Absolutely glorious dresses, impeccable service (Neva (?) Is awesome), and great location. My daughters wedding dress is beautiful. The prices are wonderful too.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would.A little backstory...I have never had to prepare a kid for prom before, and I never had a prom myself, so I was completely unaware of many aspects of the process of prom dress shopping. Unfortunately for me, that meant shopping at the last minute and having no idea of where to go or what we were doing. We came from out of town and checked out 2 stores before Finders Keepers. The first store was great, but they were busy and I wanted to see other selections. We went to the mall next, and after a horrible experience at Lucias that left us feeling stressed and nervous that we werent going to be successful, we left and came to Finders Keepers.I was frazzled and tired when we arrived, but as soon as we walked in, the staff was amazing. They bent over backwards to help my daughter find the dress of her dreams on our budget. They asked her a few questions and then got to work. After helping my daughter pull a few dresses, I went and sat down outside the room they set up for her. From then on, it was stress free. The staff not only helped her in and out of dresses, but they immediately went to work scouring the floor for dresses she might like that worked within our budget. After a stressful day, I was able to just relax and watch and take pictures as they did all the work. It was such a wonderful experience. The ladies were encouraging, personable, and incredibly helpful. They removed all the stress from the process and my daughter got there other dress for her. We left as incredibly pleased customers, and we will come here in the future for all of our formal dress needs.

We went there to buy a prom dress for our grand daughter. At first the young lady was helping my granddaughter then some one else came in the shop and couldnt get the young ladies attention. She became rude and didnt care that my grand daughter was there. The dress was 249.00 and shoes where 69.00. You would think that if your sending that kind of money on a dress you would get better service. When we asked about shoes and gave her the size we needed she said they didnt have them in that size she didnt even check to see if they had them. I wouldnt recommend this dress shop to and on as a matter of fact I would tell people not to shop there because the service is horrible and the young lady is down right rude.

Just dont. Resist the urge to purchase anything. I was bleeding and scratched after 1 hour of wear on a $600 dress. There manufacturer installed the boning upside down and it cut through the fabric. I gave Finders Keepers there opportunity to make it right but as I had the dress altered on the bottom, no where near the boning they said no and wouldnt speak to me after that despite efforts.

Your generous offer to help a trans girl get a prom dress after Lucia’s Boutique refused to serve her brought tears to my eyes. The little lady who works here is SO helpful, this place is such a great little boutique. Also CHECK THE BACK FOR SALES. I never knew until I knew, and there are good deals if you keep youre eyes peeled. (Come here with $20 for a deposit if you want to hold a dress☆)

By far the best experience buying a prom dress ever! Miss Ashley went far above her job description to see to it our precious heart had the dress she loved! Completely bent over backwards to help us keep our budget AND get everything we needed! Wish I could have had a Miss Ashley and Finders Keepers for my prom experience........ in the olden days lolol

Knowledgeable and incredibly helpful staff! When having to purchase homecoming dresses on a few occasions for my daughters, Finders Keepers was the most reasonably priced! Along with the first rate service I especially appreciate that they are a locally owned business! SPECIAL THANKS to the staff who helped this dad(I know nothing about dresses or fashion for that matter) with finding the right dress for his girls! Ill be back!

By far one of the best locally owned shops in Spokane. I could spend hours and hours just looking through the cases of jewelry in their shop on Second. The clothes in the west main shop are incredible - perfect for formal occasions, weddings, proms, anything you need a formal gown for they have it! The hats are great too - Spokanes best selection of hats for sure! Its a great place for a girls day out.

Went in just browsing for wedding dress ideas and styles. Left with a wedding dress thanks to the super helpful staff member! Greatest experience and I was treated so incredibly. I would give my experience 1000 stars if possible.

I took my fiancée to Finders Keepers II, in search of a modestly-priced-yet-high-quality wedding dress, after we both suffered sticker-shock at a few other bridal boutiques. We made it clear right away that we were on a very tight budget, and the lone Saturday salesgirl began showing us dresses based upon our stipulation of under $400, please -- at which she beamed positively, stating that that figure allowed her to show us many of their offerings. She produced quite a few excellent dresses for us, and my fiancée chose one which made us both very happy. The price was most agreeable -- well below our stated maximum. The salesgirl was very helpful, not the least bit pushy or condescending. I heartily recommend Finders Keepers II to shoppers of every budget. They feature first-rate formal wear for every occasion, and many accessories, too.

Great little shop with tons of great, unique dresses but not very many dressing rooms (only 3) and maybe a bit understaffed for how busy they usually are.

I stopped in on a whim to browse for a wedding dress and was absolutely blown away. Brie was an excellent sales women, and for being the only staff member on a Tuesday she juggled everyone in the store so well. I was having trouble finding the right style and so were some other ladies in the rooms next to me. She grabbed all of us extra options and was so polite in helping zip up and grab any accessories. After trying several other boutiques and having no luck, Brie saw i was interested in one of the dresses but i wasnt quiet in love with. She swooped in with pins and straps and made all my wishes come true. I am truely thankful Brie and all of her hard work, and its because of her i know my wedding will be perfect!

Used to be the place to go to buy vintage jewelry. That is no longer the case.

DONT GO HERE. Had a lot of dresses, pricey but pretty, but were very small pickings for 14+ sizes. There were nice people working there but the chick who was hovering around me like a f*cking gnat was a conceited, intolerable, snobby, b*tch. Basically, you can find some dresses in 14 and 16, I did, but DONT BOTHER IF YOURE ABOVE A SIZE 16. You wont find a whole section like the rest, like me. Youll have a rack in front of the dressing rooms. A single rack for about 5 or 6 sizes. You dont matter in this store, they dont want you. Also if youre shy or not super confident dressing around people or having them touch you, because they basically force themselves into the dressing room to help you whether you like or not. I understand how boutiques work, but Ive been to others that were beyond respectful and kind, understanding of my situation. I also had a friend and my mother there to help with getting in and out of dresses. She didnt care. She looked at me funny when I asked for my size, she wouldnt listen when I said I didnt want her in the room with me, even at one point opening the curtain without warning or permission. I ended up crying in the dressing room because she made me feel so uncomfortable and ashamed. Dont go here. I ended up finding a dress I loved despite her, but had to leave and come back for it the next day because I just couldnt deal with her glaring at me like a judgmental hawk for another second. It doesnt matter. A dress isnt worth it. DONT GO HERE.

I love this shop but the last time I was in the sales person was fairly rude to me. Not every customer is going to be a preteen with a loaded parent!
