they didn’t work on commission, but every dress they pulled was a great fit for me. From the mimosas at the beginning to the style interview to the way they helped my bridesmaids and I envision the day, everything was so perfect and I felt so celebrated and happy with my choice. We all cried when we found the one, and I know my fiancé will love it too! My bridesmaids had a wonderful time, too. If you’re on the fence, just go!

Being a wedding photographer and photographing wedding dresses at Honest In Ivory is quite a dream come true. All the girls that work there are so fun and amazing and provided the best experience. The customer service was truly one of a kind! They were so great with matching to my taste and WITHIN my budget! I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and bought it the next day! Beautiful shop and loved the vibes from the furniture/interior. It was very clean and I loved the robe they provided while looking for dresses. The staff was very nice and inclusive for women of all sizes. The $35 appointment fee included mimosas for 3 people. I didn’t find my dress here as they didn’t have what I was looking for and many special order dresses wouldn’t have arrived until a month after my wedding date. The kinds of dresses they have seem like they are geared towards brides who want a very trendy/current look rather than a timeless/classy look. It seemed the alteration suggested were a little more limited compared to other shops I visited, but if you’re going here because you like the dress exactly as is then it wouldn’t be an issue.

From the moment me and my wedding poesy entered this bridal shop, we were treated with the upmost curiosity and professionalism. They made us feel safe in these unsafe times of the pandemic with their due diligence of extra cleaning measures. The stylish and hip staff made me feel like a beautiful bridal princess in any dress I tried on. Honest in Ivory bridal shop is the most in-style and modern bridal shop in the Spokane area.

I was really excited for my appointment, I booked a few months ahead and was traveling to spokane specifically so my closest friends and family could have this experience with me! I payed for the upgraded appointment for 100$ which I was actually charged 136.17$. The website lists the price as 75$ for the upgrade and 25$ for styling fee equaling 100$ in total. At my appointment, i removed my mask when trying on my first dress and didnt even realize it (just naturally from undressing), the stylist basally ran away from me as if I was covid itself and that was super uncomfortable to start it off. She was nice however and picked out some nice dresses for me. She did make a comment about how 90 minutes can go by fast in our conversation which immediately made me feel rushed for the rest of the appointment. I noticed about halfway through that none of my guests were served mimosas or the treats that were noted on the website but I didnt say anything because I thought maybe I had misread from the 200$ upgrade and I didnt get that upgrade. I was wondering what I had actually paid extra for... After my appointment and upon looking at the website I was so bummed to find out that it was actually included in the upgrade I had paid for and my guests did not get mimosas or the treats along with my appointment. They were served nothing. I was sort of bummed I paid more than the 100$ that is listed on the website and as advertised, and then even more so when my guests didnt get the experience I was looking forward to when I initially booked the appointment. Since this was the only dress shop I was going to visit, I did find my dress here, it is beautiful, and it was a great price. I am thankful my stylist helped me find it. If I were to have any advice to the shop or to future brides, I would make sure the employees and the shop is consistent with what is being advertised online. I know that isnt always easy, but even just having a way of knowing what type appointment was made. Even though I had spoke with a girl over the phone when I made my appointment, (or just before because I actually had to book myself online after calling), I did not get the experience we had agreed upon or what I had paid extra for.

I had never tried on a wedding dress before booking the VIP experience at Honest in Ivory. As soon as I walked in I got butterflies, between the dresses, mimosas, and atmosphere I was in heaven. My stylist was incredible and made sure I felt comfortable in every dress I tried on and truly made me feel beautiful. As soon as I put on MY dress I just knew, even with the mask on you could tell I couldn’t stop smiling. I would highly recommend Honest in Ivory to anyone looking for their dream dress and an experience of a life time! It will be a night to remember for me and my bridal party💕

From my bridal appointment picking out my dream dress, to a styling appointment where I chose a beautiful veil, to the free gown steaming appointment a week before my wedding, these ladies are the best! She listened to exactly what I had envisioned and I had such a hard time choosing because every single one of the gowns were flawless! Honesty in Ivory was a clean and beautiful bridal store with very helpful staff. Since I had previously been to another shop I knew the exact style and price range I wanted to look at and Sammy was very friendly, helpful and honest about what was available. We ended finding something that I loved and the process was very smooth

Honest in ivory insisted that I ordered a size dress that was way too big for me, because their sizes are “bridal sizes”. I refused and had to sign a waver saying if it didn’t fit me it’s not their fault. I ordered a dress 3 sizes smaller than what they insisted I order, i was still swimming in it. Getting it altered has been a nightmare as the dress had to completely be redone to fit me properly. They make you pay a $30 shipping fee for your dress to just be shipped to their store. So those of us that live out of town have to make a trip just to pick it up. Shipping fee to their store shouldn’t be on the customer. The whole experience was frustrating, and very disappointing. It took a lot to make the dress look good as it was so baggy and awkward. I would not recommend honest in ivory,

I had an incredible experience at Honest in Ivory. It was the first and only place I went to try on dresses! Shopping for a big purchase can be intimidating, but that was the farthest thing from my experience at their store. Before I made an appointment I called to check on COVID precautions and the person on the other end was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the efforts they made to keep things clean and safe! From the minute I walked in the door, I knew I was at the right place. The store is beautiful and they give you an experience to match. I never felt any pressure to make a decision and felt like they had my best interest at heart. My stylist Kenzie was amazing. She was kind, genuine, attentive and knew all the right questions to ask to help me find my dream dress. Not only is honest in ivory the cutest bridal shop, but the staff is so helpful and sweet!Out of all the bridal shops I went to, honest in ivory had the largest variety of the style I was looking for. After I found the perfect dress my consultant Brooke let me try on so many different vails she ended up finding me the perfect vail, it added just the right touch to the gorgeous gown without overpowering it!I trust the consultants really know what they are doing.

The stylist I was working with got my style right away, I loved every dress she brought me to try on, but then I tried on THE ONE! Right when I looked in the mirror I just knew!
