I dont understand why this is a store front? They have to be losing money on this location. All the parking near the entrance is reserved. No one in the store to help you. One bored employee on cell phone. The store was empty of people, shelves empty. Basic office supplies which could easily be bought online. Yeah just a weird thing.

Ordered business cards online for same-day pickup. Got the email saying they were ready to pick up but when I get there the associate says the style of cards i ordered werent available in this store, let alone this side of the state... I showed him the email i received and he had no idea why I got that email because his computer said it wasnt going to be there for 2 more weeks. To say the least i was disappointed and wont be ordering them here again

Came in to have windows re-installed after a crash. The salesperson had me fill out paperwork. Two days later having not heard from O.D. I returned to the store where my computer sat, untouched. The service rep said there were more forms to fill out and the repair would take 3 more days.I took my computer to Staples where the repair one day, The Salespeople and the Electronics repairman were competent. THANKS, STAPLES!!

Not as much inventory compared to other locations. Which I understand since there store was made smaller.

I had (I think her name was Joanne?) help me and make prints of paintings for me and help me ship some and she was really helpful, friendly and thorough. Thank you! Will be coming back here again.

I was receiving help from an employee on a printer when a manager intervened and told the employee who was helping me to go help someone else. The manager refused to give me further detail on my questions. She was very unobliging.

Took all of my personal data promising 20 percent off and didnt discount anything. 10 minutes of my life that I will never get back much less the all the awesome spam I will now get as a result.Prices higher than Wally world on ink too.

I went here to get some printer ink for my new printer. The guy (Travis) was friendly and helpful, as well as the cashier (Jessi). Great service all around.

Usually pretty slow. Nothing absolutely outstanding. There is a young lady at the shipping/copy counter that is so sweet. She is always smiling and welcoming. They will tape up boxes for you and get things done.

I went in looking for a laptop charger and asked an employee where I could find them, and which one he recommended. He immediately asked if I brought my laptop. When I said no, but I have all the info on it including a model number. He looked at me with a pained expression then said, Then I cant help you. You have to bring in your laptop.Kind of surprised, I moved on to my printer question. Same response.Who the heck carries their printer/laptop into a store to ask questions? I ended up googling my questions and finding a better deal online.Kind of sad that the people working there know less than me.I went to check out, and that person was very kind and helpful.

Dont go here. I called before I visited. They were pretty rude on the phone gave me an item number to check online. Online had no item description or picture. I stopped by hoping to find what I needed. The two girls were just terrible. I found what I thought I needed but asked them to open it up to verify it will connect. She opened it realized it needed a screwdriver, then walked away to the register to help other people. I finally found a screwdriver on the counter, found out the thing wasnt what i needed. Placed everything nice and orderly on the counter and left. No one else spoke to me. If other locations are like this one, this company is following radio shack soon

Ordered online and picked up but had to bag it myself. No one helped. Not cool

Plain Office Depot. Handled our business (but both of their main machines were taking up the main printers), but on a small machine. Beyond that though there are enthusiastic sales people.

Really quiet and enjoyable shopping here. Theyve always had what I need. Make sure to read the fine print on the advertised sales. They can be tricky.

I love their clearance section. I can get some cool stuff there sometimes.

With only 3 cars in the parking lot I thought the store was closed. There was a big clearance sign in front of the door. I entered the store and found my way to the pen aisle. Twice I looked for an employee and didnt find one. I had no wish to walk back up to the front of the store.An employee did come to the aisle helping another customer. I overheard her tell the customer that these items were on sale but they had already taken down the sale tags. The sale was still good for 4 hours. Upon hearing that I just left.I now know why the parking lot was so empty. I will not go back.

Such an amazingly helpful and polite staff. They had everything we needed, and I got so much help finding the perfect office chair for work.

The parking lot needs attention, but the staff is nice and store is in order.

I asked a ditz at this store for triplicate forms made from our pdf. They were half page and needed to be cut. She didnt write much down and according to another representative never listed the cut we obviously needed. What business keeps a cutter for forms handy these days? She apparently doesnt know what triplicate means and so they only made 2 forms per unit when we needed 3. But the store refuses to make anything right. I dont advise using this store for any printing you care about.

Waited in line at their print shop but they did my job while I walked to and from the bathroom.Simple task, done quickly and RIGHT BTW, bathroom was CLEAN

I asked a couple of different employees for the location of some office supplies. One had no idea what I was talking about, and the other told me the wrong location twice. The store was messy and unorganized. Go to Staples, its worth the little bit extra in price.

These office supply stores like this one and Staples are going to have to learn how to keep Ram

Customer service very helpful. Wanted a number and letter combo stamp, with two or three of each, but settled for just numbers for cheaper than I found on Amazon.

I know. Its an Office Depot, how could it be special? The ladies in the print department went over and above for me. They got some last minute posters and promo material done for me in a matter of minutes and made my weekend!

It is really hard to say the clerks are idiots, they are just not trained.The first thing the guy said after I told him what I wanted was Those dont exist, no one makes them.This would have been cool but I am trying to replace one I have. After I told him this he actually looked it up,And said I found it, it is $789.00. By this time I didnt have any confidence in him so I went home and looked it up myself. I picked the wrong one (my fault) it has the wrong operating system and doesnt play fair with most my stuff so I had to buy another one. I didnt even consider going back to Home Depot to buy one. By the way the cost for the new one was about $158.00.

One of the most frustrating experiences. The store was not appealing. Nothing was organized well. When I was looking for someone to help me everyone made them selves unavailable. When I finally tracked down a employee he was hiding in an isle texting on his phone. He then proceded to tell me I was looking for the wrong thing and that no one in their right mind would do something the way I was planning. I then asked him if he knew of anyone who could help me and he said, Maybe Best Buy. I drove down the street to Staples and had great customer service and they had what I was looking for.

No greetings at the door for entry or exit. Bathroom is disgusting!! No seat covers, bad odor, urine on the TP roll!

Friebdly staff, quiet left to shop alone unless i had a question. Never had to hunt someone down.
