We shop at the S. Hill location on 29th. I love this place! They have a great selection of games, old and new. They back up their product with super cheap warrenty options that are not complicates at all.Every employee Ive met in the last 4 years has been exceedingly knowledgeable and patient with my 50 mom-questions about various games. They also sell refurbished stuff like game systems and controllers, etc. This location is my favorite because it has easy parking and familiarity that I feel comforted by. I totally recommend this Game Stop!!!!

After doing all of my shopping online over the past year, it was really nice to go into a brick and mortar store to pick out some new games. I was happy with GameStops inventory and pleased with there personable customer service. I will definitely be making it a habit to drop by this location more often. Thanks Gamestop.

Zane was the most personable and pleasant employee to talk with!! Even though what I needed wasnt in stock, he game me multiple resources and options to help me get the proper products I needed for my brothers birthday gift, he was so nice and fun he just made my entire day! Thanks again, Zane :)

Dont shop here, the customer service is the worst. Absolutely the worst, go to any other store for actually purchasing games or console because the people that work here do NOT want your business. They really dont care about helping the customers, when you call you will speak to people that are more interested in giving you jerk comments than answering your questions.

I would give less than one star but I couldnt. I recently purchased a Nintendo switch game from this place and when I got home I put what looked like assassins creed 3 but it was some anime game I definitely didnt want, it was the correct case for the game and the cartridge too but wasnt the correct game. I seriously suggest not going to this store. If this place doesnt know what they have then why sell it. I feel ripped off

The staff is marvelous, they helped many times with microsoft and issues when someone was hacking and using my gaming account. Very helpful and use first name bases to everyone. Would not go anywhere else!!

I used to not think so highly of this place. Until two female Representatives one of them named Jen, went out of their way to help us with the issue we had. GameStop on 29th always be my first place to refer friends and family to buy a console, video game or smartphone.

A fun place to go to buy games

Im new to gaming and I needed some recommendations on games to play and the gentlemen working made wonderful game suggestions!

Im giving it two stars because the staff are great. Game stop is pretty terrible for anything other than promo items on new releases and you can sometimes find good deals on used games.

One store didnt have the product I wanted so they called the other store that did have what I wanted and they held it for me! It was epic and it save Christmas! Thanks Game Stop. You had your hands full that day with the store full of customers asking all sorts of questions and mobs of people trying to last minute shop; yet there was still plenty of stock and so much to choose from! It was fun to look at everything and so hard to choose! There was something for everyone. I love this store!

I had a great experience with customer service. if I need something for gaming, I know 9 times out of 10 I can find it at GameStop. That said, its much cheaper online.

This is the best GameStop location in the greater Spokane area. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, the selection of games & collectibles is fantastic, its easy to find what you want, & staff are always willing to look up additional info about games & accessories. They really treat you right at this store. Unless you come in with a bad/rude/snobby attitude. Dont be that person. It will not get you what you want.

This store needs to train their employees better, and not lie to their customers. The manager is useless and should be replaced. If your employee states that a return in allowed for full refund or in-store credit with in 48 hours, you should stand by it because YOUR employee said it to a customer. Regardless if it was wrong/right, thats just good customer service.Worst GameStop in Spokane.

Easy location, good staff. Every time I go in, theres a new, non-staff young man who wants to have a conversation with me. Not necessarily a bad thing, but maybe a little strange.

I always find cool items and if I ever have a question about anything I can simply ask. Very comfortable atmosphere and helpful staff.

Not a bad location. Staff can be a little awkward, but that isnt necessarily something to complain about. For being a smaller store, they utilize pretty much every square foot. I even found a thing or two I hadnt seen at any other store. It is out of my way from where I live, but I would certainly visit again were I in the area.

The team that works here is very informative and willing to assist in your purchasing goals! Never pushy and always straight forward!

My son went in to trade a few games, and got any more credit that we thought. They guys up there were super helpful. My kiddo walked out with just as many games as he went in with, and still has store credit left!

As a gamer I recently go to Gamestop and they usually have popular game for xbox and playstation they also have a decent selection of merch like over watch and fortnite. They also have a small selection of plushies such as Overwatch,Feisty pets, cuphead, Bendy and the ink machine, and more. I recommend going here.

These guys need to up their game a bit if they want to compete with large online retailers... The prices are way to high generally across the board, and they dont price match. Used PS4 controllers 20% more that NEW ones on Amazon. Id say stick with online purchases for games, using gamestop only if in a hurry and cant wait for 2 day shipping...

I love getting my games here and getting new accessories now that Hastings is gone you cabt go get you disc clean there so it will cost a bit more at gamestop

Good place to buy video games. However if youre wanting to trade in your consoles and games, the trade in value they give is pretty low.

GameStop, oh Gamestop. Your prices are awful, you mislead and deceive your customers as a matter of policy, and you treat your employees like garbage. Why is the dedicated video game specialty store the worst place to buy games?

Love this store. Cant say enough good about it. The employees are the most friendliest staff Ive encountered. Im always greeted with a smile and a hello. They never try to sell me on things, they just always offer the help that I need. Ive seen them go great lengths to make sure I get what Im looking for. One of the employees, Chris is especially always the best to deal with. He makes sure I get the best quality the store has to offer and many times will call around to other stares in the area to see if they have what I am looking for. Most of my trips to gamestop are for games my kids are looking for, so I usually walk in already lost and yet Chris is always there to help and make me feel at ease. The store is very clean, and the employees are always patient with my kids which I really appreciate. Ive been to the gamestop in Airway Heights, in the Spokane Valley, Shadle, Post Falls Idaho, and up on the North side in Spokane and by far this store on the South hill always makes me feel like Im their favorite customer, which makes them my favorite gamestop.

Almost always has the games I like. You can Trade/Sell your Games/Consoles. Staff are so helpful.

I stopped going to Gamestop because of terrible service and snooty attitudes. This Gamestop on South Hill changed all of that for me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I can tell they genuinely want to help me when I walk in!

16th of September paid 20$ for ps4 game came back today Sept 25th with same 20$ game plus two others (God Of war 3 and deus ex mankind divided) and they offer 11$ for all three games....haha wow they need to re-evaluate there system i think its a little lop-sided
