Typically have a great experience with this place, although the fact that I ordered a screen protector for my phone months ago and it never arrived was very frustrating. I finally ordered one direct from manufacturer and got it under a week, but CPR was able to install it for me.Wait times can sometimes be a little long, but overall a good and reliable place.

Setting up the appointment was super easy online. The gentleman restated the information I had put in and made sure it was correct. Then shown me the part and gave me a time and price estimate. 100% recommend calling them first before anyone else.

I threw my phone against the wall & my phone turned black. It was working just couldn’t use the screen. My phone company told me to come to these guys & said they can fix it for cheaper than having to buy a brand new one. So I came here & I was hesitant since I never had to go to a repair shop before. I came back to get my phone & it was back to normal. It saved me money not having to buy a new phone on a short budget. The customer service was great, positive, and friendly. I knock 1 star off because I was told I would get a call in 2 hours, and I had to call back 2 days later to check in. I understand they may be busy, and they were apologetic. I would recommend and go back! I have had my Mac Book Pro serviced here for a fraction of what it would cost at the Apple Genius Bar.

Ive gone to this location for multiple repairs and will always come back. Brandon was super friendly and professional. I went in to get my sons switch screen replaced. Only to find out it just needed a new tempered glass! I was relieved to have saved the replacement price of the repair. That showed true integrity on their end and had them put a new protector on it. I went in again to have my phone screen replaced that had broke entirely in a fall and wouldnt even turn on! Brandon replaced it in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was a faulty screen and I returned a few days later to explain my dilemma. Brandon replaced it at no cost! I was very impressed. Highly recommend!

Brendan is a pretty great guy to do business with. I’m notorious for thrashing my iPhone (4 times in the past 6 months) and each time I bring it in these guys are great. If you go anywhere else youve made a bad choice. This place Rocks! Took my phone to for new screen to Advanced Cell Phone Repair ( the other guy) here in Spokane. Proximity sensor didnt work after that. Other guy said it was a hardware issue and he couldnt repair said it was my problem. Took it to CPR they found the other guy hadnt hooked the sensor up while installing with new screen ( normal procedure) . They fixed the problem in less than an hour and very inexpensive. Great people and very helpful. Bottom line Just go to CPR. Not the other guy!!!

I took in my phone to get my screen fixed and the back of my phone, they first did not call me back for when the part arrived, then when I took my phone in they only fixed the front of my screen and the outside edge, I had paid a lot of money for the fixing of the phone and they put on the wrong color for the edge which I was being charged a lot for. Everything looked good though the screen was fixed but when I later got home the phone would not turn on or charge. The next day I went back and asked them why this happened, I had to pay for a Diagnostic and they told me that it was because I had let it fall and cracked the screen but I had the phone screen broken for 5 years and not once did the phone not want to charge or turn on. They said there was nothing they could do but refund my money and replace the fixed screen for my broken one. When they switched out the screen there was burn marks all over the my old screen and it still would not work. I would not recommend going to this place in this location.

I own a business myself, and am the desk manager of a hotel. I know when I see outstanding customer service from any location and this place surpassed my expectations. I expected a simple get it done - out the door fixes. Instead I ended up with getting to know people a bit more, that if given more time/opportunity, could be considered friends.This customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Not everything went as planned with the repairs, but I was taken care of by real people. To me that’s more important than “things”. With the time that was spent there, they extended this great service to everyone I seen come into the store. You will be in good hands if you use them.

I could not believe the owner berating me over the incompetence in failing to provide the service I paid for. I brought my phone in for a diagnoses, $20, held the phone overnight and when I came to pick it up in the morning they were trying to charge me for a new screen. Said that it would have to wait until Tuesday but refused to diagnose the phone. When I asked to speak to the manager he came out and issued me a refund and didnt say a single word to me. As I left the store confused, the owner decides to come out chasing me with insults. When I confronted his assault on my character asking for an explanation he said I had a poor demeanor and headed back into the store. This is how a narcissist operates.

Service was fast and professional. While my phone was not repaired, it only cost me $20 to find out it could not be repaired and took only half an hour. After explaining to me how to transfer my data to a phone that had been given to me and then answering several phone questions, I successfully have transferred my data to a borrowed cell phone until I purchase a new one. Much better service than I ever got at Verizon or Apple store.

Emma at CPR was terrific. Service was prompt extremely courteous. She answered all my questions exceeded my expectations on completing the repair at a price that was more than fair and competitive. Well I hope I never have to go back to the store, if I need an iPhone repair ( or accessories) this is definitely the place I would go.

I went to CPR after I cracked my phone screen, and I had purchased a replacement from online.When I arrived u was informed that it wasnt the replacement I needed and more of a scam because it didnt have any of the touch or digital components I needed to replace the cracked screen.Emma order a replacement screen for me with everything I needed told me all the costs up front and told me theyd call when it got in.There were some issues getting the screen in, but when it finally arrived Emma replaced it and took care of any other issues I was having.The store is a little under staffed, but Emma handles it like a champ. I will definitely go back for any future Cell Phone Repairs I need.

Store closed early? Stopped at the store at 5:45 just to see if they might be able to fix my phone camera and the store is already closed and locked up for the night. No one around. Makes me wonder how reliable a businesses when they dont even stay open until the posted close time.

Went in looking to buy and have installed a Zag Elite screen protector for my new Samsung Galaxy S9. They must not be easy to install. After the service girl broke the third screen and had no more in the store I told her to just leave the last one on so my phone screen would be protected. It was broken in the upper right corner so I shouldnt be touching the screen up there. She gave me a discount on the purchase of this screen but said when she gets more in she will replace it. Bad days happen. Hope to get this issue resolved when she gets more screen protectors in stock and Im able to make it back in the store.
