Waited in line 45minutes to checkout. Only 1 cashier told manager he could care less. I will say Kory was a great cashier poor guy needs help out thier. If i was Kory id walk out having to be under that pressure and stress. Kory needs a huge raise and praise.

Ordered online for pickup, my order was ready in less than 1/2 hour. Went p/u location put my stall # & car color within 5 I was in receipt of my order. Very satisfied

Everyone that works at this store is very helpful when asked but more regular checkstands are badly needed. Only one open today with a long line. I support and like dealing with people, not machines.

Was able to use the app to figure out the isles I needed to go to inorder to find the items I was looking for. Cut my time inside the store in half and the self checkout was accompanied by a very helpful man in making my transaction easier

The store is good except they are trying to force customers to use self check out, the only had 1 cashier open, they finally opened another register. If you like checking yourself out I guess youll like it, I dont so was not too happy. Lines we long, also.

One cashier... whats with that... 5 workers standing around watching the self checkout while its all backed up....And whats with one or two items to a bag..... its not like there free anymore.... looks like Ill be shoppin else where from now on.... just a complete shi$ show.....

Very interesting. They removed ALL the normal registers. Also so much of their inventory is gone. Bought 3 items, paid, then had a lady at the door want to inspect my receipt. Um, nope.

They had enough checkers for the customer volume, which is always nice to see. Was last minute cake shopping and the guy behind the counter was nice enough to write my childs name on a pre-made cake!

I love Wal Mart what cant you find ther lol. The one and only time I have found fault with this place is I made the mistake of putting money on my walmart card and my cousin who had worked at a walmart stolen it Im still to this day waiting for the return of that money which I believe they will never honor that return or put her in jail for her stealing my money

Store was clean, which is very important to me. Staff was educated on the products and layout of their store. I was shopping for rain attire for the whole family. When we walked thru the fair that afternoon all five of us were the only dry things for miles!!! The envy of the whole fair!

This Walmart in north Spokane is one of the busiest that I think I have ever been in. The parking lot was full like it was 2 days before Christmas. The store is clean and the aisles are wide. Now comes the sad part of the events caused by the pandemic. There were 18 checkout counters normally serving customers. Only three were open with very long lines. On each end of these 18 were 8 self serve checkouts and the lines were long at each one of them also. An assistant manager walked by and I asked why more of the 18 were not open. His response, come back in a few weeks and there will only be 4 full service positions. Wal mart is going to almost total self service. Loss of jobs, loss of service and the different way of life we now have to live.Sad

My Granddaughter Chantelles Birthday Party was awesome. The party room was decorated good. The lights were great. Im going to book a party for my Daughter for June. The whole experience was over the top awesome.

I wouldve ordered the things I wanted online but the tank tops I wanted to purchase were only available in store. However the cashier this time was more personable than usual and friendly!!! My receipt doesnt have a name for her though.....5 stars for her!

Does anyone besides me notice how well Walmart runs their stores? They have upgraded most all of their locations and now boast wide isles, fully stocked shelves and fresh food. While their prices are creeping up they still are our go to option.

The cashier Rochelle was dealing with an insane line, and an impossible situation with a customer. She never lost her cool, and never once stopped being professional. Everyone in her line followed suit and stayed calm. AND she proceeded to apologize to us-for a situation that out of her control. Thanks Rochelle! Keep inspiring!

Great store for one stop shopping! Very clean, associates super helpful. I shop here all the time...my son, whom has autism, is treated with kindness & respect by all of the employees loves this store bc of this.

Well, its Walmart. Good prices, fairly clean store. The lady was helpful when we needed an ice chest from the top shelf.My largest complaint is checkout, the store expects everyone to use self checkout. I understand that its quick if you have a couple of items, but I dont get paid as a cashier at the store and I prefer standard checkout. The only other lane that was open was 20 items or less so we used that, sorry if you were behind us.

Way too far off the freeway if you are just traveling through. Like almost 15 minutes . Googled nearest Walmart and wished I hadnt, as there are two more right off the freeway further east on I90 through Spokane. Only two checkouts open and since one sold liquor and cigarettes, that one line was about 15 people deep. 3 or 4 self checkouts (with long lines of frustrated shoppers) were the only other option. You needed liquor after standing in ANY of those lines!! Not sure why every other one was closed as it was around 5PM on a weekday a very busy. Just an awful experience.

It is convenient, but selection getting slim, to many self check out, only on person doing a check out register had to wait a very long time, switching stores

The self check outs always have the card machine not working and saying its declined and a few times now Ive had to cancel my whole cart I just checked out with to go to a register where the card reader works. Its a lot of hassle. And they are out of too many things, I wish they would stay on top of that more, and bring back 24 packs of diet dr pepper!!

IMO and for whatever its worth I think Walmarts service is getting worse every day their people used to be super helpful and any person that you walked up to in Walmart could tell you what aisle the product was on that you were looking for that is no longer true. 50% of their people seem to be pretty helpful the other 50% act like they just need to get out of there immediately.. so that makes it bad for everybody.. Ive been over there two times this last week time second I got the super super helpful one the first time I got the Dud...

Best store closest to me from the south hill. Has majority of what I need and isnt far. Prices vary but usually great prices

Stocking is hit or miss at this store.

Worst store ever. Customer service is horrible. Return is horrible. Its a dirty and hot. We paid 100 cash and the rest on debit card. I returned broken sterlite product for 55. The lady told me she would not refund in cash. Even though we paid 100. In cash. Liar!!!#

Really quick visit and glad to see both doors being used for entrance now. They got a person right when you walk in that has a few masks if you forget. Good selection on record players. Over and Out.

The staff is pretty helpful during the evening, they do a pretty good job on getting through lines quickly. They also just added more self checkout stands.

I was returning 2 items Id bought online. Queen-size inflatable mattresses. They were heavy. I saw an associate working in the parking lot. He not only got a cart for me to use, and he picked up the items and put them in the cart for me, and gave me directions to find the returns department. He was so helpful!!

Its Walmart.. the biggest difference between Walmarts is what the manager is allowed to order and what they actually order. Some Walmarts have a big outdoors section and smaller clothing sections and others have small outdoor and clothing and then have big beverage isles.

I like the layout of the store. Things were easy to find, for the most part. I wasnt able to find a salesperson to assist me. There were several people waiting in electronics for assistance. When an associate walked by and someone asked for help, she said she was on her lunch break. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to find it on my own and I left the store empty-handed.

Dont ask for price check .The answer dont you have a phone ?Get the app employee walks aways.If you want to go grocery shopping make sure you check out all your food. Because they only have 2 cashers .Watch up for the online shopper employees because they wont watch out for you and kids . They want you to get out the way from them .Outside very unsafe, alots of homeless and pandhandlers.The mangers are rude . I was calmly asking why cant we get help this elderly man has been waiting I line for awhile. Well self check is open . He said he has trouble seeing. Then asked us stop stop yelling . I was wow. The old man look over at me . I said hey dont worry about her . I can help you. I ended up checking him out . Whell she did nothing

I like shopping at the Wlamart Supercenter. I have only been to the Airway Heights about 2 times, and it is nice and clean.

Been shopping here for years. Used to love it, but just today I found myself approximately 25 feet from gunfire in the parking lot!! Didnt know whether to hit the deck or run?!! And neither did security 🙄 might have to check out other options. Or ask for a battle hazard discount? hmm.

I always love shopping here I go here mostly for clothing and all the other stuff that we need because theyre the cheapest place around to get more for your buck Im products are great services friendly and have plenty of self checkout and just over all great shopping experience

Hi Well I just got a call from my Grandaughter and I let her live in my house while she got her Degree in Collage and she bought a 3bd House for my 2 gr. Grandkids. For Joy BUT I GOT TO GET ALL THE THINGS I NEEDED SHARK VACUUM AND ALL FUN STUFF ..WAS THE LAST ONE OUT THE DOOR WITH THE WONDERFUL CASHIER HELPING ME TO MY CAR AND LOADING ALL MY THINGS FOR ME.. I USE THE H.CAP. TO GET ALL AROUND . THANK YOU VERY MUCH BETSY...

Closest store to me and usually I give a five star rating. However, here for the last few months the shelves have been pretty empty.

I’m handicapped and had to wait 20 minutes to wait for an electric cart then had to sit and charge it for 30 minutes to use it. I was told they only have 8 carts and 5 were not working. Why can’t they have interchangeable batteries for the carts? Why can’t they have more? Walmart is one of the wealthiest companies in the country. To top things off they are selling old dried up corn that would make better feed corn.

After having an issue with a Walmart.com order we made the hour and a half drive for a curbside pickup of a Blackstone griddle. This store was not our closest location but they had our item in stock. We pulled up and parked in a designated spot. An employee was there to greet us and check us in. Our item was in our trunk in under 5 minutes.

I dont have a car and I have to use an Uber/Lyft to get around. Walmart Supercenter has everything I need including my pedicures. Shopping there makes it to where I dont need to pay for a ride anywhere else.

I called to order cupcakes today and was told I cannot order them over the phone, and that I had to come in. So I went in to order cupcakes and waited at the bakery for about 5 minutes waiting for help. The employees back there saw me and wouldn’t come up to the counter they just ignored me. I will not be ordering anything from the bakery every again!!

I had accidentally left behind a bag of undergarments at the register and didnt realize until I had gotten all the way home. I called them and they had no trouble finding it.. but I couldnt make it across town back over to them, because of life. So they held my things for over there days without fuss and were very careful when handing them over to my friend finally when he went to retrieve it for me. The consideration and professionalism shown was invaluable.

Grocery pickup use to be awesome. Now not so much you can almost always except a long wait. For example my order was delayed for about 90 minutes tonight. Then I waited for about 45 minutes at the store. The only thing that makes it bearable is the good customer service.

Walmart has been a hot mess for a long time, and it isnt getting any better. The supply chain is terrible, the nation is struggling, and Walmart is still a huge disappointment. The culture of Walmart leads to what we see in the stores. Customer service isnt in decline; its non-existent at most places these days, of which Walmart is chief! I shop everywhere possible before I go to Walmart and only from the motivation of desperation, and I dont mind paying a few more dollars for check-out lanes, baggers, and customer service.

This store has been undergoing remodelling and have a lot of items not available as result. Also their employees are not helpful at all. When asked for help, the common response seems to be thats not my department. Come on. Really?? Whatever happened to customer service? Im beginning to really dread going here.

I have 3 Walmarts about the same distance from my house. The Colton location is my 1st choice because the store is always clean, the majority of associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the shelves are normally well stocked. If there is something specific Im looking for and its not stocked, on two occasions Ive had the associate offer to look in back for the item. I would recommend this location over the others Ive been to in the Spokane area.

Just like all Walmarts, it has everything you need. The staff were courteous and the store was clean. Even the parking lot didnt have aot of carts in the car spots.

Had to almost beg for someone to put dog food into my basket. Then couldnt get customer service to load the dog food into my car. 40 pounds is a Little more than this 72 year old, disabled woman can handle easily. Very disappointed!

The low prices do not make up for the rude employees and most of the customers here. People watching is about all this store is good for.

It is a great walmart, but every time I go to find one certain product it is gone. I have been to two Walmarts in Washington state and one Walmart in Montana and Im one of Walmart in Idaho now and none of them have Got2b Hair Glue. I use that stuff on a daily basis and because Walmart is always out of stock I had to order some from Amazon that wont be coming for 2 days. Very annoying! Im completely 100% out so I guess Im going to wear a hat or something in the meantime.

Every time I come to Walmart there is NO cashiers working. I go to Walmart to get my food from Wic and am forced to use cash as self checkout will not allow you to use your Wic card. Every time I have gone here it has been this same issue. HIRE SOME NEW CASHIERS

Literally a sign at the auto center saying open 7 days a week 7am-7pm but its closed. Either take down the sign or update the hours online. If you need urgent car services this is a location that will not help you.

The whole Walmart has been rearranged and can not turn the carts around in the hallways. A person has to back out of these aisle.

Go here because if necessity and convenience but it’s always a little messy and has a lot of colorful characters.

Walmart supercenter has everything from food, clothes, cleaning and home supplies, animal and garden sections. Just everything youd need. This is one of my favorite one stop shops.

This is for grocery pick up. Apparently they’re not teaching their employees how to load a car correctly. They stacked heavy stuff tall with non-heavy stuff in front of it, so of course it all went flying when I drove. When I opened the back of the car things came rolling out and crashing on the road, one of which was my jar of pickles that shattered and when cleaning it up my wife sliced her hand. Learn how to load a car !

I came to this one for school supplies for my young scholars and they were nearly out. If youre a last minute person like myself, i suggest you get your bk 2 school shopping over with sooner.

I bought 2 new tires for the front of my vehicle about a month ago. Now, I feel like my drivers side tire is going to fly off. This was the second time Ive been in. They told me to go drive on Hwy 2 to see if my car pulls to one side or the other, which would mean I need an alignment. My car didnt pull At ALL! I go back in tell them Ill be outside with my dog when I checked in. They did balance them but didnt swap the front tires to the rear and the rear tires to the front. I waited there for a good 3 hours until I realized my car was sitting outside. They were so rude not coming and telling me my car was done. The tire shop people could see me sitting in the same spot with my dog and didnt even have the respect to walk over and tell me my car was done. The lady at the counter, who was there when I checked in and I said I have my dog so well be outside waiting, told me they didnt do anything to my car and that they call over the inside intercom to let people know that the car is done. My car had been done for an hour before I saw it sitting there. She said, Well it wasnt in the notes. How felt that there service was very disrespectful and lack of customer care! I will NOT go the this store again for ANY automotive service EVER! RUDE WORKERS!!

The pet center shelves were half bare and even items that were supposed to be available according to the website were not. The only good thing I can say is that the bathroom was clean.

Service was not great and the price was 200.00 and it rang up 294.00 the guys at at register were the one with bad service

Awful place. Usually I steer clear of Wal-Mart and this visit reminded me why.So many employees standing around in the same place, not really doing anything and talking to one another. Nobody had a scanner for price checks. When I am finished shopping I get into the check out line because the four things I bought were pretty heavy. I am advised to get into the scan and go area which I decline. The manager/supervisor gives me grief and walks away. 20 minutes I stood in line for 5 items because there were only 3 checkers in the whole darn store! On the way out the store I was asked for my receipt and passed two other employees standing by a podium with a tablet, all of whom could have been checking out customers. I will only enter this store again if it is an absolute emergency.

Dont really got much bad to say about this place they always usually have what I want and have pretty great people there working. Ive only had one negative experience out of all the years Ive gone there and it was a really bad experience one of their employees profiled me and accused me of stealing and made me immediately go up to the checkout stand to purchase my items to make sure I had the money for it when I literally was reading a box my heart any thought I was trying to open it and steal it or something I dont know but it made me extremely upset and that employee was completely out of line. But overall I would not let this affect my star ⭐ rating

They need better employees. Maybe not all of them, but the ones Ive come across are disasters. Also, your undercover security needs training. They all make it SO OBVIOUS that theyre in theft protection and watching you, they dont even try to hide it.

They are very helpful its my mom cuz shes 87 years old helping her with her grow teeth out or when I need help with my groceries, I love the variety of food that they have

Improving, more check stands open. Always busy. Should offer incentives for people to come in at different tomes. Ie, sale on grocery goods from 7 to 10am.

This place is great,just pay your employees more money .then you well be even greater .IAM a shopper and I know your employees love to work there they just need to be paid what they are worth .18,00 dollars an hour with raises if deserved.beleave me if you dont your going to lose slot of good people soon.i wish you could here what Ive her heard it would surprise you .great store.
