I tried calling the number to find out if they have a phone in stock but I cant just call the store. It directs me to to Verizon customer service. Then I have to pick through a bunch of options before I can even get a person on the phone. And that person had to take all my account information just to transfer me to the store. I had to tell him what I wanted 3 times before he understood that I wanted to go to the store to purchase a phone and I just wanted to know if they have it in stock. Ive been on hold now for several minutes. Why cant I just call the store and talk to someone without going through all the hassle!

I’m far from being a phone expert which is why I was more than grateful to have Jose as the employee to help me. I had to go in a few times in the span of a day because of various issues and he was always there, eager to help and a great conversationalist. I’d definitely recommend asking for him in particular, stand up man and knows his stuff.

I had the worst experience of my life at this Verizon on Friday evening. I showed up to this location needing to upgrade my business partners phone, and I need to add some devices to my business line as well for employees. The first thing that was super uncomfortable was that the rep refused to address or acknowledge my business partner even though we were picking the device for his business needs. For the other items I had some questions about the products so that I could figure which phone watch and tablet/laptop device would work best for my employees needs. I was told that everything was out of stock which was understandable, however the rep refused to answer any product questions and told me that I need to speak to a business account rep before adding any new items. I asked if he could at least assist in ordering the items online so I could have them ordered while waiting to speak to a business account rep, and he informed me that if I wanted the items ordered today I could look them up myself and order them myself from my home. The rep did not offer us all of the accessories we needed and seemed shocked and upset that we would need a case for the newly upgraded phone as well. We were handed the phone before we could even ask for a screen protector and told to go home and set everything up ourselves. We ended up going to best buy for the additional items we needed. I was so shocked and surprised by the attitude. I dont expect red carpet service however I do expect to be treated like a human when shopping for items for my business.

Focus more on the big picture than the semantics. offer help and advice in addition to your definitions and policies. I felt like a complete annoyance to the employee. as i was explaining my scenario to the employee, the employee interjected with “but that isn’t what you just said” and I was very insulted and it was honestly comical.

Made an appointment a week in advance. Called to confirm but couldnt get through to anyone. Showed up at the time, of course they didnt have my name. Guy says it could be a 2 hour wait if I check in now, so I text my wife to see if thats going to work. In the 20 seconds it takes her to get back to me he says that actually wont work because it would be 5 minutes after 6 and they dont start new projects after 6 even though theyre open til 7pm. I made myself a rule years ago to never deal with Verizon directly, instead going through Best Buy or other retailer, I broke that rule in a moment of weakness. Will never make that mistake again.What a joke response! You dont offer anything except a empty apology. Weve already sent the phones back and are switching to T-Mobile!

Contrary to popular belief you can go to the Verizon store on north division on north hill in Spokane. My wife needed a new phone. So we decided to stop just to see how we could get info on a new phone. I was greeted at the door by a friendly lady and said yes we could have a one on one with a very knowledgeable guy named jeff. He was able to answer every question, gave us several options on phones. We were very happy and surprised that in this day of covid, some places still offer great customer service and able to talk to some one face to face (with face masks). Thank you Verizon for a pleasant experience.

All in all or maybe just hate to change after 20+ years w Verizon, my last visit although be it successful, my salesperson did not know the facts if what he sold me. Features and tech of new device are not what I was told. Pricing via Verizon were also incorrect. But I suppose one could hardly know everything about every device or billing. Felt a little mislead. Still like Verizon, new device is good, will continue another 20+

This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. first they said the phones were buy one get one free and charged me for both phones resulting in my first payment being over $300.00. they also messed up my account somehow and would not allow me to transfer my old number that i have had for over 18 years. I was in the store for 4 and a half hours the first time and 3 hours the second time. worst experience of my life and sincerely regret choosing verizon. Do not go to this store. take it from me, you will regret it. wish I could choose 0 stars.

Walked in and the person checked me in said there is one person in front of you and 2 more people were helped before the same person who checked me in helped me after getting done chatting with several people and employees. 25minutes later. And this is after spending almost 3 hours on the phone with customer service (this is after I had been hung up on in the middle of them doing something remotely with my phone which the phone became a paper weight afterwards). She made us feel at home and answered every question that we had. Their manager drew checked in numerous times and was very helpful on the difficult questions. By far the best Verizon store in the area. If there was 10 stars they would get it

I came in to switch over my phone service so the guy wanted to pull out my SIM card. I told him Id do it but he pulled away and said I got it. Then he broke my phone case and I told him thats why I wanted to do it. They said they would comp my account $20 for the case but that never happened. It seems like my word over theirs at this point. I was getting on average 30-50 Mb/s on AT&Ts network and as high as 100 Mb/s. Verizon has never gone over 30 Mb/s even at 2am, and averages 4-10 Mb/s.

Yesterday I took my phone to your location on Division to (hopefully) retrieve my vacation photos. I had initially gone to your store in Deer Park to have the photos transferred out of a Drop Box to a S-card. After about 30 minutes, I was told that the transfer wasnt working. In addition, the photos were no longer accessible at all. I drove to Spokane for help. I cant say enough about Tatiana at your Division location. She was kind, patient, and extremely efficient. My photos were transferred and she created a separate folder for my photos on my phone. Ive worked in areas of customer service for more than 30 years and Tatiana is a gem! She also defended the Deer Park location as being a retail outlet and not a full-service location. I get that; but being referred in the first place would have been a lot less stressful. I hope you pass this on to Tatiana; she really made my day!

Just went to pick up a phone that we ordered on line. They said it was flagged as fraud and they couldnt help us. We contacted fraud Dept with store staff online to hear directly there was absolutely no fraud on account being flagged. Staff only answer was it was an issue specific to their location but they couldnt help us and we need to figure it out. Worst service ever and now losing 15 year customer.

I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new provider or are already a Verizon customer. The most humiliating and frustrating experience as a human being Ive encountered so far. Upon receiving a surprise notice to pay my past due bill for Verizon for which I havent had an account with for months I was understandably concerned as to what was going on. When I came to the store the next day to talk to someone in person I was informed that the bill had been sent to collections. They could not provide any form of the bill what so ever in person, and I still havent seen a bill in any form. Upon being told that I need to call this collection agency and deal with them I was asked to leave the store by employees. Now for some reason Verizon has deemed it smart to keep police officers on premise at their location. So I went and talked to the officer and called my lawyer and was informed that if they cant provide a bill then I dont owe money and we can take it to small claims court. I then had to have the police officer with me as I talked to their store manager who became so uncomfortable with the situation that he left and went in the back office. Someone else came out and informed me I had to leave the premises and the police officer told me to comply with their wish and further pursue the issue with my lawyer. I was never shown a copy of this bill thats overdue from months ago. I called the collections agency and they dont have a copy of the bill either. Im now calling Verizon, and have been told to receive a copy of the bill in the mail that I will need to pay $5. The advisor over the phone was concerned with the whole thing once she reviewed the bill as she said it didnt make sense and looked to be a billing error.Thats my experience with Verizon. Buying guns isnt even this heavily monitored in the United States, why is Verizon able to blatently get away with treating people like this over and over again?

Senior Treated Rudely,The only reason I gave 1 star, was because the wait time was short.After spending 6 hours on the phone, waiting, and getting help changing from T mobile to Verizon,my issue was not resolved. At this time I called the Verizon store on Frances, to which I was asked to come to, for more help.As I entered the store, on late Friday afternoon, I only waited 5 minutes.Joe. waited on me. I told him that I switched to Verizon because of no service with T mobile. I also told him that I had no service after the switch.He said he could fix that.So between fixing my phone and playing solitaire, checking Facebook on his own phone, I felt he really could careless about me, thecustomer.He also was talking to other customers about kicking it with their same age children, and loudly talking to other sales reps aboutwhere theres a party. Im the life of the party always.He was constantly drumming on the table.I did not see other reps on their phones, playing games or checking Facebook, while attending to customers, just Joe.Then. I bought a new phone because the other Verizon phone would not work.This takes time to transfer my information to my new phone. Joe said it will be done in a few minutes, you can go then He just walked off.So I sat there fir 10 minutes. Then, I saidto another rep. I need a bag, for my phone, papers, etc. He quickly gave me one,and I left.I have been a customer of Verizon for 13 years, and I have NEVER been treated like this before.I will NEVER recommend Verizon to anyone. The Only reason I switched back was because its the only carrier that I can get cell service where I live!This is how I was treated. I am also a senior! No one should be treated this way, Ever!

They can pretty much just sell you phones here and maybe take a payment. If you wanna change your plan or have any issues they give you a number to call and it sucks that I cant have a person face to face fix any issues I have. Phone calls tend to have communication problems and are so impersonal

They never seen to have what we need on hand & every time we go out Military Discount seems to magically disappear ( weve signed up at least 4 times but still never seen to get it!). This Verizon is always very helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra step. After dealing with the Verizon in Airway Heights and getting dismal results, I started going to this one. During the last 3 visits spaced over the last 6 months; I was able to upgrade my data plan by 5 GB for no extra money, get a tablet at no cost, get a great deal on two iPhone 6 phones, and other benefits not given at other locations. Every good deal was presented by the sales rep. This place is great every time I have gone in and with every sales rep I have come in contact with!

This is the only Verizon store in Spokane that it’s actually owned by Verizon and not by some third-party!!!Guys were very nice, they gave my family a killer deal on phones and data plan, I never looked back switching from sprint.I drive around the country As a long haul professional driver and the service is absolutely amazing, hands down best in the country is Verizon coverage my phone and my Internet work 99.9% of the time.
