Justin, Joe, Sierra bad employees of the store. I was told I have 7 days to look over the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and I can return it if I want to within those 7 days. I was at their Metro T-Mobile store near Central and Division Street here in Spokane, WA today to get my money back and do business with Cricket and buy their Apple iPhone SE. I was told by Sierra you can only receive the tax back and your locked in for 6 months with us paying $60.00 for those 6 months. So they lied to me from the beginning. JUSTIN did not give me entire my entire receipt stating the facts.
Super grateful theres still a store on the North side, and these guys crush game. Previously had a bad egg that had me not wanting to come in, told management and they took immediate action. Also, Alex is the bomb! He is super knowledgeable and efficient, very impressed by his customer service and accommodation. Metro PCS has always given me everything I need out of a phone service and for a fraction of the cost, lifetime customer right here! Thank you guys for being so rad.

Victoria gave me an upgrade after trying to convince me to keep a spare line open so she wouldn’t get in trouble with her manager when I specifically told her no she proceeded to do what she wanted with my account and now I can’t return the phone that I bought when it’s not even the model that I wanted or the style. I spent $400 and have been trying to get in contact with a manager and everyone has been giving me the runaround. She didn’t give me any details about the phone or what would change if I bought it or anything she had no idea what she was doing. Apparently she’s related to the owner of the franchise so obviously she gets to do whatever she wants but when I report this branch to the federal government for adding accounts when the customer clearly rejected what was being offered it won’t be taken so lightly. Remember what happen Wells Fargo? Maybe the manager would stop eating her dinner and talk to a customer that drove all the way to the store two times in the last week to resolve this issue if she knew I was going to be reporting them to the feds.

Had a huge problem at the shadle location on Wellesley with the manager. Came to this locations and problem was fix in a matter if minutes due to adriana anaya. If you go through metro go see her at this locations!
These guys are very knowledgeable. Adam is the best and Mike is awesome, but if you have serious questions or problems Id ask for Adam straight up. Ive had and issue going on since September and honestly Adam is the only reason Ive stayed with Metro. Hes the only one who is completely honest and wont give you the run around like everyone else. Mike is great and has all the people skills, but Adam is the one to talk to. amazing store and the only Metro people I go to.
Well, I think that they take advantage of people and their customer service is definatly lacking. I dont think I should do any business there in the future.
This store definitely lacks in the customer service department. And their selection of phones and cases leaves a lot to be desired. I left after waiting about 10-15 minutes, wasnt greeted headed back to the mall to purchase our phone from Sabrinna who had excellent customer service. We will not be coming back to this location.
Cause they suck I paid for services I did not receive. They also lied about there service area the whole time I used them I never had data and certain times I could not call or text. I would recommend that you find a more reliable cellphone compgny

Pt. 1)This store has provided the worst customer experiences of my life, twice. To be clear, this following review is a reflection of this particular Metro PCS store, on North Division in Spokane, Washington. To begin, I will describe my first interaction, then I will continue to my subsequent experiences with this retailer.One afternoon I preceded to enter the MetroPCS store to get new batteries for my phones as they were old and didn’t hold their charge long. Unfortunately, only one associate (Adam) was working and he was assisting another customer. I took a seat with my son and waited patiently for our turn. After an hour, my son (who is 3) said that he needed to use the bathroom. I asked for him to hold it but after another fifteen minutes, he said he really had to go and it was an emergency. I asked the associate if my son could use the bathroom to which he replied that “we don’t have one.” I asked where he goes and he told me that the closest bathroom was “down the street at Rite Aide” and that if he had to go he would just lock up. I explained that it was an emergency for my kid and he said sorry, we don’t have a bathroom. Nevertheless, I left and went to Rite Aide, resulting in my kid having an accident, and another forty-five minute ordeal getting that handled. Finally, I returned. A customer opened the door and came in in front of me to which the employee then told me that I would have to “wait my turn.” I said that I had been waiting until he sent me down the road to use the bathroom and to make me wait again was crazy, to which he smuggly laughed and said, “I’m sure it will only be a minute.” It was. He rudely directed the man out the door for trying to get a phone case replaced. After discussing that I could not get batteries for my phones or new screen protectors, since mine were two years old and worn out, he talked me into upgrading to some new phones and adding an additional line for my daughter. At this point I had decided to put the past behind us and just finish this phone sale. After some twenty to thirty minutes Adam explained to me that there was some problem with the phones and he would have to call his boss to come down to the store and fix it? I waited for a while as Adam spoke to his supervisor on the phone but eventually explained that I would now have to leave to go pick up my daughter from school and come back. To this point, it had been three hours and twenty minutes since I first entered the store. Upon returning, I figured that Adam would have everything handled; however, he failed to accomplish much while I was gone and still ended up waiting another forty-five minutes upon returning to get it finished, but I did depart with three new LG Aristo phones.
Super helpful staff and the price isnt bad. I recommend going to this location.
The people that work there are awesomeI love metro pcs the phones are great, the NETWORK(T MOBIL) is great, and the customer service line when you call in is a real person you can u understand. Love it

Friendly and efficient, no monthly contract fee. I have used many different phone services over the past 10 years and the Metro PCS on North Division in Spokane WA is the most costumer friendly and rewarding phone company that i have used.
Metro is famous for snotty and snappy in store representatives, honestly not going to be continuing my service on the 4th due to TERRIBLE customer service, inaccurate phone numbers for stores, and CONSTANTLY not having service in my home. Awful people with an awful service that has CONSTANT issues and outages.

Data does in and out... Got brand new service one day and the next day it was cut off for non pay.. Went to add a new line to the account for my daughter and 5 stores was out of Sim card..... Then I purchased a charger for my phone a less than a week later the charger went out and they refuse to give me another one... Going back to my previous provider. Im already over metro

Terrible customer service. I called to check in on a resume and the guy hung up super fast and was quite rude about the situation.
They are wonder even when my child, threw a fit my husband stay inside to pay the bill. They helped us out they have always been so kind and when my screen had bubbles. MetroPC Lady their, sat there for over a good half hour try hard time trying all different way to get fixed and even tried a new screen protecter then we relized that it was because, when I went to the MetroPC in the velley store the lady put bubbles left them an when you do this the adhesive drys on the screen it will not let a new screen go on correctly you will still have the same bubbles that were there before. So I am proud of this store she tried her hardest and found the problem told me what happened and explained that you have to make sure there is none on a new phone or take it off and start over. Or the adhesive will dry like that and the new one you put on look just like the old one silly but true. I have gotten free things from the store. The store rocks its amazing they have special offers and just hurry in and you will get that special offer.
There is no better deal on phone service anywhere I have found and they offer great phones as well

No help at all fix phone but when I get home it is not working right I always have problems their service or phones. So tired or this as soon as I can Im going somewhere else.

Shaun an employee there was rude and used inappropriate language even in front of another potential customer when i had to go there after i tried to call ahead and make an appointment to address my issue and nobody answered the phone after 19 rings

Do not recomend using metro for phone service I had nothing but problems, dropping calls, poor service and they couldnt even get the billing right had to go there 3 times a month to fix mistakes that were made switched companys with a quickness
