A while back I purchased a screen protector and installation for my phone. I have just used the warranty on my screen protector which recently broke. The process was quick, simple and easy. The employees at Customer Service were helpful and knowledgeable. The employees in the Mobile department are knowledgeable and simply amazing with screen protector installation. In 10 minutes I left with a fixed screen and didnt pay a cent. Highly satisfied!
A great place to get just about anything anymore. The customer service is top notch and they have great products definitely a place to go oh and for those who dont want to enter the store there is curbside pick up!!
Total joke. On hold for 15 min the first time. 20 the 2nd. Just for a remote start quote. They clearly dont want your money. Shop elsewhere.
Im not sure if they are giving up or if I am just a holdover from a bygone era. Their retail rep said I should just go to Amazon for what I needed. So I did. The guy was very polite and respectful, and no dig on him but the biggest electronics retail franchise ought to carry accessories for the electronics they carry.
Spent an hour going over trying to find headphones for the gym and everyone I found was cheaper and a newer version online. The staff was very helpful though

Geek Squad 🤓 is awesome!My experience with the car installers in the past has been great! Im not sure why there is a 2 plus week wait for car installation. 🤔 I had to do a self install on my Sirius radio because I couldnt get an appointment at any of the 3 Best Buys in Spokane or Coeur d Alene until after my vacation.
Their HDMI cables are limited and way over-priced. We did find a DVD/blu-ray movie from their limited stock. A lot of floor staff, but they seem to be limited to a 10x10 area as they cant bother to take you to the items you are looking for; they can only point you in the direction you need to go.
I come here quite often and they always are extremely friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for something specific they will even search the warehouse to try and find out how soon they can get it to you. Great place and great people.

Online told me the valley store had the Insignia chest freezer in stock. Walked in, was directed to appliances with a second clerk called there. She looked it up, rang it up and brought it out to my truck where we loaded it. Less than 10 minutes. Excellent service.
I used to love Best Buy because I could go in and find the stuff I needed, including the obscure adapters and cables not found at other technology stores. I am increasingly disappointed, though, as many times now I have visited to find that the shelves are empty of the very piece Im looking for. Im sure it has to do with material shortages, thus the 4/5 stars rather than a lower rating, but its still frustrating.

Over priced and garbage service 🙄. Kattie the Verizon phone rep that originally started to help us was very brash and rude. She was almost not willing to help us. She walked away while we were trying to figure somethings out and rolled her eye. Dillon and Hunter on the other hand were pretty cool and actually had a good attitude towards our situation and were more than willing to help. I wouldnt go back to bestbuy because they are overly priced and a majority of the employees are rude.
Never have what I need! Basic battery for a camera I bought there. Last 3 trips were similar. Half of the people working there are not well trained. Went last Monday & was direct to a drpt. & told someone would be right over. Waited 15 minutes & no one showed up all the while the guy who told me watched. No wonder they are failing. Watch for a bankruptcy if they dont change. Been going down hi for a few years.
Ordered some headphones for pickup right before they closed. They were out within 1 minute with my order. Ez pz, this Best Buy has the curbside down to a science! So efficient!

While my wife and I worked there for 10+ years in the past, we knew the training and professionalism likely was still similar. While over the years there extremely less familiar faces we actually went to other sources/places to see if there were more options and better prices... pleasantly surprised we ended up back at Best Buy to purchase.Other sites and sources had options and price points similar by brands, stores had employees that focused on the goal budget (initially $1500-2000) as a thought. So they came back with options not what we were looking for and $1300-1400.Walked into Best Buy and while it was early and only one gal in the department, they got Sarah who had been there 3 years we found out and used to work in appliances... first question was type... gas, any feature preference? Looking at double oven... the one that came with the home only lasted about 4 years... and it was single... so upgrade?Then surprising question... other brand appliances. Didnt think it mattered but... handle difference/look and whether we cared how closely the matched... mind blown. Sarah thought of how much wed enjoy and notice those small things down the road. Standalone vs slide in... look/electronic parts on the front away from heat/moisture... important.Long story short... that budget turned into us being very pleased spending $3400 on everything. Obviously we miss the good ol employee discount but happy that the service is top quality as it used to be when we worked there.

The one in Spokane Valley was excellent.Yakima gets a 2 rating.Tri Cities was not good. No one there could transfer my phone information to my new phone. Manager said they dont have enough experienced staff and apologized.Couer DLane,ID. employee very knowledgeable and professional and transferred info to my new phone.
Very large store and lots of employees ready to assist. They do a great job here at greeting you as you walk in and directing you where you need to go. They offer excellent customer service and have a Best Buy Credit Card counter where you can apply for your own card. Purchased a television here recently and everything went great. Had my Apple car play installed here and the employee Davin hooked it up!

Would rate 5 stars but their selection in the physical store is a little weak, you have to order many things online. Still, thats kinda how everything is these days. Its still awesome that we even have a place to buy electronics in person. Staff is cool, they looked for an hour for a laptop that showed one in stock but couldnt locate it, ended up buying a dell G7 instead. I spend a lot of money at best buy because they match prices, have a staff thats ok at product knowledge, helpful and bonus to sometimes being able to get it the same day if they have it in the store and can find it.

Today my son and I went into Best Buy to look at TVs. We walked through the TV section for 10 minutes or so with no assistance. We were looking at a particular Samsung for a few mins when a worker brought a customer over to look at the TV on the opposite side. He turned the volume up to cinematic levels. It was so uncomfortably loud, we left the area. I will not forget the Best Buy worker who just stared at me as he continued to add volume to the other TV. Disrespectful. Lost a sale. It wasnt until we were leaving the store that someone asked if we needed assistance.

Valley store associate gave us wrong ink cartridge.. returned it to Northside store ..more employees than customers no selection on ink returned for refund. Easier to got to Amazon and cheaper spent 2 day at 2 Best buys and nothing One button and Amazon gets it here in 2 days Bestbuy get it together

Best Buy in general i have never had a bad experience, however this location was the worst!! Couldnt find anyone to help us. 20 minutes later we find an employee and he says hes with inventory but hell call someone. We stand by the TV for another 15 minutes and find someone else. Who told us the guy never called anyone for us. I will say that the person we finally found was very knowledgeable. I love Best Buy and I hate leaving a bad review, but if you need this store in the Spokane Valley...Skip it and go to the Northpoint store!!
The staff were very helpful. They did not try to up sale, which was nice. They loosened to what we wanted to purchase and did the best they could to get what we wanted. They were compliant with covid requirements and had masks and sanitizer available if needed.

Went there 30 mins to closing to get a big item and the person who helped me was super kind and did ask me if I needed any extra items to go with my purchase but wasn’t pushy! It was thoughtful but not uncomfortable. And we got to use the check out register in the back so I didn’t have to wait in a long line with my big item, made me feel special!

Very nice well stocked and clean I entered the store and was greeted I acknowledged his greeting and walked toward the area That I thought it would be half way through I again was greeted by a young lady asking if she could help me and yes she could I asked where the Garmin accessories would be and with a big eager grin she would show me .I told her what I was looking for and she took us directly to the product grabbed one and handed it to me . Well done exceptional service with a great attitude. I went to pay and I thought to myself this going to take awhile but I was wrong that line moved fast I was in and out within 15 minutes with a little and I did look at a few products.

Quite frustrating. I have a question about payments. Your website says call the store. Your store says it isnt taking calls. Customer service says they dont know and its up to the store... so basically an entire day wasted to ask a simple question because no one knows and the people who do know are somehow allowed to just leave a voice-mail saying their store doesnt have to take calls. Really customer friendly experience...
I purchased the new xbox online which is really hard to find.. They said it will be available in about eight days on the 1st of July. I was on vacation for the fourth so couldnt get there till the 7th to pick it up and when I got there, they had already sold it. Got an email that night saying it was canceled. Its now the 12th and i still dont have a refund for the xbox I never got.

Although Best Buy as a company has now lost any of my business for larger purchases, the team at this local store is pretty awesome. Unfortunately the local stores are restricted in their ability to replace defective product. This makes their competition the better option. Despite this Kevin and Derrick went above and beyond to help me find satisfaction with an unfortunate situation. Polite, friendly and professional. I will be back to support them but I will remain very careful of what and how I make purchases due to the corporate business model.

Quick and easy to get the stuff I need. Usually buy online for in store pickup. Had a hard time finding a converter cable and one of the employees was able to find it for me.
Weve purchased large appliances at this store three times in the last two years, and each experience impressed us with the efficiency, professionalism and knowledge of the employees we dealt with. They were super nice, but most importantly, they knew their products well. The latest experience was during the pandemic--when everyone is stressed--but again, the two employees we worked with were cool, professional and took their time in making sure we were totally satisfied with our purchase.
I like the staff here they know where everything is. I went in fot a part I thought I made up in my mind and guess they had it my wife and I both laughed and they even knew where it was. So much for inventing something
The lady that helped us had no idea what we were asking for and tried to tell us to go elsewhere, all we needed was a charger that put out 19. volts.
Besides being greeted at the door I was left to find what I was looking for on my own. Nobody stopped to ask if needed any help or directions nada zip zero!!!! Good thing I knew where to find what I wanted. Step up your customer service.

My granddaughter needed a USB adapter for her new Apple laptop; they don’t come with any! The sales person first showed us one that came with a lot of extras for $69.00.When we explained that she was on a beer budget after buying the laptop he found one for &12.00We left the store feeling pretty good!

The only thing that I find appealing about Best buy is there diverse inventory and selection. Other than that I cant stand it. I feel like Im always being harassed and a suspect. Theyre huge inventory also has huge prices and ridiculous markups.

Note:This review is on the geek squad portion of best buy.I previously paid them $200 for a contract to cover my items.I called ahead to drop off a laptop and printer. They said they have to repair by appointment only and I said I know from last time...I just want to register them in and leave. They said I would have to wait 20 minutes..I said ok.When I got there they told me I am not allowed to drop off anything off for repairs accept by appointment. I told them I called ahead and got permission there would be a 20 min wait but that did not matter...furthermore there was no one waiting in line...just me. Unbelievable! They got my money and I guess to them thats all that counts.Do not buy their contracts ...its a farce and they do not keep their agreements. I reiterate this is a review on geek squad.I have asked them for my money back and so far no response!

I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer, I already had one picked out, and they tried to upsell me on a gaming computer for the better part of an hour. They said I didnt know what I was talking about, they wanted me to buy a computer that was several hundred dollars more than what I wanted to pay, etc. When I finally got a new employee to help me, I was able to order the computer I wanted because they didnt have it in stock, and I was told it would be delivered in just a few days. A few days later, it hadnt shown up and I called in to see what the problem was. They told me they hadnt actually put in any shipping, and that I needed to come in person to fix it. So I go in, and the girl who helped me was very condescending and abrasive, didnt have a good customer service attitude whatsoever, and her manager was worse. She basically told me I could take the computer or get out. No apology, no acknowledgement of their mistakes, nothing. If the computer doesnt show up this time, Ill be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know about the experience. Im sad to have had such a poor experience with a once great company.

The gentleman in appliances was extremely knowledgeable with the questions we asked. Was very courteous. I can count on one hand the number of times I have recieved good service at Best Buy and this experience was the best Ive had.
I havent been out too much, like the rest of the world, I was AT HOME ISOLATED due to the pandemic. This whole pandemic deal is beyond my comprehension and its not exactly COVID that has me not so secure feeling but the craziness of the world.OKAY OKAY OKAY, Back to the subject at hand..... I didnt go to Best Buy for any exact item, but just felt like checking out the scene, being out and about. Its been about 2 years since Ive been there and I enjoyed my Best Buy experience. They even had cute little fun toys for kids at great prices. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable in the area they work in, and any question will be promptly answered. The price points are wonderful, and navigating the store was very easy. I loved the clean and organized environment, that has all the inventory stocked up. I recommend you to even just stop in for no specific items just to see whats going on like I did. Or if you need something specific, or dont know exactly what you need, they have the answer.

The help with the products was good. However, the staffs response to a violent customer was very lacking. I had a young 20 something screaming, cussing and threatening to come outside, and Ill beat your *expletive* *expletive*. The loss prevention did not step in, the manager was not called over for several minutes, the police were not contacted by the store (they had me call the police). This store really needs to implement store policies with regards to belligerent or violent patrons. This guy was waiting in the parking lot for me to come out for over 10 minutes, and at one point came by the front door out of view. Best Buy as a corporation needs to establish better protocols.
